We finally replaced our floors and we're so glad that we chose Boulevard Flooring. From the initial meeting with the owner, Mike, to the final installation, the whole experience was wonderful. The floors are beautiful and we loved them! In addition, Mike and his crew namely - Armando, Martin, Benito (flooring), Juan, Pablo (tile), Steve and Cliff (movers/CPK Trucking) all did a fantastic job. They were efficient, respectful (of us and our property), and thorough. We highly recommend Boulevard Flooring Emporium. They have a great selection of products and their workmanship is guaranteed. read more

We lived in our home for 36 years, so it's time to redo our flooring, and that's when we start to shop around. Mike from BFE gave us what he prepared for us when we showed up at the shop, many sample of brands/colors/materials/prices, the choices was unbelievable, he had done his work and that save us lots time. it took a little while to get those materials we ordered, and the shop always call and inform us of the status, so that was nice. When the crew showed up in the morning (about 8:30), they started to removed the old, follow by clean up the floor, then put up the new, I was there from the beginning to the end, it was amazing when it's all done around 3:00pm, they were quick, efficient, and what I was most impress was they pay attention to small details, and that completely changed what I think about contractors (some bad experience from others). I highly recommend BFE for anyone's flooring need, and forget about big chain store such as Home Depot or Lowes, BFE is where you need to go first, you'll be happy, I know we did!!! The quality and selection were excellent. We did our floors, baseboards, quartz countertops and window shutters. Mike and the crew were very professional and completed the job including demo in about a week. I couldn't ask for anything better. I did a lot of research & shopping around before finding Boulevard flooring & I can assure you, you won't find better selection, quality and pricing anywhere else!!! When I first arrived, I was greeted by the wonderful Ella who showed me the large selection of flooring that were in the color tones I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality difference & selection compared to anywhere else that I've looked. I was only redoing a small bathroom, but the entire staff treated me as important as if I was redoing my entire house. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and stress-free. I will definitely be a lifelong customer now. Thank you Boulevard Flooring Emporium. read more

We bought a new home and wanted to upgrade our flooring. We shopped around the AV and found Mike was not only the most reasonably priced but also the best in terms of standing behind his work. While installing our tile a defect in the tile was discovered, however instead of hiding this issue Mike was upfront and told us and asked what we wanted to do. He went through great lengths to ensure we got the flooring we paid for and has consistently been there for us when any issues arise. I would highly recommend this business for anyone in the AV who needs flooring. read more

We so happy we decided to go with Boulevard Emporium Flooring! Mike is so patient and knowledgeable you can't go wrong. Ella is very helpful when we were unsure of carpet to flooring color. He's the only company that had no problem when we asked about furniture moving. Cliff moved are furniture around quickly and neatly and put it back just as fast! Mikes install team of Armando, Benito and Martine were absolutely wondeful! Armando helped so much with little problems that we encountered. We were picky and they managed to address and deal with everything with such patience. I highly recommend this company! We are very happy with our choice! We had great service from Boulevard Flooring Emporium. We went to the showroom and the team took the time with us to choose carpeting that would go best in one of our rooms. They then came out to get the exact measurements and very soon the carpet was installed. High quality at a very reasonable price. We are looking forward to future business to replace carpeting in our living room and bedroom as well as flooring in our master bath. Thanks, Boulevard Flooring Emporium! read more

