I had two water leaks in my house that damaged the drywall and needed it replaced. Mark got back to me right away and let me know he only does drywall and would only be replacing the insulation, replacing the drywall, and texturing the wall. NO JOB TOO SMALL I recently completed a home improvement project that left two, one-inch size holes in the dry wall of my living room ceiling. If the holes were in a closet or someplace less visible, I wouldn't have hesitated to patch them myself. However, as these were in a prominent location, I wanted to ensure the dry wall patch matched the texture of the surrounding drywall to help ensure that no-one would notice the patch. Being so highly recommended, I was a little concerned that Mark might turn me down because my drywall repair task was very small. However, I went ahead and contacted him. I left a message, and he called me back a few minutes later. I explained the work. He provided me his minimum fee, asked me to text him pictures of the holes, and requested my address. We then agreed upon a time. Mark showed up about 15 minutes early. Before entering my residence, he asked if I preferred whether he wore a mask or not. I really appreciated that as it showed respect for me, the customer, and that he was all about ensuring that I was comfortable. I showed Mark the holes in the living room ceiling and he began getting set up. He has a very pleasant, laid-back pleasant demeanor and I enjoyed our conversation while he worked. Mark masked off areas around the holes so that there was no risk of over spray or mud falling onto my living room furniture. Mark matched the texture of the surrounding dry wall perfectly, and even I struggle to find the location of the patch. A visitor to my residence would never see it!
