I was so impressed with Bell Remodeling. I worked specifically with Robert Borst and he was the third person I had come out to take a look at my home to get a quote. Please note I am a first time homeowner and know nothing about anything construction/remodulating related. He was super patient with me and took the time to explain things to a "newb". What I appreciated the most about him was his honesty. One of the things I wanted to do (which other contractors said no problem we can do it) was apparently not permitted by the city due to me being a corner house. So had I gone with the other contractors and the city sited me I would have had to pay to have everything reversed. I was debating over a fire pit and he was very frank with me regarding what would the best option would be with type with the work I was getting done on my backyard. I am not going to lie as the cost of the work was way more than I expected. While being much higher than the other quotes, Bell was unique in being able to offer financing options to me that made it affordable monthly. In addition, they were able to offer me no payments for 6 months and started the work quickly after signing the paperwork. I believe the initial target date to finish was before Christmas and everything was done December 1 just in time for my birthday. Robert would check in when the workers were onsite and was even kind enough to help me with fixing two dog crates a friend had gifted me that got damaged in my move. I was so impressed that they were able to complete all the work in 3 days, particularly the cement in just days. Everyone who seen my backyard has been impressed with how well it was done especially in the short amount of time. One of my favorite things about Robert is his idea to have my handprints and my puppy's paws imprinted in the cement next to the fenced dog run they also built. After the job was completed, I ran into an issue with the financing lender as someone made an error on my paperwork regarding the 6 months of no payments. I had been on a leave of absence and was unexpectedly laid off from my job at the same time, so it was essential to be rectified. I tried for 2 months to work with the lender directly and they were less than helpful. When it came time to make the first payment, I did not know what to do. Robert personally rectified the situation by personally cutting a check for 4 months of payments to stay true to his word as that was the only reason I went through with the deal. Not many companies or people would do that and being put in a terrible financial situation of losing my job I could not be more grateful. I plan to work with them again in the future due to the high level of customer service I received. I refer Bell to family and friends because they are honest and do amazing work. Frustrated with local contractors in Ridgecrest CA, I decided to take a chance with someone outside of Ridgecrest. Edgar was amazing! This company is a good company. Prices are reasonable. My wife and I decided to get our kitchen remodeled. Our standard Palmdale ranch style house kitchen was so confined in space that it was link playing Tetris with everything. They came out to our house, allowed us to introduce our ideas as well as they mentioned theirs. We came to an agreement on the layout, and couldn't be more happy with the end result. We live in the area of E 30th and Q2. I would most definitely recommend this company. They were definitely priced better than others that we had previously received quotes for. And they are a good bunch of guys. One thing that people have to realize is this. If you want good quality work, you have to pay for good quality work. We hired Bell Construction to take care of a couple jobs around our home including interior painting and roof repair. From the very beginning, the team was fantastic. Immediate callback, home visit, quoting, and scheduling. Edgar was even willing to work with our schedule and stop by on a Sunday to finalize the work plan. This company is amazing. I had the fencing replaced around my whole property. I gave them a photo of the front fence I wanted. They installed Chain link in the back and the Cedar fence around my front yard. I had them replace the walk door into my garage. They arrived on time, kept a clean work site and the job was completed on time. They removed two trees, tons of sand dunes and the old fence and took it all away. I'm so thrilled with the work they do. I have a list of things for them to do. I know the job will be done in a professional manner and by very experienced individuals. I didn't want to redo my roof because I didn't have the time after putting it off for a few months I noticed I was wasting more time so I decided to call around I couldn't find a remodeling place within budget in the San Diego area so I called around in the LA area and found Bell remodeling.