We recently purchased a move-in ready home in Lancaster. However, we instantly recognized that we can make the house pop and add value to the home with new tiles and flooring. We found Mike and Blvd Flooring on here and we dont regret it one bit. Actually, we are coming back to Mike and BLVD for more new work, and that's a testament to the quality, pricing, and schedule effectiveness. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in this domain and a great consultant. He will advise you on what he thinks is appropriate and within budget, no up-sale, no hassles, no gimmicks. His crew of craftsmans, especially Armando, is probably the best in the trade. My family and I are happy customers and will showcase our new home with pride. We thoroughly researched flooring companies before selecting Boulevard Flooring Emporium to install new flooring in our home in Quartz Hill. They have a wide selection of products to choose from and their installers did an outstanding job. We worked with Mike and had such an excellent experience, for our second house we went right back to him. Once again, Boulevard Flooring, Mike, and Armando were superb to work with. I wish we had found Boulevard Flooring Emporium years ago. They are true professionals and their workmanship is exemplary. Their price point is very fair as well. From the moment we met with Mike we knew we were in good hands. He listened to our ideas, our expectations and our timeline. Mike is very knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. He sent his best crew (Juan and his brother) to install our flooring and in 3 days they were done. The final product was better than what we had expected. Mike and his crew made our Christmas very Merry. We won't be wasting our time and money with other vendors in the future, we'll just go straight to Boulevard Flooring Emporium, they have proven to be the best in the AV. read more

I recently bought a new home and it came with carpet throughout the whole layout. I contacted several flooring companies and after getting price quotes and picking out tile and laminate flooring, I went with Boulevard Flooring. Not only was the pricing the best but Mike put me at ease and reassured me that I would not be disappointed with the results. A sales pitch, I thought but proceeded anyways. I'm glad I trusted my instincts. The results were absolutely amazing and I love coming home to my new floors. I find myself just standing in the middle of my living room looking in amazement as the daylong reflects off my shiny tiles. Juan and his brother Pablo are masters of their craft when it comes to tile work. Their attention to detail is impeccable and completed the job like they were working on their own personal home. Benito and Martin were also very good in the laminate wood installation. My hats off to these gentlemen. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Boulevard Flooring without hesitation. I plan on seeking their services again in the near future to continue with my home remodeling. read more

After researching homes depot, Lowe's and two other flooring companies I decided to go with blvd flooring because they had the best flooring samples and customer service. First it was a free estimate unlike Lowe's and Home Depot the product seems better. I had a hiccup in getting the right product delivered but it all turned out correct and I am so happy with the final product. The men that installed the flooring were very nice and professional and was able to install all the flooring in one day. I felt the price and product were decent and I am very happy with my floors. We stumbled upon Boulevard Flooring through Yelp after checking out a handful of other places in the AV. When I visited the store I was immediately greeted by Georgia who was such a big help! She explained to me the different types of flooring, and their different properties. I never had that experience anywhere else and it really felt like they wanted us to know everything before making a decision. We were getting ready to close on a house and wanted to get the flooring done before moving in. Mike was so helpful and professional and came out to measure on our walk through day so as not to waste any time. They started working on our floors immediately after we closed. We were originally planning on getting only our tile from them but decided to get carpet for our bedrooms as well as baseboards for all. Their prices were unbeatable and quality was superb. I'm so happy that we chose them for our flooring needs and we plan on getting our countertops from this very soon! read more

We keep waiting for the perfect moment to take a picture and show off our beautiful floors, but that's just not gonna happen, so here is your review: We got at least four other quotes from different places for flooring and either the prices were way too high or the service wasn't great or the limited selection was just not what we wanted. It was either always too modern or too classic. But Boulevard Flooring Emporium had exactly what we wanted at an incredible price point and we are not just saying that! Also, we love that a lot of their products are locally made. Local supporting local is a double win. The service was not only excellent at the store, but even better were their installers. Quiet, clean, and efficient which you couldn't ask for anything better than that! I, Sarah, and my mother Wendy give you a quadruple thumbs up! read more

