Jonny arrived on time to our appointment and he started by informing me of the carpet cleaning process. After he gave me a quick rundown of his process, he got straight to work. He placed corner guards to make sure his tubing and cords did not damage my walls or my walls did not damage his tubing/cords. He also put up a plastic door covering, which is a precaution to make sure that while the door was open to allow his tubing and cords to come in, there was privacy and a guard against other things coming in and out the house. The carpets were a bit dirty from the prior owner and now they look practically brand new. I can't say enough amazing things about this company. He quoted me over the phone and asked very specific questions as to room sizes and number of rooms so that there would be no surprises when he showed up. He called an hour before the scheduled time and was right on time for my appointment. He first apologized that his cousin was not properly dressed in a company shirt and pants as his employee called out sick and his cousin filled in last minute (his cousin was wearing shorts and a t-shirt which seem like appropriate attire to me). He told me that his appearance and impressions of his busienss were very important to him.....this really impressed me. He got right to work...first spot treating and then worked from the upstairs to downstairs. Let me just say that I have had my house for 5 years and have NEVER had my carpet cleaned and the pet stains are gone! my carpet looks just as good as when I purchased the house...and let me tell you that if there is a tough stain he will treat it and scrub it until it comes out.
