Had them redo the caulk and sealing in my whole house. Showers, tubs, sinks. Did a great job. I'd give a 5 star for the work but they did have to cancel on me a few times to get the work done. Was worth the wait. read more

I was very pleased with what this company did. I needed grout done on my fireplace and on my showers. I was just going to do the fireplace but after speaking. With them, I decided to do my showers also. They were very responsive, attentive, and did a good job. They were also very reasonably priced. If you need any grout work done, please reach out. You won't be disappointed. I'm a contractor myself. I very rarely review but I felt they deserved a great review. read more

Excellent work. On time and well organized. Highly recommend. Allen knows his business.

We just had our shower steam cleaned and all the seams re-caulked and sealed. We are so pleased with the results our bathroom looks like when we first remodeled it over 10 years ago. Thanks for working on time, quickly, and professionally. The service was reasonably priced and we highly recommend Mr. Happy Grout. Definitely, will be calling again soon for our backyard patio. We employed Mr. Happy Grout to clean and renew our stained and dirty floor tile grout. The team came as agreed right on time and spent most of the day cleaning the tile and grout. Our floor came out looking better than the day it was installed...spectacularly clean and beautiful! They cleaned the grout and then sealed it so it will stay that way and be much easier to keep clean. They also touched up any flaws in our grout as necessary. Great job guys and worth every penny! Allen the owner and his two assistants, Jose and Cedric, were very skilled and disciplined workers. Additionally, they were a delight to get to know. We will definitely use them again whenever necessary! read more

This is our second time using Mr. Happy Grout for our slate flooring and again we are very happy with the results. Allen is very professional, personable and "Happy". We also had our three bathroom countertops honed/polished and our travertine counter looks better than when installed. One was a marble countertop that had a chemical spilled on it leaving a dull stain, but now it too looks brand new! We will definitely use Mr. Happy Grout again and have recommended Allen to our friends and family. Thanks Allen! read more

Allen and Jose were awesome. They made my bathrooms look like they were brand new. So grateful for Allen's attention to detail.

I just had my floors cleaned today from Allen and his team. Our house was a model home and it was our responsibility to clean and seal the grout ourselves 5 years ago when we bought it (oops!) Mr. Happy Grout came out and cleaned, colored, and sealed our grout and it looks fantastic. All of our ceramic tile grout lines look the exact same and everything matches finally! It repels liquids and will be a snap to clean in the future. The gear, truck, and crew are professional, as well as courteous, punctual, tech savvy, and extremely friendly! They are a pleasure to do business with and I will recommend them to anyone who needs flooring work. Thanks guys! read more

Allen and Jose are awesome! They clean, seal and repair as they go getting the tile and grout looking like new and treat your house like their own while they work. Second time using them and will definitely use again! You won't be disappointed. read more

This review is based solely on communication and not the services offered. Unfortunately, as a couple other reviews state, the owner never got back to me. I called and left a vm and didn't hear back. Then I called and he answered and said he would stop by a day last week and stop by to assess what we needed cleaned. He mentioned he was booked for awhile, but I told him that was totally fine. I've since left 2 voicemails with no return call. Also, my husband called last night and couldn't get ahold of him either. People seem very happy so it's disappointing. Guess he does not want the work. read more

My realtor Holly Thompson referred Happy Grout to me to get my house ready to sell. I am so happy with the job done on all the tile, especially my master bath. My master bathroom looks just like it did when I bought my home brand new from the builder 16 years ago. I am beyond impressed with the job done. They are efficient, timely, nice, trustworthy. Use them. You will be so happy you did. I will be using them the minute my tile starts to look less than perfect in my new house. Great job guys. read more

Allen Veil of Mr. Happy Grout is a bonafide grout genius! We had an unusual crumbling grout/tile problem in our shower. It was a difficult problem to fix since the replacement tile we bought wasn't the exact size needed. But Allen not only made it fit but made it look perfect. We would highly recommend his business for any grout problem. He also recolored our kitchen tile grout to make it look brand new. He's professional and personable and did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. read more

