A Pro- Roofing was referred to us by our public adjuster & I'm grateful that they were able to take on the task of restoring the roof. Positive attributes on a professional note is that the company is licensed, bonded & insured. They offer documents to back it up and are transparent about coverage. Noted in their forms is Workmanship warranty and Manufacturer material warranty. Regarding permits/codes or things of that nature, don't be afraid to ask, Cristian was helpful about it. The company has their own restrooms (port-o-potties) as well, and equipment. If anything was needed, they went to the local home improvement store to grab it. Cristian and his crew made the experience a much more pleasant one, than it would have been otherwise. Cristian was a kind guy to interact with & seems to really care about his clients. He came by first visit to showcase material samples and colors. He'd come by and check up on the project. He wants the homeowner taken care of and to be happy at the end of the day. He would even lend a hand up on the roof or motivate the crew. He is communicative and is prompt to answer questions or make things clearer in the process. Since my family assigned me the task of overseeing this big home project (lucky me) I did ask a lot of questions and wanted to be pro-active about certain aspects but Cristian was patient about it. The crew of many, some of which were named Freddy, Armando and Angel, are a group of hardworking guys. They arrived on time, worked diligently and listened to concerns when addressed. The roof looks sturdy & the shingles consistent. Color scheme turned out great. Thank you all. We will have to wait for rainy/hail season, but are hopeful that it will withstand any turbulent weather to come. In closing, I'm stating something I wish was told to me beforehand, just for preparation ::: Homeowners should do their due diligence and inform themselves about the process of roof repair or replacement. Ask questions, read articles, talk with any educated people in the field. I rarely ever write reviews but I really had to for this company. I had got 3 quotes to get brand new roofing. This company gave me the best vibes. They automatically have the city permit the roof which is important to me. The other quotes I got elsewhere said I had to pay extra if I wanted permitting plus they quoted me extremely higher. That's a red flag to me. A Pro Roofing gave me a start date and they started exactly when they said they would. They finished within 4-5 days and cleaned up all the mess that was made from tearing off the roofing. Plus they provide you with before and after photos using their drone! Super cool! I contacted Christian late Friday afternoon before the Christmas holiday weekend. I told him that a neighbor had pointed out a clay tile shingle at the back of the roof that had slipped out of position. I also sent him a photo taken from the ground. Christian was friendly and asked questions. Although he was booked for the next 3 weeks, he said because it was just a slipped tile he would try to fit me in at the end of the day on Monday.  Christian showed up on Monday afternoon, as promised. He walked the roof and located 2 other slipped tiles of which I was unaware. He put all 3 tiles in place at no charge, saying with a smile, "It's Christmas!" We needed our flat roof to be replaced as we prepare for solar installation and a-pro did an amazing job! I got 3 quotes, and A-Pro was in the middle, but unlike the lower quote leaving me with question marks and caveats of "quote will increase if we discover additional roofing/water damage/etc" which could have yoyo'd the final cost well above the original quote, A-Pro immediately knew what they were in for and gave me a fair price up front. They're also licensed, insured and bonded so I knew no matter what my home would be safe. Torch down is a great and reliable roofing material but a risky installation in the wrong hands so thankfully Cristian and his team were the right hands to do it. They were skilled, answered all my questions, and when we had a slight change up on the job involving some clay tiles I wanted to keep and repurpose elsewhere on my house they were super accommodating and took care to remove the clay tiles gently and put them aside. On top of it all I have a great warranty that means I can give them a call in the unlikely event that my new roof does leak. I will be calling them back for the second portion of my flat roof soon! read more

Anytime I want to do something I trust yelp. I was looking to replace my roof with a discount job and Reasonable price. But unfortunately most Companies around me are just office dealers and they trying to get the job and make 5 to 10 Grand from that job and sell it to real roofers to do the job. My Main concern was finding a real roofer and have a better price. But Unfortunately most real roofers are unknown or they don't have much information online. At the moment that I am writing this review this company is with no review. I check the google and I saw they had some good Reviews up there. Having 0 negatives review over a year on yelp is much better then 10 fake 5 star review. I felt that I can trust him. First of all I got a reasonable price. 2- they start the job on time. 3- they finish the job on time. 4- they did very nice job. 5-they did more jobs than they promised me. 6- they never start to work before 8 am or working after 5pm 7- I saw a lady was clinging up all miner nails. We had to replace our entire roof, and Christian and his team really pulled off an amazing job! Our roof had areas that were flat roof and they were uneven and poorly done and I did not know how Christian and his team were going to fix it and get it all to pass inspection but they did! And the roof came out great! No more worrying about leaks or having pieces come off with the wind. He even added some insulation board to the flat roof. And surprised my wife with a beautiful skylight that is so much better than what we had before. The whole process was quick and painless... he was very clear about what he was going to do and the timeline. It is so hard to find good honest people to do big jobs like these, but Christian is the real deal and he was always checking in and making sure we were happy with the work!
