This place and the owner are frauds. We hired them to clean our large office building on Friday and during the middle cleaning, they ran out of water and spent 20-30 minutes driving around looking for an additional water source. Once they finally returned to complete the cleaning, the two male workers, argued the whole time with one constantly yelling at the other. To make matters worse, when we returned to our offices today, Monday, we noticed a hard, filmy, white residue left that was left on the surface of all the carpet. Additionally, some areas appeared to have been bleached or where cleaning solution had been overused. There was so much dried detergent that you could see the powder even on our wood floors. The soapy pre-cleaning stain spray that they used was sprayed everywhere and was left on the lower portions of several desks, filing cabinets and other office furniture. When I called to request that they come back out to see the condition of the carpet and to see if they could do a rinse of the carpet to remove the excess cleaning solution that remained, I was basically told that I was a liar and that somehow it was our fault that the carpet looked the way it did. The owner, Patrick, spoke to me in the rudest most unprofessional way. He refused redo the carpets and refused to acknowledge what the attached pictures show. We are now left with patchy, spotty carpet with white flaky residue. I was duped and I paid for this service in cash, otherwise I would have placed a stop payment on our check. This company clearly has issues. They are careless, sloppy, lack attention to detail and have no concept of the word "customer service". STAY CLEAR FROM WRIGLEY'S CARPET CLEANERS!!!!!! read more

I scheduled Wrigley's to clean 3 rooms, a walkway, & stairs with some areas having dog urine, not more then a wk & a half old on 4/7/14. The 2 guys arrived on time on 4/8/14. The guys that came out where very nice. However, as soon as they arrived, the guy in charge started trying to up sale me on other products. This is something I've never encountered with the previous carpet cleaning company I used in the past, (of which I couldn't locate their business card). When they where done I mentioned that I still see some of the stains. I was told that I have to give it 24 hours. ??? Later that evening I decided to call their office to let management aware of my dissatisfaction. Teresa got defensive & told me that she would speak to the technician and that she'd have to call me back. I made it clear that I just want to rectify the situation. She continued on her defensive tone, cutting me off most of the time, so I said that if I am forced to pay someone else to fix the problem that I'd be forced to write a review , to warn others. She never called me back so I called her back the nxt afternoon. I told her its been 24 hours and not only are the stains still there but the urine smell is back. At this point she begins to tell me that its because I refused the products they tried up selling me on & that the smell is coming from my furniture, even though she never set one foot in my house, just going on what she was told. She went on giving me every excuse in the book. I mentioned that the previous company I used had no problems removing the exact same type of stains without the up sale items they tried pushing on me. Again she said she'd have to call me back after she speaks to the owner of the company. * Now this is where it gets interesting and the main reason I'm taking the time out of my day to write this review. * This poor excuse of a business man proceeds to call me and the first thing he says to me after his introduction was, " listen, I've been in business over 30 years and I could careless if you write a review on what ever forum I don't care ! There's nothing you can do to hinder my business !" I was in awe to say the least !.. I said, " excuse me ?" .. he said, " yeah, that's right , you heard me right , I don't care what you write on my company !".. I said , " you haven't even tried to hear my side of the story. You haven't even stepped foot in my house to see for yourself. " he said , I don't have to, my guys are certified. ( which doesn't mean anything because anyone can take tutorials/classes to learn how to pass a certification test. I'm a certified electrician and superintendent for an large outfit and have many electricians that are certified, but only few that have an in-depth understanding of electrical theory. Also, when I get a call from a dissatisfied client, I send over my quality assurance guy to verify the claims before I make any decisions on how to handle the situation ) Anyway moving right along, I reminded him that I'm a customer, & I hadn't been rude to him or his employees and would just like to give him the opertunity to rectify the situation. He kept his extremely rude stance and said, " I'm gonna go out there on friday between 3 & 5pm and fix the situation myself and after that I could careless what you do !" I said , really ?!? This how you've been in business so long ?.. by being rude to your customers ?!" He said " yup ! That's how it is !" I said , " you know what, nevermind , I found the number to the professional that took care of my carpet last year, have a good life and goodbye !" I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone but an enemy . These people treated me like some scumbag who was trying to get over on them. They @ no point in this situation gave me the benefit of the doubt. I was in their eyes not a paying customer , but a scumbag trying to rip them off. PLEASE PEOPLE , DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE . Fyi , if you want a real professional call "PROTECT CARPET CARE". John is a real professional who knows how to treat his customers. He may not be the biggest outfit out there, but definitely classes above Wrigley's . This is not a an attempt to advertise someone else's business by no means. I'm just an extremely dissatisfied , and disappointed customer of Wrigley's. People like Wrigley doesn't deserve to be in business when he treats his paying customers like shit . I wish I had the option of - stars , because they don't deserve the one star I had no choice to give them . read more

I am very Happy and Satisfied with the carpet cleaning from Wrigley's; the technicians are courteous and professional; Theresa in the office was also very professional and she remedied my concern immediately. My carpet was left clean and looking 100% better than before. I value customer service more than anything and they are right on point, and made sure I was completely satisfied. I have used Wrigley's since my first apartment in 1993 and I have continued to use them for 21 years! That's how great they are! I always call in July right before the big 4th party to get the carpets cleaned and while looking up their number on yelp I was appalled at the negative review and claims they are having people say good things about them. The truth is I'm not friends with the Owners or their workers but they know my address when I call and are always friendly. The owner usually comes to clean my carpet and always offers to come back if I need a touch up here or there, 3 kids make a mess, can't say they ever peed on the floor though lol I can honestly say I would and have shared them with everyone I know because they do the best job and have done the best job for me for 21 years! read more

The most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. The bad reviews that are listed are about accurate. They actually don't clean your carpet, but they will take your money. My concern is the stability of the owner, he lacks any self control and goes off on his workers right in front of customers yelling and screaming at them. The owner does the work which for most people sounds like it could be good since it's the owner....noooo, the workers are actually good, he's the issue, unfortunately he's the one pretending to clean. After he left, I borrowed my moms bissel machine and extracted black water, that's right, he must have just sprayed the carpet and didn't actually extract anything! They send out people who don't know what they're doing. I had them do my carpet twice and the first time was good but the second time they sent inexperienced kids who put stains in my carpet. When I called him to express my concerns he was totally rude and unprofessional and blamed me for his mistake. read more

NEW CUSTOMER and I couldn't be happier! Wrigley's was recommended to us by my VERY particular sister in law that lives in an apartment in Valencia. She told us not to bother calling anyone else, because they're great - she's had them do her carpets for 7 years. She's very hard to please and she couldn't speak higher about the service she has received. So of course we called Wrigley's for our carpet. It was our last ditch effort before replacing the 10 year old carpet in our house. I've cleaned the carpet myself with my Hoover carpet cleaner and never again - my carpet looks brand new thanks to Wrigley's!!! 2 kids, 3 dogs, 4 cats (plus foster animals) and my carpet was pretty bad... I'm serious, it looks as fresh as the day it was laid 10 years ago! I'm throwing away my useless carpet cleaner - these guys will be my "go to" from now on!!! Just horrible. Hired this guy to carpet clean my whole apartment since I am moving out and for starters he was 45 mins late. DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL and let me know or even APOLOGIZE.
