DVA Carpet cleaning guys were nice but when it came to carpet cleaning they really under performed. Maybe it was the speed at which they were rushing through the carpets but after the carpets were cleaned, I used my battery powered Dyson and picked up cups full of dirt from the carpet. How can this be? The picture of the dirt in my vacuum is only 1 of the 4 bedrooms they did. Now this is the in-laws house so I don't ever vacuum their house but I am temporarily staying there right now and had this done as a favor for them. The company also did not specify before performing the services that they don't accept any credit card; only cash, zelle, or check. I did add a star because they did a good job on the couches. Lastly, don't expect the carpets to dry in 2 hrs. It took the better part of 4 hours to dry. read more

My living room carpet had seen better days to say the least, Dennis was able to come out a day after i called to schedule an appointment. When he arrived he assessed the condition of the carpet and told me honestly that a couple spots may not be able to be removed completely which ,of course, I understood. He started with a pre-treatment, after that he used a huge dual brush vacuum to pick up all the cat hair then he went in again with the treatment. He cleaned the living room, hallway and two bedrooms. He was incredibly thorough going over trouble spots multiple times. Once he was finished he informed me to not place furniture for up to 3 hours. Meanwhile we had some repairs done to our house and talked to them about local carpet cleaners and if they had any recommendation. Right away Dennis' name came up and I knew he was our guy.
