My experience with O'valley painting was wonderful and I highly recommend them for all of your painting needs. They did an entire job (e.g. ceiling skimming, sanding and painting, drywall repairs throughout our home, painting walls, baseboards, doors, hallway cabinets, inside of closets, etc.) for a fair price (worth every penny) and now our freshly painted interior looks so bright and beautiful. I feel lucky to have been able to hire O'valley painting. My husband and I just bought our first home which was built in the 60's and we needed someone to skim coat our ceiling (had popcorn ceiling removed by another company) and paint pretty much our whole interior before we moved in. We worked with quite a few contractors for new roof, plumbing, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal and kitchen remodel before I met with Marco and his professionalism and knowledge definitely stood out. Marco has 30 years of painting experience ( he was a painter apprentice becoming a foreman before starting his own company) and it showed - when I first walked through the house with him. He looked closely at all the walls and touched the textures of the walls and talked about what the issues were and how he was gonna fix it then he stopped at one of the bedroom walls and could tell there was wallpaper underneath the layers of paint that no one knew about! (Turned out there were 3 different patterns of 60's wallpaper in that room.) The other painting company had just looked at the walls and did not care to touch the walls. Because of what Marco discovered, my husband and I removed layers of old paint, 3 types of wallpaper and wallpaper glue ( Marco's company can also remove wallpaper but my husband wanted to tackle the task) and with Marco and Josh's paint job that bedroom is now glowing. Marco is like a Dad that looks out for you. He saw our ceiling after popcorn ceiling removal and told us the job was not finished (we had no clue) so we had the company return and fix it. Then he saw a closet that was just constructed that was done subpar so he said the builder needed to come back to fix it before Marco touched it. LOL. So we did and Im grateful to him for that. He is no nonsense and expects greatness from others because he aims to deliver great work himself. Marco and Josh worked tirelessly over 12 days including Saturdays to make the interior of our house look brand new literally from floor to ceiling. They were always on time, treated our house as if it was theirs, worked hard throughout their entire working hours, listened and collaborated with us on what we needed to get done, and cleaned up everything everyday before they left. For any painting needs in the future I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Marco and Josh! We love our house because you guys did such an amazing job! read more

Marco and his team are professional, courteous, on time, and made our exterior home painting project a reality. From the initial meeting, Marco was so friendly. We felt like we really *wanted* to work with him. He helped us choose colors for our home, and together with his team (Josh and Jesus) went above and beyond. Marco uses only top quality Dunn Edwards Paints, and does excellent quality work at a great price. We have received compliments from the neighbors on how great our home looks, and how quickly Marco was able to complete the project. You only want to hire a painter who is licensed, bonded, and insured. O'Valley Painting fits all these qualifications. Because they do such great work, they may have a few weeks wait time, but they are definitely worth the wait. We highly recommend Marco and his team! Would definitely call on them again if we have another painting project. read more

We went with this company because of the great rating they had on Yelp, and after using them, I see why they're so well rated. I prefer supporting small businesses, and am so happy we went with this company. They were wonderful! Marco is the owner of the company, but he was out of town when we reached out, so, Josh, his son, handled the estimate with us, and he was great. The price quoted was very fair and they were able to fit us in quickly since we were on a tight schedule. Marco and Josh arrived to paint the house a few days later and they did a fantastic job. It's amazing what a little paint can do to improve the look of a home. We're so pleased with how professional they were, and Marco is so warm and friendly to work with. Marco was very meticulous about every little detail, and when it comes time to paint the outside of the house, we'll definitely use them again. read more

Marco and his son Josh are everything you want in a painting contractor...punctual, fair, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, skilled, precise, and pleasant. To paint the exterior of my house, he squeezed me into his schedule during Thanksgiving week and worked Saturday to meet his deadline. Because I changed my mind on a color and requested he paint an interior ceiling he returned an extra day to finish up. I loved having the owner of the company actually work on the job because he cares so much and takes pride in the final outcome. His final day I watched him with ladder, walk around the house touching up anything that needed it. Best exterior paint job I have ever had from two of the nicest, most patient skilled workers. I Contacted Marco by reading his excellent reviews & was not disappointed. By far Marco was the most affordable bid I got after 4 other contractors bids. He was always on time and professional. It took him 10 days to complete the job just like he told me. He gave me options on color combinations and quality of paint. We tried couple different color options for the accent which I thought it was nice since I was letting my wife decide by looking as the sample was being applied. Overall Marco did an excellent job was detailed as he was progressing and he even replaced a door on my water heater room, he cut it to fit and painted. O'Valley Painting is a wonderful company to work with. They are quick to respond to estimate requests. They charge very fair prices. And they get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. We needed work done on several surfaces of our home. The outside stucco on one area of our home had disintegrated and looked awful. Our laundry room and a bathroom had wallpaper that had been removed and the walls were in desperate need of repair before they could be painted. An aquarium's humidity had left one wall all jacked up. And some areas around windows had water damage that left the walls bulging and unsightly! Marco and his crew made everything I mentioned above look perfect! They were on time every morning. They worked neatly and hard every day. And they even finished the job a little earlier than we expected. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great painting company! read more

I needed my drywall repaired / painted due the fact that I had my plumbing rerouted. I had two holes in the copper pipes in the kitchen and behind the washing machine repaired by (Sullivan Plumbing-see review). I saw the Yelp reviews and decided to call O'Valley Painting and I am so glad I did! I called the owner, Marco and he said he would arrive in a hour to give a estimate. He spoke to my wife and was very professional and courteous. The estimate was extremely reasonable and we set the date for the repairs/painting. Marco and his assistant arrived promptly at 8:00 am and began the prep work of reinstalling the drywall. The first day was completed by lunch time and they did a fantastic job of patching the holes in both the ceilings and walls. The second day they added the orange peel and taped off all areas before painting. Marco and his awesome assistant not only painted the affected patching areas but the whole wall(s) and ceilings so the paint would match perfectly. The job was done absolutely perfect and immaculate in every possible way (see pictures). All areas were cleaned and swept of any dust or over paint. I cannot say enough about the flawless job that Marco and his talented assistant did in repairing /painting the plumbing reroute. The cost was extremely reasonable for the amount of time and diligence necessary to complete this challenging job. I will NOT HESITATE when I need my house repainted to call O'Valley Painting. God bless you and your families in a job that was done to absolute perfection! read more

First time homebuyer here and knew the interior of the house we purchased needed to be painted. Checked here on Yelp and found the reviews for O'Valley Painting. I can honestly say that every review chronicling their experience with Marco and his team were spot on. That old adage that you can't have affordable, fast, and great work all at the same time has yet to come across Marco. He delivered (and then some) on everything he said. Plus, the house was completed earlier that he originally quoted! Marco and his crew are the real deal. Incredibly dedicated, considerate, professional, honest, affable, and hard working. I cannot stress enough how incredible the interior of our house looks. It feels truly surreal to walk through it now. I almost don't want to move anything else in!
