Michael, had to remove all the tile & cement board that was used by the installer that had just completed laying About 500 sq.ft.of tile. The tile work that Michael laid was so professional looking, the tile was uniform and level, Grout lines were straight, and spacing was uniform throughout the whole 500 sq.ft. Base broads were cut so it looked like one continuous broad. Caulking was done with no overage. Our family was so impressed with the finished results. Michael and his wife, Lisa and son did a amazing job on my upstairs bathroom and master suite bathroom. All work was performed professionally and on time. Michael is reliable and dependable. Another thing that amazed me is that everyday after work was completed, they would cleaned up and vacuum their work area. Our bathrooms were a mess! Main bath had an old fiberglass insert removed that had been there since the 80's. It was cracked and discolored and there was no tile on our bathroom floor. Our Master shower had been remodeled by the previous homeowner, who didn't really know what he was doing. The water was leaking under the shower pan (so gross), and the shower tile was installed directly on top of regular drywall. This place is absolutely ridiculous! We've been working with them for 3 months with nothing done! It took them 2 weeks to come out and look at our bathroom and I was okay with that. They came said they would send us a proper estimate through email with pictures and everything never received that. It took them 3 weeks to send us the pictures of all the tiles and counter they were suppose to put in. We said okay and they were suppose to do the counter and the floor in October no one called to finalize the date and no one showed. Then we were told they were working on another job fine. They said they could do the whole bathroom the weekend before thanksgiving sweet. The owner called my fiancé the day before they were suppose to come and told him something came up okay. He said he would call him directly after he got back. Fine. An that he would take care of us and we were up next okay. Never heard from him after that. We had to call them an see when we could expect them. They said do you want weekdays or just weekends? We said whatever works for you. At this point I just wanted my bathroom done! They said Monday we said let's do Tuesday we had a previous outing that day. We spoke to them to confirm they were coming they said yes. Yesterday Monday we called no answer we texted no response. Today Tuesday we called and texted the lady called back. She said they were busy today couldn't come they were working on another job they couldn't get back to us and she got home at 9 and didn't want to call. Bullshit she's called at 10 before so 9 would've been okay. Anyways she said we just a few weeks ago picked everything out and they were waiting on us. What?!?!? 7 weeks ago is a few weeks bullshit! And that we knew they had other jobs they were working on. You don't schedule someone when you are going to be busy you don't call them the day you are suppose to be here when we've been trying to get you out since end of October and tell them this is your fault! No this is your fault! So in conclusion if you want to work with them give them 4 month heads up. An call because they won't call you! read more

Called Mike after reading reviews on yelp. I needed bathroom floor tiles and Mike came out the same day for an estimate. What I really appreciated is he accommodated my request to complete both bathrooms in one day. They came out the next day and got it done. I really like his work. If you want a guy that is professional, pays attention to the details of his work and is discerning about his customers' requests, (like keeping carpet protected/clean while working), then call Mike. I had a hard time finding good contractors in the area. My realtor recommended him so i gave him a try. Mike was a great contractor. Very nice guy, honest, great prices, excellent work. Also liked that he was an army veteran. Hired him to repair work done by a previous contractor. Wish i would have found him sooner. Mike did our granite countertop for our kitchen. He was the most affordable bid and he even tore out our old tile counters. It took far too long to both start and finish the job, but the end result is a beautiful kitchen! However, our center island turned out too short. We lost atleast a couple inches overhang where the stools are, compared to our old countertop. We sit at the island for nearly all our meals, and now our knees always hit the cabinets. An annoyance when eating. Overall, the kitchen turned out beautiful, but I would not recommend. read more
