Matt and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park with my garage floor epoxy! From the start, he walked me through the entire step-by-step process and kept me updated with in-progress photos, which gave me total peace of mind. I chose the premium tier one-day epoxy, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was incredible--they carefully covered all surrounding areas and left everything spotless after the job was done. On top of that, the price for the level of quality you get is outstanding. If you have any questions about what tier you should get, Matt will walk you through what is best for your home and budget! If you're considering upgrading your garage floor, I'd highly recommend Matt and his team! read more

We recently had our garage floor done by Matt and his team and the entire experience was excellent. From the start, Matt was patient, clear and transparent about the process. He explained everything in a way that made sense and made us feel confident in our decision. The project was completed on schedule and actually finished earlier than expected. The crew was professional, respectful and you can tell they take real pride in their work. They left the space spotless when they were done which we really appreciated. The quality of the epoxy floor is outstanding. The finish is smooth with a light texture that gives it grip and durability which is exactly how it should be. It looks beautiful and has completely transformed our garage. We have already had neighbors stop by to ask who did it. It is rare to find a company that delivers both craftsmanship and great communication but Matt and his team did both. We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend them. Five stars and we would happily hire them again. I would give another star if I could. They loved on our Charlie (dog). read more

Matt was communicative and responsive from the minute I reached out. His website is 100% transparent about pricing and services. The straightforwardness of everything made it an easy decision to choose epoxy.la. He and Manny showed up 15 minutes early and explained the whole process. They are well rehearsed at the process, they made it look so easy. From start to finish, they were there 5 hrs. 2 hrs of that being drying time. The floor is looking great and the garage will no longer be a scary dirty place to do laundry. read more

Matt made the process easy and the results were awesome. I opted for the 2 day processs because my concrete floor was not in the best of shape and I'm glad I did. Project was done in 3 days and that was just because Matt was honest and preferred quality over just wanting to get the job done. Matt suggested I let my floor cure more to make a much better hold and was willing to come back a third day to get the job done right. Great value, great results. You get what you pay for. read more

Matt and his team provided their serives on two of my garages. Both turned out spectacularly! RThe most difficmt was a 1941 era garage that had major cracks, multiple decades-old repairs and calcification of the stem wall foundations. He did a magnificient job of prepping the disparate surfaces, sealing everything with a densifier and providing a flake topcoat. It came out brand new and saved me from having to replace the entirte floor. Cannot say enough good things about his product and business philosophy. Highly recommended!! read more

I hired Epoxy.LA to redo my garage flooring after we discovered efflorescence in the slab (humidity in the concrete due to high water table). Matt recommended a three step plan to seal cracks with densifying sealer two times, and then coat with epoxy, flakes, and topcoat. He provided a 15 year warranty, so that is very re-assuring. Matt communicated very clearly with me, explaining every step of the way, to make sure I understood what was happening. He texted me photos of each step of the process so I was aware about where we were in the process. I really appreciated his communication, and I would recommend him to any homeowner interested in garage epoxy! read more

Just purchased a home and the garage floor had a very old epoxy on it. There were cracks and chips, just looked ugly. Researched Yelp and found Matt at Epoxy.LA. On the call, he explained his company and the various levels of application in such a detailed way I was convinced this was the right company. Went with the densifying application to keep moisture out and have a long lasting epoxy finish. Tuxedo was the epoxy finished we decided upon. Matt showed up on time and kept me informed of the progress through pictures and explanation. Such a great experience!!! read more

Don't hesitate to get a quote from the Owner of Epoxy LA, Matt, if you have even mild interest in getting epoxy flooring done in your garage area! Getting quotes never hurt anyone plus you get a very quick response from Matt and he will provide you with all the answers to your questions about epoxy. Our garage, after rainy days, gets large amounts of efflorescence build-up which is a white powdery substance due to the water run-off from an unknown water source going directly underneath our garage's path where when the water and the concrete garage flooring collide a white powder forms and rises up. I don't know the science of it but what I do know is that it was a huge problem and Epoxy LA came to the rescue to work their magic! We opted for the 3 layers of coating (maximum allowed protection against efflorescence buildup). That job is 3 days of labor (shout out to Matt's crew, Manny and Danny!) plus you need 2 extra days before you can bring your vehicle back into the garage. The finished product exceeded our expectations! We are thrilled to finally get epoxy flooring in the our garage area and say goodbye to the pain in the butt efflorescence issue! read more

2 and a half years after my initial review, i'm subtracting 3 stars. i'd written a glowing review after the installation per their request and i'd recommended this service to my neighbors, but i'd have to say i regret that, as i don't trust the long term reliability of their product, nor the actual guarantees of their service. as you can see in the images below, the product they installed in august of 2020 DOES NOT stand the test of time. the areas of the garage that can be exposed to direct sunlight have been progressively yellowing over time. it's not like i keep my garage open to the sun for any extended periods of time either. the yellowing started out fairly minimal, so i wasn't too concerned, but after 2+ years, now it looks gross. i've mopped it pretty hard, but nothing helps, as i've broken mop handles with how hard i've scrubbed. when they were working on my neighbor's garage epoxy, we'd spoken to the owner about the yellowing of those areas and he acknowledged it was due to use of an inferior product, which they no longer utilize today. he said that they could either 1: replace those yellowing areas at the front of the garage. this would be done for free, but result in a visible non-uniform look between the transition between old epoxy and new material. the whole 'free' aspect i'm not sure about, because they never replied to my text when i tried to request this. i'm not super eager to clear out my garage and have them redo things either, so i didn't follow up after that attempt in july of 2022. OR 2: they could redo my entire garage with the new material to ensure a uniform look across the entire garage. this would cost me the price of redoing the entire garage. umm well when i dropped several thousand dollars the first time, i expected the entire garage done properly, so i'm not keen on giving them another several thousand dollars to give it their best shot again. read more

I'm a mom with wild boys who love to play in the garage and driveway, and after one of the kids fell on his skates because of a hole in our concrete, I knew something had to be done about our floor. Matt and Manny arrived promptly at the designated time and began to work. Matt is your guy if you love information and knowing why things are happening. He explained things clearly and let me repeat to him what I heard to ensure I understood what was being done to our floor. Manny did an amazing job cleaning all the goo and grime off the floor from the awful vinyl that had been installed before my move-in. He's also super sweet and awesome to work with. After two days, we had a gorgeous floor with no cracks or holes for the boys to fall in. Our neighbors even want to come hang out in our garage because it looks beautiful. We highly recommend working with both Matt and Manny! read more
