My Wife and I were looking for a company to clean about 2000 sq ft of carpeting in our home. Since we have lived in this house for 4 years and have pets, we wanted a company that would be very thorough, and had experience with homes that have inside pets. After searching on Yelp for reputable carpet cleaning in our area, we selected 3 companies to get estimates from. Four Seasons messaged us immediately, and we were able to set up an appointment for the same day. Juan came over, and we did a quick walk-through of the house. He pointed out the problem areas, and gave us a quote for the cleaning. He was also available to do the cleaning the same day, but due to our needing to move furniture around, we scheduled for the next week. (We also split our upstairs/downstairs into two different appointments at no extra charge.) The cleaning was much faster than I expected, and very thorough. They even made sure to go over the high-traffic areas on our carpets a few times to get them as close to the condition of the rest of the carpet as possible. Utilized their services on my entire house recently. House is about half tile and half carpet. The carpet portion was cleaned up nicely but the tile just didn't get cleaned well at all. Several spots still had visible dirt on the tile and I had to go back over it with a friggin swiffer. It probably did not help that I was not there to check the quality of their work before they left, so I would highly recommend being present for the cleaning.
