Dennis is wonderful! I called for a estimate and got one the same day! He came out 2 days later, today Saturday. We had discussed him doing 3 rooms and the stairs. After moving furniture out in one room that had a rug laid down, I decided to do around the furniture in the other bed rooms. Dennis was like " no problem". That was wonderful news! I Found DVA on Instagram at a first glance it appeared to be a very small service not a lot of traction following him. But it really looked like he knew what he was doing i decided to give him a call and it was very simple super easy straight forward with making an appointment. Upon arrival, he was very friendly courteous polite and easy to approach loved his energy his enthusiasm and more than anything his passion for a job sure the service is where it matters but in a time and age where standards and ethics are no more this is highly appraised in my book. I had to change my plan of cleaning all carpets and he did not seem bothered what so ever he embraced it and was extremely professional and smiled. This company is amazing! I hired them months ago and their work holds up! Not only did they do the best carpet cleaning I've had, but they also went above and beyond and tacked down a loose section of carpet on stairs. I was so surprised and impressed! And I hired them after having my carpet cleaned by another company only two months prior. I had some pet stains from a rescue dog and hired a competitor to clean the room. The owner of that company told me that the dog urine spots would never come out and that any carpet cleaner who promised me they could would be lying to me. I thought that was strange considering baking soda and vinegar gets urine out. Well as he promised they did not come out. HOWEVER, DVA Carpet cleaning DID get them out and they stayed out. Also, none of the other spots from kids on my carpet returned either like they did with other companies. DVA is seriously the BEST and I couldn't remember their name so I had to go through all my cancelled checks so that I could track them down! HIGHLY recommend! read more

I have doggies and cats and of course as you all know they have accidents in the carpet, my carpet is tan in color and you could imagen what it looked like and smelled like. I called Dennis to set up an appt, he was available the same day. I honestly though all those stain and smells were not going to come out again. Once Dennis inspected my carpet he suggested a pet stain removal. It took him about 2 hours from start to finish. Mind you all, I had my carpet professionally clean before with a different company and once the carpet was dry I could still see and urine and poop stains and the smell was still there. Well not with Dennis it's been 2 months and my carpet looks brand new, No stains what so ever and smells great. Even my doggies and cats don't have accidents anymore, I believe my babies cannot smell there urine and don't need to mark their territory. Because it was professinal clean. I was about to buy new couches because my dog totally ruined them. I would walk by and the couch would smell so bad. I was embarrassed to have people come over because the couches would smell and look really bad, they also had stains on them because my dog would like to lick herself on the couch.
