In July we called Quality Painters for an estimate on the exterior of our home and the kitchen cabinets. Quality Painters was one of four contractors that I contacted. Luis responded within 24 hours. (A second contractor took three days and the other two still haven't called back.) The estimate for the work was almost exactly what we had in mind and Luis uses Dunn-Edwards paint! (Luis' price was much lower than the other contractor who wasn't going to use Dunn-Edwards paint) We explained that we wouldn't be able to begin work until late August or possibly mid-September. Yesterday he and his crew finished. A day early! Our house looks beautiful. His crew is nice, polite, and very respectful! No bad language, no messes, just guys who worked their tails off! The amount and extent of prep work was impressive. Nothing was half way done or done sloppily. These guys take pride in their work! They removed and washed all my exterior light fixtures and pressure washed all my screens and windows. My kitchen cabinets look beautiful and perfect. Quality Painters did an outstanding job on the interior of my home. They are the cleanest and by far one of the most professional contractors I have ever hired. I work at home and have indoor pets. Cleanliness and down time is very important. I have a 2000 sq foot home and they completed the interior with little to no disruption to my pets and the the total down time form work was less than 30 minutes. All this was done in 4 days, even with doing 3 different paint colors. Louis the owner was on site every morning to make sure the project scope was clear with his staff and called every night to make sure there were no concerns or questions plus would check in throughout the day. I needed interior painting for a 2500 sq ft property with a strict deadline. I contacted numerous painters and left so many voice messages(some did not even return my calls). Luis answered the phone right away and was very polite and professional. He promised to get the paint job done within five days. Their work was professionally done and very neat. They took time to do a complete cleaning and preparation of the wood and stucco before applying a primer and a finish coat. I had the outside of my 1400 sq.ft. house painted by Louie, Jose and the guys and I can't say enough good things about them. On time, got the job done quickly and no hidden costs...the estimate was the price I paid. They even unloaded a pallet of stove pellets from the storage shed that needed to be moved so they could paint behind it! Even after I told them they could just paint around it they insisted on moving all those heavy bags and then put them back in the shed when they finished painting! Luis and crew painted the exterior of my house last week and as my neighbor said " It looks like a new house" They fixed the trim where vines had damage it and it looks great. The price was right but what sold me is when the paint store salesman told me that Luis is one of their biggest user of Elastromeric coatings. His experience in using elastromeric coating is reflected in the price (others had significant bump up over regular paint) and the quality of the job. Luis and his crew painted my home's exterior, stucco and eaves (not just the fascia), in May 2018. His estimate wasn't the cheapest I received but it was far from the most expensive and seemed fair. He insists on using Dunn Edwards paint (which was my preference anyways). His crew was professional, punctual, and experienced; I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend the elastomeric paint as it is the toughest stuff around; Luis and his crew know how to apply it correctly.