I really can't believe how pristine my bathroom looks now. Allen and Jose were extremely professional, courteous and clean and so easy to have around while they work. I can't say enough good things about this company. I now plan to have them come out to do my other bathrooms and floors as well as my kitchen! I'm so glad I didn't wait to have this done! read more

Fantastic Job. Our grout had not been cleaned for about 25 years. They came in cleaned and sealed the grout and it looks better then we we first bought the house. Worth every penny. Thank you. read more

This company was friendly and professional. They were very thorough in explaining the cleaning process, grout color choices and samples right on your floor to help decide, and they were patient with my son who wanted to tell them his opinion a few times. They completed the job in one day, right after their quote. I highly recommend this company for their efficiency, expertise and exceptional customer service. Thank you! read more

I am really disappointed with this company. I noticed that several other potential customers have had and that is he does not return phone calls. I left several messages requesting that he at least give me the courtesy of a return call if he did not have any interest in doing the work. I owned a business for 32 years and made the time to at least acknowledge with a return call. Now I can move on to a company that wants the work. read more

I have called and left 3 messages over a 2 month period (realized that due to holidays there could be an issue with service or return calls) with no response/call back from this company. I am not sure if they are out of business or just don't need new business. We will be looking for another company to provide us the service. Dissapointing since this company had such positive reviews in the past. read more

Allan did an awesome job on my tile floors. They look brand new and gorgeous! I highly recommend his services!

We had just completed a major remodel and Allen and his son came to clean and seal our tile which is nearly 1/2 our house. The best compliment I received from a friend was when she asked if we had all new tile installed!!!! It looked nice enough to fool her that it was all new! KUDOS to Allen and his son!! We are so pleased with the service we received from Allen and his son we are requesting them to come back to do our rental house! read more

I can't say enough great things about my experience with this company. I have been wanting to get my stone floors cleaned for a while but given that they are travertine approximately 1000 ft.² I knew it was not going to be cheap. We had several companies come out and give us a quote. Allen was by far, the most reasonable one. In terms of their work, Allen was here with his worker for two days. They were prompt, efficient and incredibly thorough. Every nook and cranny and corner where scraped, stripped and sealed. My floors now look like a lobby of a luxury hotel. I never thought my floors could look this good. Really happy with this company. Highly recommend them. read more

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. Left 3 voicemails and never got a call back. I'm sure I had the right phone number as the message said it was Mr. Happy Grout. Very strange. I was really looking forward to giving this service a try. Oh well! If I have to chase a contractor I figure they won't be reliable. Sorry for the poor review, Mr. Happy Grout, but you should return calls. read more

Excellent job! Allen, his son, and his staff went above and beyond in their tile cleaning! He repaired tiles that were in need of attention AND he re-caulked everything....even the kitchen sink.....just as a thank you for the job. Friendly, professional service and the work is fantastic. It looks like a brand new tile floor! We couldn't be more pleased all around. read more

If you want your tile cleaned and sealed by a genuine PROFESSIONAL you can trust, Hire Allen, Mr. HAppy Grout!! He did an AMAZING job on our tile, downstairs kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. Allen was so sweet and personable. His helper Omar did a great job as well. I so appreciate that even from the first visit to give us an estimate, Allen was attentive to our lifestyle and respectful of our floors and removed his shoes at the door. He took time to help us decide on the color grouts, showing us samples on his initial visit. He did a BEAUTIFUL job with the grout and kept us informed of progress along the way. They carefully laid down drop cloths to protect our carpeting. I had left the windows open and it got really windy while the guys were working. Allen took care of my home as if it were his own and closed windows when he saw the wind was beginning to blow things over! He also tried to reattach our sliding screen door, which is broken. SO kind of him to try to help us out!! He recaulked our shower floor as a consolation for rescheduling with us, so generous of him! Allen is the best! So dependable and trustworthy. I'm looking forward to having him back in the future for some routine tile cleaning. THANK YOU ALLEN!! read more
