Our carpet cleaned and stretched afterwards! Richard did an excellent job! Definitely will recommend and use the company again!

I can't recommend Elite Carpet Care enough. Richard is one of the hardest-working people I know, and it shows in the quality of his work. He takes pride in what he does, pays attention to every detail, and the results are always impeccable. He's extremely dependable--on time, every time--and one of the friendliest, most professional people you could have working in your home or business. His prices are also incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and level of service he provides. You definitely get your money's worth and then some. If you're looking for someone who does outstanding work, shows up when he says he will, treats you right, and charges a fair price, call Elite Carpet Care. Richard has earned my business, my trust, and an easy five-star recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. read more

I am tremendously happy with my carpet cleaning from Elite. My entire 2nd floor and stairs carpet is thoroughly clean, matting completely fixed, and my whole house has smelled fresh for days. We have used Elite Carpet twice now. First they came to clean the carpet at our rental in Lancaster. While they were there they noticed the carpet was loose. For a small additional fee they re-stretched it. We called them out a second time to fix a missing piece of carpet. The owner and employee were both friendly and professional. The work is done well and at a very reasonable price. read more

I usually get my carpets cleaned once a year. I've used elite the last two years. Each time was a great experience. They even honored my military service and gave me a discount, which is greatly respected and appreciated. However, I called for my yearly service this week and the receptionist said she won't honor my military service even though my last services were honored. Was a let down for me. I respect companies that honor military and first responder service and sacrifice. I ended up going with another local carpet cleaner that honored the discount. I personally prefer to support companies that honor our military and first responders. read more
