Buyer beware. My experience with Allbright, Inc. was a nightmare from start to finish…read more I hired Allbright to paint my outdoor pergola after being assured the existing paint would be properly removed and the wood thoroughly sanded before repainting. Instead, I personally observed workers painting over peeling paint and using caulk instead of properly removing failing coatings. When I stopped the work, they returned and used angle grinders on the finished wood, gouging the surface and causing permanent damage. Over the following months, there were multiple inspections, promises, and attempts to correct the problems, but the damage was never fixed. Today, the pergola looks like a disaster, and the paint is already bubbling and peeling. I paid for professional workmanship and instead received damaged property. I have filed a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board and am waiting for the outcome before deciding whether to pursue legal action. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
