AMAZING! I never thought anyone would get this big ugly stain out of our carpet but Jonny did. Jonny and I believe his co- worker's name was Joe were very friendly. They immediately got to work and finished sooner than I expected. Pricing reasonable and he did not change raise the price when he arrived. I Highly recommend him. Gave Jonny a call for a quote to do the carpets in our house. Phone call went well and he explained the process well. I got a quote for what we needed done and it was very reasonable. We decided to have Jonny clean our carpets and he did not disappoint. Showed up on time and got the job done. He took his time to make sure it was done correctly and we appreciate that. He even got out a stain from our carpet that had been there forever! Jonny is a very nice guy and I would definitely recommend him for your carpet cleaning needs. I used their company from the rave reviews on AV scanner community. The reviews did not disappoint. My carpet is so clean and taken care of. He even showed me a hack on how to clean stains. I'm not sharing it, you will have to hire him to see for yourself. I would definitely hire them again. read more

Bottomline--Jonny and Freddy are excellent! We were over due for carpet cleaning at this property and not only did they quote right away, they were also able to squeeze us into their schedule SAME DAY. Extremely professional, super responsive, and rates that are more than worth the exceptional work. Was doing some initial comp shopping of local carpet cleaners when we came across Jonny and from the initial interaction it seemed like it was going to be a great relationship. He took the time to genuinely listen (something that is getting more difficult to come across nowadays) to the needs for this property and was able to put together an action plan on getting the floors back to spotless. We are now on track for clean floors always, and have our go-to person who we trust. Thank you guys, keep up the fire! read more

Jonny arrived on time to our appointment and he started by informing me of the carpet cleaning process. After he gave me a quick rundown of his process, he got straight to work. He placed corner guards to make sure his tubing and cords did not damage my walls or my walls did not damage his tubing/cords. He also put up a plastic door covering, which is a precaution to make sure that while the door was open to allow his tubing and cords to come in, there was privacy and a guard against other things coming in and out the house. The carpets were a bit dirty from the prior owner and now they look practically brand new. I am very pleased with Jonny's service and I will be utilizing him for all of my semi-annual carpet cleanings. I highly recommend Jonny's Carpet Cleaning! read more

Jonny really knows carpet! He takes his time in explaining the cleaning process and gives great pointers on how to keep your carpet clean. They did a great job. They got me on the calendar quick. They were very nice to deal with and did a great job. They did arrive a little late which was inconvenient. The fee charged was low and I will give them a try again. All in all a positive experience. They don't take checks. read more

I needed my carpet in my office cleaned and Johnny's Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! My assistant had spilled coffee creamer last year and the stain kept showing up. I also had stains in front of my refrigerator and he was able to clean those too. I'm so happy there no more stains! The rest of the carpet in my office looks so clean too. Definitely recommend Johnny's Carpet Cleaning! read more

Very friendly and respectful man. He took stains out of my carpet that I've been trying to get out for months. My couches are old and he made them look so nice! My chairs as well, they were so gross because I have two small children. He made my chairs look like new. Would recommend him to everyone I know and would use him again. Very reasonable pricing as well and he texts updates if you leave the home for whatever reason. I went to work and left him with my brother and I was updated at every step (when he arrived, when he began working, when he was done) everything was done in a timely manner as well. Deposit was left to book and it was applied to the total service. Highly recommend!!! read more

Jonny is professional, and very knowledgeable. We run a daycare from our home. And the stains left behind from the daily spills and high traffic can be challenging to clean. We thought we would have to replace our carpets soon, but he brought them back to life. We have recommend him to our daycare families, and friends. You will not regret it! read more

I admit that I didn't have very high hopes for my carpet. One day I really stared down and saw how gross my carpet was! So after seeing Johnnys company on Instagram, seeing his reasonable prices and also reading thru his reviews of satisfied customers I called him to set up my appt. He was as prompt to respond as any busy person is and gave pointers on what to do before he arrived. I was so excited to walk into the house and see the difference! I walked around to all the stains I had seen the day before and most of them were gone. I already anticipated some of the stains were a lost cause, I've had some pretty bad spills, but he exceeded my expectations! He was very courteous and professional. read more

Jonny just left our office here in Santa Clarita and I wanted to let everyone know what a great job he did right away. The office carpet is transformed- large stains gone and everything like new. Jonny was the second person we contacted after another company made an appt. with us, and never showed up or returned our calls. He answered our text and arrived on time. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough amazing things about this company. He quoted me over the phone and asked very specific questions as to room sizes and number of rooms so that there would be no surprises when he showed up. He called an hour before the scheduled time and was right on time for my appointment. He first apologized that his cousin was not properly dressed in a company shirt and pants as his employee called out sick and his cousin filled in last minute (his cousin was wearing shorts and a t-shirt which seem like appropriate attire to me). He told me that his appearance and impressions of his busienss were very important to him.....this really impressed me. He got right to work...first spot treating and then worked from the upstairs to downstairs. Let me just say that I have had my house for 5 years and have NEVER had my carpet cleaned and the pet stains are gone! my carpet looks just as good as when I purchased the house...and let me tell you that if there is a tough stain he will treat it and scrub it until it comes out. He let me see the water when he was done and I was both impressed and grossed out by how dirty my carpets were. He is so nice and professional...I will definitely be using this company again! read more
