Please note I had another company re do my pool deck with a product that will last more than a year. While Charlie was fixing up all the unnecessary cuts on the cement. He showed another problem which this company told me that it cost me $800.00 to a hollow spot on the deck. However they repaired it with wrong kind of bonding material that also bubbled up. I have pictures of it to show. Again I will say that I was very disappointed that you made a mess out of my pool deck with a product that should never have been used. Epoxy Power did 3 separate services for me. Coating a pool deck. Waterproofing and coating a balcony and repairing and resealing patio tile. They did an amazing job. I am happy with the outcome of all 3. Importantly, the communication from Mike and Kamran were professional and immediate. Every question was answered. Concerns were addressed and my requests were remembered and implemented. I asked for non-slip in the sealer, it happened. I requested a special color for the pool deck, it happened. The stucco had to be cut up around the balcony to accommodate new flashing, it happened and was then patched flawlessly and paint was matched and painted. We had our concrete backyard deck covered with an epoxy coating by the Epoxy Power team in June of 2024. Within 2 months cracks began to form in several areas. Mike and his team were kind enough to come out a few months later, patch the cracks, and apply another coat of Epoxy power in 2 areas at no charge to us. We were very grateful! Unfortunately, even with patching and a new coat of material the old cracks are resurfacing again, in addition to some new cracks forming. We were told cracks were inevitable because the ground is constantly shifting. If we were made aware of how much cracking would occur beforehand, I doubt we would have chosen an epoxy material to redo our deck. The material itself is very pleasing esthetically and the Epoxy Power team very efficient. Our biggest concern now is that the old cracks that were patched and then recoated are chipping and lifting. We will probably just leave the deck as it is for now. The company is very professional, but the product is not suited for decks. read more

I had several estimates to epoxy (polyurea) my garage floor but decided to go with Epoxy Power by BMI. Juliet, the estimator, was right on time and pleasant to talk to. She was very informative and gave me a straight forward, very fair estimate. She even stopped by a second time to show me the different finish options they had available. I immediately felt good about going with BMI and after some research, knew they were the ones for my job! Mike emailed me a fair quote and I signed. Mike was very friendly and understanding to my needs and made sure to accommodate my requests. The job was a two day job as they repaired and sealed the floor from water (per my request) on the first day. The second day was Epoxy, flakes and clear coat.
