We called JMS Home Improvement regarding painting the exterior of our house and patios This included all the stucco and eaves. Carlos responded immediately and came right out and after explaining all that needed to be done gave us a fair estimate. We are extremely pleased with the job Carlos and Javier did. They both were very polite, professional workers and always cleaned everything up. They did an excellent job and their attention to detail was impeccable . The weather was extremely hot but they worked tirelessly to finish the job. We also asked them to paint the Pergola we had in the back yard. We got our entire interior walls painted by Carlos who did an Amazing job!!! Most definitely the most professional painter we have come across. We got two other quotes prior to choosing Carlos from JMS Home Improvement and his quote was second lowest quote we obtained. For those of you reading this review wondering if you should schedule an appointment with Carlos, I highly suggest you don't debate it any further and just give him a call or send him a message using Yelp. You won't regret using him for your project. He's a really great and easy guy to talk to and his response time in my case was extremely quick. I knew from our conversation that he would be awarded the job over the other contractors I had been speaking to and I'm happy he accepted. When he arrived, he arrived on time with a smile on his face, tools ready to knock this job out. He started by cleaning the doors down from any dust or grime that may have accumulated on the panels edges/trims, he removed the doors hardware with his power tools, covered surrounding area to prevent paint from coming in contact with the floor. Carlos was genuinely polite from beginning to end. The 7 bedroom doors, 1 entry door and the 3 door mouldings he painted look and feel incredibly clean and smooth after he was done. I can't stress enough how impressed I was with both his quality in work and character once he was complete. Soon as the job came to an end, he packed up and cleaned his areas and he assembled everything and ensured it was in working order before leaving (example: locks lock, door knobs turn, door closes) and eveything checked out fine. I was happy with the results. He took his time painting these doors and I appreciate it because I can see he paid great attention to his work. Oh my goodness, where do I start! Okay, so my husband and I called this company since we saw his Instagram! We needed a room painted and part of the house. He came in and looked around and was honest! He was quiet genuine with his pricing and recommended only the best supplies. He did so great, I'm so shocked with how much detail he puts into his work, he took his time and didn't do a quick job. He took his time painting every part evenly and perfectly, his wife was incredible too. They're a company that we will for sure be using as much as we can. What can we say... Carlos was a great guy to work with. Since the start he told us what we had to do and what he was going to do. We contacted him to take out the popcorn ceiling from the whole house and to paint our 3 bedrooms. He gave us a reasonable price, knowing that right now everything is going up. I'm so grateful for Carlos at JMS! We are prepping our house to sell and there's just so much to do! All of these little details and to-do lists really add up. The interior of our house desperately needed a fresh coat of paint, and we just couldn't add it to our list. Looking to Yelp, I decided on JMS. Carlos went above and beyond. He was courteous, prompt, communicative, pleasant, and cleaned up at the end of each day. His does a great job and worked well around us (we were supposed to be out when he painted, but escrow for our new house was delayed). He never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He stayed focus on the job, was quick yet not sloppy. I had asked him if he listened to music while he worked, he said he did when no one was around because not everyone enjoys listening. I wouldn't have minded if he did, but I thought he was being very thoughtful! The best part is his willingness to go above and beyond. I had picked a color, he painted a sample for me to see while I was gone. My husband was there and told Carlos it looked good and to go ahead paint. I returned after he bought all of the paint, and I thought it was too light but was willing to leave it since he had received confirmation from my husband. Carlos brought another set of color strips for me to choose again and says, "Let me see what they can do." Low and behold, they were able to adjust it perfectly!
