I would never recommend this company owner Nick Murray. I contacted him after seeing my neighbors garage floor. We agreed on the project and quoted $2500.00. He started the project weather was not ideal. After several months I contacted him and said the floor was not like my neighbors. He came back and said that it would cost him additional $600. I met him half way$300.00 cash no receipt on both. The floors started to peel and flake. All contacts were done by text messages. Very late in responses or excuses out of town or not in the area. He returned and the repair was Unexceptionable, his comment was drive over it a couple of times. Today my floor has continued to flake and peel, also the epoxy is separating from the floor. I have contacted his bond and now state contractors board. Next step small claims. Don't believe his website on his warranty. You can see his unprofessional workmanship. read more

Initially Nick made a first great impression when he did the epoxy on my first house in the San Fernando valley in 2018. I referred several coworkers and friends to his company for work. I had nothing by great things to say about his work. In May of 2022, I purchased a second home in Moorpark. I had him coat the flooring in my garage. In approximately 18 months from the date of service, a piece of epoxy came off. I politely messaged him asking him if he would be able to repair it. He replied and stated he would stop by to repair the chip whenever he was out in my area. I believed him since his philosophy on his website states," EPOXY FLOORS INC., isn't just another flooring company - we are a premium epoxy coating supplier and installer committed to doing the industry's best work." Additions, I was hoping he would show a level of commitment to me due to being a returning customer coupled with the number of referrals I've sent his way. I waited several months. I eventually messaged him with a follow up after referring another coworker to him. He messaged me April 18th stating he would come by to repair my flooring on April 22nd, 2024. The day came to an end. I messaged him that evening asking if he was still coming. He replied, stating the Job he had near my home in Westlake Village was cancelled and he never made it out there. Little does he know, I follow him on Instagram and saw him post about the job he completed in Westlake Village that very day, just 15 minutes from my home. The sense of betrayal rushed through my head. I chose to ignore his lie. He said he would stop by on his next job near my home. Today, May 16, 2024. He completed another job in Westlake Village, 15 minutes from home, based off his Instagram post. I didn't hear anything from him. This drew the last straw for me. I didn't want to post a negative review. I'm a strong supporter of small businesses and I'd hate to see a loss of revenue for Nick. At this point, I feel like the truth needs to be published. It's infuriating to me when you spend your hard earned money on a premium priced product just to be met with substandard quality and lies. In conclusion of my review, Before you decide to call Nick for a quote, ask yourself this, What can a first time customer expect in return when your epoxy starts flaking prematurely, in comparison to someone who was once a loyal customer? read more

I found this company through a referral from a friend. Nick did our two car garage in January, and came back and did our standalone 3rd car garage last month. We went with the light grey flaked floor with a textured finish to minimize slip accidents by my elderly parents. Starting first thing in the morning, they diamond sanded and patched the floor and then proceeded with the various steps in the epoxy coating process. By early in the afternoon, they were done. Two days later, we were able to drive on the floors. It looks great, and is very easy to clean.
