These guys have a five star rating for a reason and I saw in the quality of the guys work and their good level of communication. It took him 2 hours to do three bedrooms two large couches and four dining room chairs which were all very dirty and haven't been shampooed in a year. This also included Scotch guarding everything as well. My off-white floors are back to looking off white and they were able to get up all the stains and everything smells great. The guy who came really worked hard on my couches and my dining room chairs which were awful. And their price is definitely fair for the quality of work you get. Bird proofing! Ruben helped us out with bird proofing our solar panels. He really provides an all-inclusive service. He cleaned the roof, cleaned the panels, repaired any broken roof tiles, and took the poop away! (55 lbs ). His services come with lifetime warranty and if panels ever need maintenance, he'll come out and remove the mesh until maintenance is done and then he'll reinstall it for free. Best part is he doesn't screw into the panels to attach the mesh (this would void solar panel warranty in most cases so beware of bird proofers who do that!). Before the job, he even let me have a sample of the materials and everything is super sturdy. He manufactures his own galvanized steel clips to attach the super sturdy pvc coated galvanized mesh. He even provides pictures of everything afterwards so you know what you're paying for. Overall awesome work! read more

Called company and person came to give estimate on carpet cleaning. I was amazed when he said he guaranteed stains would come off. Price was for any 3 rooms carpet cleaning $135.00, I needed stairs to be cleaned as well which is $35 added only if it was applied to another service which was my 3 rooms, and pet treatment premium which was $60.00. I was looking forward to having my carpet cleaned because it was terrible! I purchased light carpet and because no one likes taking their shoes off both areas where my carpet is looked really bad. For years the area downstairs had large blackened areas (of stains) and even one area where someone spilled red juice. We had actively rented the cleaners from Home Depot and cleaned the carpets ourselves. But those stains never came out. On the stairs I put a stain resistant carpet from Home Depot but even with that being said. I was still concerned that maybe even it had been stained for good.
