The damage wasn't evident until the packaging wrapping was removed. Even then, the damage wasn't clear until the mirrors were unpacked. I called CWF Flooring after receiving them, the owner, Tyler proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault for accepting a shipment that was damaged. When I explained the circumstances and that I had documentation, he proceeded to tell me that "we were not going to get along" and hung up on me! The district and myself have called several times to inquire about a replacement and this company is avoiding our calls instead of filing a claim and having them replaced which should be an easy fix. That is what insurance is for! I provided pictures and video to CWF Flooring to show the damaged packaging. Save yourself any issues and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This should have been an easy fix but instead they are ghosting the district. They are cheating students and stealing school district money. Shame on CWF Flooring.