I recently had my entire first floor flooring redone and we used Boulevard Flooring Emporium. I highly recommend them for your next flooring project. From the minute I entered the showroom, I was greeted warmly by Ella. I spoke to her about my project needs and what I was looking to do, she was very helpful and informative in a non pushy way. She gladly laid the samples on the floor for me so I could see the different coloring. The showroom has many different samples in many budget ranges. After seeing samples that I was interested in, I scheduled an in home consult and measure. Mike the owner came by to do the measure and answered all my questions. The next day I had a written itemized estimate which was nice to see what the cost was for each part. I decided to place an order and continue with them as well for the install. I felt this was important to have the same company install, as if any issues come up I know they will guarantee their work. I was definitely nervous about choosing the perfect flooring that would match great with the house. Make sure you take the samples home as they look different in different lights. I chose the Provenza Maxcore Concorde Ram luxury vinyl long planks in Concorde Oak for the color. These are waterproof and I found I preferred the longer planks opposed the to the average size. Once I googled whole rooms with the product it was easier to see what the pattern would like then just looking at the sample. I definitely recommend doing that. Once the materials were ordered they arrived on time and the install began. Our installer was a very hard worker, he made sure which direction we wanted the planks laid. He Demoed the entire first floor in one day, I had carpet, laminate and tile! The project took 3 1/2 days total and each day he would clean up. There was hardly and dust and zero debris left. During the install Ella called to make sure the project was to my liking and I thought that was really nice to have that communication. Overall, I had a very positive experience from walking in the showroom to the final day of installation. I'm loving the product and very happy with the selection we chose. Thank you to the whole team! read more

My entire home was done within 2 1/2 days. The installers even came to where I was staying to get my keys since I could not get over to let them in. My husband and I would highly recommend Boulevard Flooring Emporium for kitchen and bathroom counters. Our plan was to replace the ugly white tile kitchen and bathroom counters that came with the house. We also wanted backsplash in the kitchen. In the beginning, we did not know much about the different materials, we just know what we wanted the end product to look like. After going to several other local businesses, picking out a material we liked, and receiving some estimates, we stopped by Boulevard Flooring. When we went into Boulevard for an estimate for the same counter top, Georgia told us that it was marble and that we should not put marble in our kitchen. We asked if she was sure because the other store had it marked as quartz. She looked it up in a catalog to verify and it was MARBLE! First of all, Thank you Georgia for being honest with us and not letting us make a costly mistake like that. Secondly, thank you for recommending an actual quartz counter top with a look as close as possible to marble. We actually ended up using her recommendation for our counters. Now, we already had work done in our house by another reputable company who gave us a great estimate but then I received a card in the mail from Georgia. I told my husband that I was still upset about the whole marble/quartz situation (and impressed with the honesty of Georgia) and we should give Boulevard a chance. We told Mike that he came highly recommended and we wanted to do business with them so we agreed on a fair price. The hubby and I must have gone in at least 5 times and each time both Mike and Georgia were patient, straight forward, and provided outstanding customer service. I also appreciated Mike warning me that the backsplash I picked out wasn't common in the kitchen and it might be harder to upkeep but they could install it. Antonio, the worker who actually installed it, also told me the same thing before he put it in. Mike worked with our busy schedule and planned to have his guys come out on my husband's day off. The fabricators and installers did a great job as well. There were a few minor issues during installation but all were resolved to our satisfaction. It took a day longer than originally estimated but the end product was simply amazing. I am very happy with my kitchen and bathrooms. read more

In September 2020 I visited Blvd Flooring and spoke with Mike and his staff about replacing my 25 year old carpet with porcelain tile. They were accommodating and came to my house with samples and provided us with an estimate. We wanted our base boards replaced with tile because our wooden base boards were falling apart. Their workmanship and scheduling of work to be done was incredible. All the staff and especially Jaun and Pablo, the tilers were outstanding. They cleaned up every day after working and the tile is beautiful. Much cleaner than the old carpet we had. It makes a huge difference throughout our home. There was no pressure salesmanship on their part as I knew what I wanted. The movers Cliff King Sr and Cliff King Jr. were the best and moved all our furniture into the garage and covered the furniture under our breezeway so the wind and dirt would not ruin our oak and teak furniture. After the tile was laid they came back and moved everything back in it's place. They just made it happen. I love, love, love my new floor. Thank you to everyone at Boulevard Flooring.
