Anthony is very professional and friendly. His prices are very reasonable. At the time I was "nesting" and didn't have time to remove all my furniture. I asked if he could just get in as deep as he could and he totally did. 1 month later and my carpet is still fresh looking. It had taken a 3 year beating and had stained a lot and the carpet looked new after he was done. Anthony came and did our carpet today and did a great job! Our carpet is polyester so it's already difficult to clean AND be able to see a difference. He was very nice and very professional. He walked through first to ensure he knew what rooms he was doing and got started. In about 2 hours, he finished up and left our carpet looking very nice. He made sure that we were content with his work and that there was no lingering smell (because sometimes the machines leave a bit of a smell cuz of dirt). He also made sure to explain that we had to give the carpet a few hours to dry properly and advised us what could be put down and what couldn't at the time. This was by far, my worst experience as a customer, period. This assessment is not limited to flooring services. It covers all my interactions as a customer in all businesses. People expect to be treated with the same respect and dignity as they would treat yourself, and this as far from that as it gets. He arrived more than an hour and a half late. He did not even call to give notice of his delayed arrival, I had to call him. Shortly after his arrival, proceeded to whine and whine and whine like his life depended on whining. He whined about not getting enough help from my sons, as if they were part of the prior arrangement. He whined about having to work on a Sunday. He whined about the fur from the family pet, as if it was an occupational hazard, and copped the most unprofessional attitude you could ever imagine. And to cap it all, he cleaned fewer rooms that the agreement called for, charged me double the agreed amount, took only cash, contrary to the credit card logos prominently displayed on his van, and engaged me in an embarrassing argument over money, in front of my neighbors and in front of my kids. Calling ahead to establish some form of prior agreement, was a total waste of time. The professionalism and the courtesy of the representative who took my order, is the exact opposite of the service rendered. He behaved as if he was doing me a favor and I was lucky to have him. He had zero interest in my assessment of his work, he was satisfied with his own performance, so nothing else mattered. If this review compels one prospect to think twice about using this service, it would have served its purpose. Paying twice the agreed amount for less work than previously agreed, is an ordeal that no one has to suffer. read more

Over the phone customer service was great... super professional , went into detail in how they clean carpets , went over pricing , etc...... I like the fact that I got called right away and was able to be booked for the next day .... Here's the why the 1 star.... The day of him coming to clean my carper he was externally late ( 1.5 hours) . I called and left numerous of messages but no responds back , not even a call to say hey I'm running late I'm sorry.... he finally came and was super rude , came with such bad attitude ...... in my opinion he did a half as job. Anthony was prompt, helpful, and immediately got to work as soon as he was here. He was really funny, and him and my husband talked for hours, I even inconvenienced him by asking him if he could clean our living room even though that wasn't in the original quote.
