We came to Julian with a vague idea, of creating an empty area into a kid's play room. Julian did not let us down, he worked with us on creating a vision while keeping our budget in mind. We gave Julian the theme of "magical space" and he did not disappoint, he had multiple ideas that we loved and embraced, including the IR sensors to turn on LED lights and installing a secret bookshelf with a hidden lock to access the space. This allowed us to have our child use a magical spell and wand to turn on certain lights. This was a large project, which involved moving electrical wiring, plumbing, and support beams. In the end Julian helped us turn a seldom used under the staircase closet into a great "Harry Potter" themed play area with increased storage for our children, this playroom will bring great memories for many years for them! Thank You

Sean showed up promptly in the morning each and everyday putting in a long hard days work. Well, because of the delays Sean hired in some help to make up for the lost painting days due to rain. While Sean was painting he overheard me talking about bringing in a plumber for a leak under the sink.
