There was a hiccup in the solar panel issue, but this was solved and was probably a learning experience on both sides because they're very expressive and the fact that they do not do solar panels. So I had to hire another third-party to complete this portion. I would recommend them again and a few neighbors have already been asking about who has done my roof.

When we contacted them, we were told conflicting things about house for rent. After explaining to us that the property had already been applied to (which they initially said we would be the first to apply) they suggested we wait to pay the fee. However, the next day they called to tell us they needed payment for the application, because there was another house for rent if the first application on the other house was approved. So we then paid the application fee only to have them tell us that both houses had been already rented. I understand applications are first come first serve but we were led to believe that if we did not get one house there was another available. We were also told that if we were willing to sign the lease without seeing the property beforehand, we would have priority over the other applications. This was clearly not the case. The only reason we paid the application fee was because of the implication that our application would allow us to rent one of two properties. They did not call to update us, and it was only after I called them that they indicated that both houses had been rented quickly. They either intentionally mislead us or they lack competence and professionalism. They say the application is good for 6 months, but she said the rentals they have are sporadic. Since we needed to find a place quickly and they had no other properties for rent, the application fee was a waste. It should be noted that based on their misrepresentations, we delayed applying to other places for 5 days. Now I have to find a new place to rent within the next week. I would definitely suggest getting any sort of promises or indications in writing.

First let…read moreit be know that I AM NOT A COMPETITOR trying to make 3 day look bad, as I see this is how 3 day replies to negative reviews. Let it be known, from previous post as well as my own, it's bad. They charge $25 to come in and take measurements and that was about the only thing that was fair. After that, all hell started braking loose. I gave over $1000.00 down and the following day the kitchen counters were removed. After a couple days, they came to to install the new counter and to my surprise they wanted a check for the balance in full before the work was done. I didn't like that. READ THAT CONTRACT FULLY! After the work was done, I noticed that the CUTS were MISMATCHED. The counters and back splash did not come from the same slab and it was obvious!!! When I called the owner about this, he tried to tell me that the slabs will have a slight color difference but I told him it was totally different. He's response was that there could be a slight color variance. It just made me more upset, he's lack of concern, especially since I feel, he now had my money. He told me he would call me back and I never heard from him to this day. I said at the end of my previous post "To be continued." To end here I would never pay the balance again before work was finished and I was satisfied with the work. MOST IMPORTANT, MAKE SURE ALL CUTS COME FROM THE SAME SLAB!

We hired Scott to do the outside of our house months ago, and it came out beautifully. His son did…read moremost of the work. So based on that we hired him again to do the inside of our house before we sell it. We are very disappointed. Instead of his son as a helper, he brought someone else, who did not speak a word of English. He rushed through the job, got paint EVERYWHERE, and lost a bunch of hardware to outlet plates, a hook, and broke our laundry room rack by stepping on it. He got paint all over a vintage collector item and diminished it's value. He missed a bunch of trim and painted one wall with the wrong paint. The paint they used on our window sills is thin and looks streaky. We are still fixing all these things ourselves, and cleaning up paint off our carpets, tile, furniture and fireplaces, which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional. We called Scott to come back and fix his mistakes, and it took him two weeks and a threatening email to finally get back to us. He came back and fixed a few things and said he would come back to check on them after they were dry. He has yet to contact us. He was super quick to cash our check, but did not do quality work this time around. We would never use him or recommend him again.
