I had a great experience with DVA Carpet Cleaning. Dennis was punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He responded quickly, got me on the schedule right away during Thanksgiving week, and offered very reasonable pricing for the work needed. He cleaned our 10-year-old sectional couch, the living/dining room carpet, and the carpeted stairs -- and everything looks noticeably fresher and brighter. His attention to detail really shows, and I'm very happy with the final results. I'd definitely recommend DVA Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. read more

I called DVA and was able to get an estimate over the phone on the same day and was able to schedule for the next week. When Dennis arrived today, he gave me the same price he told me over the phone. His price was also reasonable and he used a special cleaner so my house looks and smells clean. DVA Carpet cleaning guys were nice but when it came to carpet cleaning they really under performed. Maybe it was the speed at which they were rushing through the carpets but after the carpets were cleaned, I used my battery powered Dyson and picked up cups full of dirt from the carpet. How can this be? The picture of the dirt in my vacuum is only 1 of the 4 bedrooms they did. Now this is the in-laws house so I don't ever vacuum their house but I am temporarily staying there right now and had this done as a favor for them. The company also did not specify before performing the services that they don't accept any credit card; only cash, zelle, or check. I did add a star because they did a good job on the couches. Lastly, don't expect the carpets to dry in 2 hrs. It took the better part of 4 hours to dry. read more

My living room carpet had seen better days to say the least, Dennis was able to come out a day after i called to schedule an appointment. When he arrived he assessed the condition of the carpet and told me honestly that a couple spots may not be able to be removed completely which ,of course, I understood. He started with a pre-treatment, after that he used a huge dual brush vacuum to pick up all the cat hair then he went in again with the treatment. He cleaned the living room, hallway and two bedrooms. He was incredibly thorough going over trouble spots multiple times. Once he was finished he informed me to not place furniture for up to 3 hours. His prices are extremely reasonable and I'll definitely be calling him again! read more

What great service you provided, Dennis. I called DVA carpet cleaning and Dennis was very kind and friendly. He came to my house to give me an estimate and after shopping around for a while, I decided to call DVA back. He provided the best prices and great equipment as well! So Dennis came today to clean my carpets and tile and bathroom and laundry room. When we did the inspection when everything was done, I loved how clean and detailed he was. He went as far as to slide my fridge and stove back in their place. Thank you. You did a great job. I will call you later on for my sofas and other stuff. read more

Dennis arrived on time and was so friendly. Our carpets have never looked better and I will recommend their services to everyone!

Dennis is awesome! I am so happy with the way he left my home's carpets. We had a room with a renter with a cat for a year. When they moved out, oh em gee, it was so filthy. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, but decided try a professional clean first. I looked up some local recommendations & came across DVA. He was responsive and nice. All the carpets looked great after being cleaned, but the former renter's room still had a huge stain. I followed up with Dennis & he did another treatment on the room. My carpet was saved, so I didn't have to replace it. I didn't get any before & after pictures; I will next time since I'll be getting regular cleanings. I recommend him to everyone. read more

I found DVA carpet through Yelp and he was on my list to call the next day. Meanwhile we had some repairs done to our house and talked to them about local carpet cleaners and if they had any recommendation. Right away Dennis' name came up and I knew he was our guy. Called Dennis for an estimate and his prices were very reasonable. We ended up asking him to do the whole second story and stairs. He used a black light to see if the former owners' pet had soiled any part of the carpets, which luckily we didn't find any stains. Dennis took his time with our carpets and care with our house. He came at the appointed time, actually a little early, since we asked if he could because we were getting a delivery that day. He accommodated us as much as he could with timing since he was coming from another job. Thank you so much, Dennis. Definitely recommend him. read more

WOW!!! Amazing work done by Dennis. The carpets in my room were filthy. After 7 years of having roommates my carpets were beyond dirty. People told me I shoulda had my carpets removed and replaced with new ones but I decided to take a risk on a carpet cleaning service and I'm glad I went with DVA Carpet Cleaning. Dennis was quick and efficient. He cleaned 3 rooms and my couches!! Worth every penny as I would have spent more money replacing the carpets and the couches. I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for DVA Carpet Cleaning because of the end product. Highly recommend!!! read more

DVA Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I called DVA carpet cleaning after my pup went to the bathroom in our spare bedroom. We could not detect it even after cleaning it with the store bought cleaner for pet urine. Still smelled horribly. It took just a few minutes to arrange a date and time. I forgot his name already but he was very flexible. He arrived on time and brought a light that detected pet urine. He located it and did the job. As a pet owner, I am definitely going to call again for cleanings a few times a year. read more

DVA Carpet Cleaning - Before and after. Was amazed with the color change. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Dennis came right on time. I love when people respect the agreed upon time so I was happy from the start. He was so kind, friendly and professional. He was up front about cost and his prices are great for the amount work he does. He did a pretreatment and it smelled amazing. He had this really awesome tool that scrubbed my carpet before he brought the cleaner in. I was shocked at what came out. He then brought in the cleaning equipment. He has equipment that protected the corners of the walls and doors. I appreciated that. He also brought in heavy duty fans to help with the drying process. I am so thankful that I found DVA! He did a great job. My carpets look brand new and smell great!! Thank you!! read more

Called Dennis on Friday after going through a bunch of other company's on yelp. He had good reviews and was the best price for what I wanted to do (3 rooms and a couch). He came out the next day and my carpets look as good as new. He also had laid down fans so the downstairs was dry by the time he left. The upstairs took a couple hours to dry but it wasn't a big deal. Would use him again and highly recommend! read more

Amazing service!! Made my carpets look better then new. Also one thing I liked about Dennis was his honesty. I asked him how often he recommended getting my carpets clean and he didn't tell me every 3 months or every 4 like other cleaning providers have told me. I also ask him to do my tiles and he said they weren't that dirty and it wouldn't really make a difference. You could tell he is here to make the customer happy and I truly appreciate that. read more
