I would never recommend this company owner Nick Murray. I contacted him after seeing my neighbors garage floor. We agreed on the project and quoted $2500.00. He started the project weather was not ideal. After several months I contacted him and said the floor was not like my neighbors. He came back and said that it would cost him additional $600. I met him half way$300.00 cash no receipt on both. The floors started to peel and flake. All contacts were done by text messages. Very late in responses or excuses out of town or not in the area. He returned and the repair was Unexceptionable, his comment was drive over it a couple of times. Today my floor has continued to flake and peel, also the epoxy is separating from the floor. I have contacted his bond and now state contractors board. Next step small claims. Don't believe his website on his warranty. You can see his unprofessional workmanship.
I understand why Epoxy floors has nothing but 5 star reviews. Nick answered the phone and popped over to my house for an estimate right away. Bam, $1,800. DONE. He was flexible, knowledgeable, prompt, reliable, why go to ANYONE else ever? Best experience ever.
Wow! Our garage floor looks awesome. Nick did a beautiful job, is great with communicating about timing, and has a fair price. You need not look any further if you are considering an epoxy floor.
Initially Nick made a first great impression when he did the epoxy on my first house in the San Fernando valley in 2018. I referred several coworkers and friends to his company for work. I had nothing by great things to say about his work. In May of 2022, I purchased a second home in Moorpark. I had him coat the flooring in my garage. In approximately 18 months from the date of service, a piece of epoxy came off. I politely messaged him asking him if he would be able to repair it. He replied and stated he would stop by to repair the chip whenever he was out in my area. I believed him since his philosophy on his website states," EPOXY FLOORS INC., isn't just another flooring company - we are a premium epoxy coating supplier and installer committed to doing the industry's best work." Additions, I was hoping he would show a level of commitment to me due to being a returning customer coupled with the number of referrals I've sent his way. I waited several months. I eventually messaged him with a follow up after referring another coworker to him. He messaged me April 18th stating he would come by to repair my flooring on April 22nd, 2024. The day came to an end. I messaged him that evening asking if he was still coming. He replied, stating the Job he had near my home in Westlake Village was cancelled and he never made it out there. Little does he know, I follow him on Instagram and saw him post about the job he completed in Westlake Village that very day, just 15 minutes from my home. The sense of betrayal rushed through my head. I chose to ignore his lie. He said he would stop by on his next job near my home. Today, May 16, 2024. He completed another job in Westlake Village, 15 minutes from home, based off his Instagram post. I didn't hear anything from him. This drew the last straw for me. I didn't want to post a negative review. I'm a strong supporter of small businesses and I'd hate to see a loss of revenue for Nick. At this point, I feel like the truth needs to be published. It's infuriating to me when you spend your hard earned money on a premium priced product just to be met with substandard quality and lies. In conclusion of my review, Before you decide to call Nick for a quote, ask yourself this, What can a first time customer expect in return when your epoxy starts flaking prematurely, in comparison to someone who was once a loyal customer?
Nick had everything I needed for this job: 1. competitive pricing 2. availability for contact and for follow up questions 3. fast and quality service 4. wide range of materials and photo examples of work He showed up on time. Helped me move my then disassembled sauna (major pain in the butt to move pieces!) and worked nonstop in less than 8 hours had a beautiful epoxy coat done on my 2 car garage.
Nick and his team were incredible to work with. I received multiple quotes from other companies both in and outside of my area and ended up with Nick. First off I find it important to say that every other quote I received was almost double than what I ended up getting. Even more important is the fact that every other company told me I'd be getting subpar work for the price. Well, Nick with true class didn't bad mouth ANY of the companies he simply explained his process (which was identical from prep to finish) and made it easy. I have not stopped receiving compliments on the garage. I highly highly highly recommend this company. You guys are awesome and I can't wait to work with you again.
Recently got epoxy floor done for my garage. Nick and one of his team members did a very great job. My floor turned out looking clean and beautiful. I highly recommend them.
I was referred to Nick by a business owner here in SCV, I had seen the flooring job he did and thought it looked great. We reached out to Nick and he responded right away. He gave us an estimate within a day and we were scheduled within a week. It took him half a day and the flooring is drying now. Our price came out lower than the estimate if you can believe that and it looks great! We are very please and would gladly refer him.
Nick is awesome. Amazing workmanship, best price, clean, and fast. Did my 3 car garage in half a day. These pics are now one year since installation and they look like new. Durable. We've referred many others to him who have also been happysupport local
Nick did a great job on my garage floor. He was on time (actually even early!) and was hard at work until the garage floor was finished. He got the job done quickly and help transformed our garage floors from crappy at best to amazing looking. I've already referred him to several of my friends who are looking to do the same thing.

Nick does a an amazing job. He did my 3 car garage about 13 years ago and I loved it. Once you have an epoxy floor you will always have an epoxy floor. My lady and I just purchased a new home and epoxy floor for the garage is a must. Nick has been doing this so long he has it down to a couple hours. It turned out great and I get alot of compliments . Thanks guys . read more

If I could give Nick's Epoxy Floors 10 stars I WOULD!!!! So awesome!!!! We love love love our epoxy floors! NOT TO MENTION NICK's kind customer service is AWESOME TOO!!! As newly moved in home owners we looked at our old + cracked + ugly + dirty garage floors and yelped it right away. Glad that we found Nick!!! He was super prompt on msging us and was willing to come during the really bad weather. We were super grateful! He worked right away on our 3 car garage and took him a day to start and finish. As forgetful person that I am... i forgot to ask him few questions and he took his off work hours to reply back to me right away. Thank you so much!!! Ever since the epoxy floors, we feel like a super star driving into our garage. Puhaha!!! Totally worth it (See photos on before and after) read more
