I hired Epoxy.LA to redo my garage flooring after we discovered efflorescence in the slab (humidity in the concrete due to high water table). Matt recommended a three step plan to seal cracks with densifying sealer two times, and then coat with epoxy, flakes, and topcoat. He provided a 15 year warranty, so that is very re-assuring. Our garage, after rainy days, gets large amounts of efflorescence build-up which is a white powdery substance due to the water run-off from an unknown water source going directly underneath our garage's path where when the water and the concrete garage flooring collide a white powder forms and rises up. I don't know the science of it but what I do know is that it was a huge problem and Epoxy LA came to the rescue to work their magic! We opted for the 3 layers of coating (maximum allowed protection against efflorescence buildup). That job is 3 days of labor (shout out to Matt's crew, Manny and Danny!) plus you need 2 extra days before you can bring your vehicle back into the garage. 2 and a half years after my initial review, i'm subtracting 3 stars. i'd written a glowing review after the installation per their request and i'd recommended this service to my neighbors, but i'd have to say i regret that, as i don't trust the long term reliability of their product, nor the actual guarantees of their service. as you can see in the images below, the product they installed in august of 2020 DOES NOT stand the test of time. the areas of the garage that can be exposed to direct sunlight have been progressively yellowing over time. it's not like i keep my garage open to the sun for any extended periods of time either. the yellowing started out fairly minimal, so i wasn't too concerned, but after 2+ years, now it looks gross. i've mopped it pretty hard, but nothing helps, as i've broken mop handles with how hard i've scrubbed. when they were working on my neighbor's garage epoxy, we'd spoken to the owner about the yellowing of those areas and he acknowledged it was due to use of an inferior product, which they no longer utilize today. he said that they could either 1: replace those yellowing areas at the front of the garage. this would be done for free, but result in a visible non-uniform look between the transition between old epoxy and new material. the whole 'free' aspect i'm not sure about, because they never replied to my text when i tried to request this. i'm not super eager to clear out my garage and have them redo things either, so i didn't follow up after that attempt in july of 2022. OR 2: they could redo my entire garage with the new material to ensure a uniform look across the entire garage. this would cost me the price of redoing the entire garage. umm well when i dropped several thousand dollars the first time, i expected the entire garage done properly, so i'm not keen on giving them another several thousand dollars to give it their best shot again. read more

They give you a quote and once agreed upon a price and date is fixed, on the day of installation they'll try to sell it at higher price and if you don't agree they will talk so bad standing on your driveway that will ruin your day. Alright...i have done my research and these guys are legit. They do a solid job for a fair price. They use industrial grade materials and know what they are doing. They sealed all the cracks after the grinding, the grinding was nicely done. The are clean and keep things tidy the whole time which is important to me. The prep takes the most time. They were done early afternoon, start around 730ish am. I upgraded to the good sealer. I was told it would smell really bad and it DOES! I taped the garage door going into the house and the smell went throughout the whole house. If i knew how bad it smelled, i would have gone to a hotel (but have all my stuff in my backyard, lol). It smells bad so just be prepared. Tip, upgrade for the good sealer. The coverage of the flakes is super heavy. Great job. So you don't have to worry about that. Tip. Get an appointment early, these guys are busy. It took my 3 week before i get an appointment. The pricing is upfront and reasonable. Their website has everything. I have got several estimates, these guys were the best price with high quality material. In short. Hire them and dont worry.
