We needed our shower reglazed and actually tried to patch it up ourselves temporarily. But it was only getting worse and we needed professional help. Estuardo and his fantastic crew came to our rescue. They came in on a Friday at 8:00 a.m. and they literally worked till 6:00 p.m. and completed the work. Everything came out perfect and the workers were extremely professional and well organized. They put tarp down so they wouldn't make an extended mess. The price was actually great and affordable. Thank so much and I highly recommend Genesis Reglazing. read more

Called on Saturday and spoke to someone who quoted me a price. We mutually agreed for a Monday appt at 7:30 am, literally have a text from him confirming this. Here we are today, I texted him an hour before appt to confirm, no response. Texted him again 30 min later. Still no response. I texted him one final time as I took off time from work for this appt. Nothing , no response as of yet, not even an apology. So UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful of my time. read more

I have used Estuardo multiple times to reglaze old bathtubs and showers for the apartments that I manage in Lancaster. Estuardo's work is amazing!! He takes the most disgusting showers snd bathtubs and makes them look brand new and spotless. Estuardo is also super nice, his crew always shows up on time and they are thorough! He's also less expensive than his competition so going with Estuardo is a win-win!! Highly recommend! read more

The kitchen countertops and the shower/tub of our rental are both UNRECOGNIZABLE!! To say "THESE GUYS DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB" would be an understatement. I found Genesis Reglazing on Craigslist and after speaking with the owner, Estuardo, I was confident I had found a good company. Although I didn't have any 5-Star reviews to go by, my gut told me I was in good hands so I thought I would take a chance on these guys. I'm so glad I did! I had called around and spoken with three other reglazing services and I was horrified by some of the conversations I had. I run the other way when the prices are unusually low. Anybody with a brain knows what kind of result they'll get if someone quotes them a couple hundred bucks and tells them they use a roller and to "expect some orange peel and fish eye in the finish" because "it's very normal" with reglazing. Ummm, NO, it's not! I hired Genesis Reglazing to reglaze an old laminate (Formica) kitchen countertop and a shower/tub in a 2-Bedroom apartment at one of our properties. From the first phone call with the owner to the finished result, these guys displayed the highest level of professionalism. Not only did the results exceed my expectations, I was completely surprised at just how gorgeous they made it look. THESE GUYS TRANSFORMED the SHOWER/TUB and the KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS. If you're wondering what they charge to produce such incredible results, just give them a call. They were so helpful through every step of the process. They were very transparent when I asked specific questions about their process; ventilation, toxic vs. non-toxic materials. As a small property management company, we have to hire people that are competitive, professional and deliver high-quality work. Genesis Reglazing Services provided all three of these and we're so glad we found them. They even provide a warranty and left behind instructions on how to care for your countertops and/or tub/shower to get the longest life out of your reglazing investment. Don't fall for some of the cheap, unprofessional companies or contractors out there and don't overpay some of the established contractors who are now overcharging. You're reglazing for a reason...to save money and get incredible results! So do yourself a favor and call Genesis Reglazing Services. You'll be glad you did! We fully intend to use them going forward for all our properties. Whether you're looking to reglaze countertops, showers, or tubs for your own home or for a rental, you'd be hard-pressed to find a reglazing company that can do a better job for the price than Genesis Reglazing Services. Outstanding company! Outstanding people! Outstanding results! LPM Property Management read more

We absolutely loved the work Genesis reglazing did on our tub/shower combo! Our tub was originally a whirlpool tub and I do not like those. They were able to disconnect the electrical and patch the jet holes up. Our tub shower combo look brand new without spending thousands of dollars! This is super easy to clean too, no hard scrubbing needed. The owner is super friendly and easy to work with. If there are any issues he is very quick to tell you and won't leave you in the dark. The crew was just a friendly. read more

Hire them!! I have been wanting to redo my bathroom forever, and I wish I had done this years ago now! Joel came over to my house about a week ago to give me an estimate. After the appointment, I felt I was going to hire him. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming, showed me samples and overall just a pleasant person. I wanted to get a second estimate though just to do my due diligence as I had never reglazed anything before! The other company gave me an over the phone estimate and was kinda rude. She didn't offer to come to my house, show me samples or even ask for pictures so she could see my bathroom. That just solidified my decision to go with Genesis. I called them right away to set up an appointment and spoke with Estuardo. He set up an appointment for me very quickly. I was a little nervous because I've never reglazed anything before so I asked quite a few questions. They were very patient with me and set my mind at ease. On appointment day: They were prompt, they covered my floors so they didn't track anything through my house. They covered everything in my bathroom so they didn't get anything sprayed that shouldn't be. They cleaned up everything before they left. It looks absolutely beautiful, I'm so thrilled. Excellent customer service from beginning to end, and reasonably priced. Here are some before and after pictures so y'all can see for yourself! read more

We had a tub leaking to the bottom floor. The quote was shy of $600, which was fair. It was a 6 hour job, 3 days to cure, but the tub is leak free and stronger than before. The whole unit was relaxed, not just the tub. read more

I was fortunate to have found this company, Genesis Reglazing, through a friend. They were prompt, professional, courteous and their finished work was beautiful! I reglazed a tub and had them remove excess paint left over from a previous glazing done by another company in my kitchen sink. Both looked as good or better than new! I will recommend this company to all. read more

We had our tub glazed , Giovani did a great job. Clean, on time , and a very nice guy. Would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough about this company. Not only did they do the most amazing job on our tub, but the communication was 100%. In a time where service isn't where it should be, I will say, this is not the case with this company. Thank you Genesis for your beautiful work and excellent communication. Showed up on time every day too. Sergio did a fabulous job at making our tub look like brand new again, plus he kept in good contact with me the entire time so I understand where he was on the job, and so did the owners. I completely would suggest using this company. I know I will. read more

Do not use this guy, Eduardo is a total flake. I called him for over a month and he just strung me aking and never did show up to give me an estimate, show me a sample and even return a call. I finally asked him why do you own a sink business if you do these types of things, he stuttered "I am busy." I told him that is acceptable but returning a call, showing up with a sample, or common courtesy of letting me know up front would be appreciated. He changed the subject about driving to downtown LA that day. He is scatter brained. I discussed this with a colleague of mine who is a contractor who knew him and confirmed thats par for the course for him. Said he could take MONTHS to do it and gave heard that from several others, as well. Sad. If you like wishy washy, non straight forward, beat around the bush type people, this guy is the one for you. read more

Used this business 3 times. Excellent service and workmanship. Highly recommend before you call anyone else.

The owner answered my call and questions and had an estimate for me on a reglaze for a showertub and a kitchen sink after I sent some photos. The price was definitely what I was willing to spend and they were able to come the exact day I was available to be around. The work was impeccable, timely, and the cleanup was great. Thank you Estuardo and crew for the hard work and excellent job! read more
