Quick response time, high quality work, would use again and recommend. They painted the interior of my home and am satisfied with the result

Josue and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. They removed all the carpet and old LVP in my home and installed new floating LVP along with brand-new baseboards. My house has a few tricky angles, but they handled them perfectly, now everything fits seamlessly, and the transition points look clean and intentional. The attention to detail really shows in the final result. I highly recommend Portrait Perfect Painting for any home project you're considering. read more

Josue and his team did it again. They are solution oriented, and pride themselves in their work. I am so pleased with their latest job. It turned out better than I ever imagined. Also Josue's pricing is competitive! Well worth it. So glad I hired Portrait Perfect. Wish I had a "before" picture so you could see how extensive the work was. But here's the finished product. Good quality with affordability. 4 star because I had to do a little clean up where masking was missed.

I had previous consultations with other contractors and Josue happened to be the last one I met. I decided to go with him because of his years of experience, knowledge and him addressing all of concerns. He did an amazing job at painting the exterior of my home. From prepping, priming, painting and cleaning. He was open to working with my budget and had great communication throughout the whole project. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family! read more

Josue and his team are amazing! We closed on our home with only 2 1/2 weeks before we needed to get out of our rental. Our new 2,800 sq ft home desperately needed paint and minor drywall work. We had about given up on finding a painter who could meet the time demand and still be within our budget. Portrait Perfect Painting to the rescue! We had everything painted - the garage, high ceilings which required scaffolding, closets, pantry and trim. Josue provided a detailed estimate, with options to go "all-in" or pick what we really needed to do. We chose to go all-in. Josue began work as we continued to work through color options. He even went to two different companies to accomodate our color preferences. Aware of the time constraints, he prioritized rooms knowing we would need to start moving items in, and even worked extra hours and on Sunday to be done within our timeframe. The results are incredible! The repairs are perfect and the attention to detail is second to none. About 1/2 way through, a different contractor came to the house for different work. He too was impressed to the point where he asked for a card. I cannot recommend Portrait Perfect Painting enough. The crew is friendly, professional and took great care to protect the carpets, cabinetry and leave a clean home when the work was done. We will definitely be contacting them first for any future projects. read more

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! Josue and his partner (I apologize for not remembering his name) were responsive and reasonably priced. They drove from Lancaster to Bakersfield and were on time and well prepared. Their work was excellent, very clean and were polite. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Josue this company. After many less than favorable experiences with the trades, this was a very welcome change. Josue is young, but has an old school work ethic and workmanship skills. He deserves 6 stars! read more

Called on Saturday to make an appointment for estimate. He said to text him with a time for the next day, Sunday, that would work for the estimate. I did that immediately. No response. I texted him twice on Sunday to ask if the 1:00 PM time was going to work. No response. I called twice--went to voicemail. Of course, it's Sunday--but he was the one to tell me he would come out to do an estimate on a Sunday. I would have been fine to wait for the following week, but we sat around waiting until 2:00 on a Sunday just in case he would show up for the estimate. NO THANK YOU. A call to reschedule would have been totally acceptable. But NOTHING. I would avoid. This does not bode well for a reliable contractor. Search elsewhere. I am. read more

Definitely recommend this company. They came over during the holidays and installed the flooring and painted whatever needed to be painted. They also installed the crown molding and painted it. Gotta say i was a little worried cause the walls in my house are textured and slightly uneven in some areas. However, they figured out ways how to make it fit and look awesome. Prices are very reasonable and the owner Josue is more than willing to work with you on prices. We kept in touch throughout the project until it was finished. Going to have this company remodel the kitchen in my home once I'm ready. Im impressed with the quality of work they did. Thanks again! read more

Josue and his team were wonderful! I had them come to paint all the doors and trim in my house, paint my kitchen cabinets, and install new crown molding throughout the entire house. I have an old house that's all plaster walls and ceilings that are all over the place, wavy and not straight. I don't know how they did it, but they got the crown molding in PERFECTLY. You can't tell at all that the walls are all wonky, it changed the whole feel of the house, I'm extremely impressed and grateful that they did such an amazing job and made my house look so beautiful inside. I definitely recommend Portrait Perfect Painting, Josue is friendly and very easy to work with, he gave me detailed estimates for everything, so I knew what I was getting and everything turned out great and for a great price that beat out 2 other estimates I got. I'm having them come back to do my floors. read more

Josue delivered! He and his crew replaced/fixed fascia boards, repaired stucco, and painted our home in a professional, friendly, and diligent fashion! It was never about getting the job done- it was about getting the job done RIGHT. And they did that in spades. Perhaps most importantly, they completed the job within the given time frame (which NEVER happens) He and his crew were a pleasure to have around and I will refer them to any and all that need painting done. Excellent! read more

We hired Portrait Perfect to skim coat and paint the interior of our 3BR/2BA home and they did a superb job! They completed the job on time and within their original estimate, which by the way was very reasonable for the amount of work required. Josue was professional from beginning to end, explaining everything very clearly and conducted walkthroughs at the end of each phase. He personally tagged any areas that needed touch ups and those were addressed the next day. In addition to the painting work, they also removed some old wood paneling and the wallpaper hidden behind it as part of the process. Outstanding! In summary, Josue and his team exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend them for your next painting project. read more
