this was the worst experience for housekeeping i've ever had. the team got to my house to do a job and did not finish. They hid a broken lid on my trash can , and dented my shower paint. Ive gotten her service a few times, and have always paid the same amount unless i got a fridge or bathroom needed help. This time she charged me 40 more dollars. When i expressed my concerns with Ana she understood and "discounted " me but just gave me a higher quote then usual and charged me the normal rate. So there was no discount, she did lie on the call, after agreeing that these photos are unacceptable. I proceed to ask for an itemized invoice She began harassing me and blowing up my phone with un kind behavior, saying that i didn't even ask for a kitchen when i clearly did in my request for service , she tried to gaslight me by telling me that "i never get a kitchen done anyway" but clearly i did this time and the time prior earlier this month. She comes every month if not every other, and she's always been honest. 2026 and the way of the world has caused a lack of professionalism and i recommend not booking and looking toward better cleaners/professionalism , as she has been spamming my phone all because i asked for an itemized invoice. read more

I reached out to Ana about doing a deep clean on my house. (2200 sqft 4bed 2.5 bath) she was able to come and give me an estimate and we went over things that would be done. (I had a hefty list on my end; baseboards, cabinet surfaces, blinds, the works) Cleaning day, she had 4 women working thru various parts of the house. Took about 5 hours top to bottom. At the end she walked me thru each room & if there was something that the girls had missed she pointed it out and it was handled. My house feels brand new! The team that worked on my house did a wonderful job, led by Letty and Naomi. First initial call with Ana was detailed where she asked questions about my home and gave me a quote on the spot. On the day of the cleaning, she sends her team to do an initial in-person assessment where they go through the house and give a quote from the walk through. SKETCHY! As a business owner I hate to give a negative review. So it take a lot to throw any business under the bus. Called Ana to clean my parents home. it's a 2 bed 2.5 bathroom. I'm in SCV, she is in AV. she said she would charge extra for travel. I agreed. Ana told me that it would be about 3 hours to clean a 1430sq foot home.I agreed, so at 9:45am the her cleaning staff came. I walked the property with them and they assured me that it would take 3 hours do to a basic clean because the house was not in need of a deep cleaning. I added pictures to show the condition the bathrooms where in that I had texted to her prior to her coming (per her request) So I agreed, as I'm leaving the house she calls me and says it's going to take 6 hour to clean the place. I'm not sure how she sane up with these number as she was not there to see the place and the her staff actually walked the place. Then she said she can clean the 2.5 bathrooms and that will take 3 hours. ‍ When I asked her why would it take 3 hours to clean 2.5 bathrooms, she said because her staff does a good job and added the people that work for her are humans therefore they need to be paid accordingly. ‍ Thats when I felt super uncomfortable. She tried to shame me for asking why you need 3 hours to clean the bathrooms 2.5 bath. I felt so embarrassed because the phone is on speaker and the staff is listening to the entire conversation. They also started feeling awkward because they walked the house and realized the condition the house where awarded of the BS their boss is talking. Here is my conclusion The staff was super friendly and seemed trust worthy. (They provided drivers license) The owner of the business seems a bit sketchy IMO.
