When Bull Roofing came out his guys had almost the house roof and garage roof off before I got home from work. I was super excited to see how fast they work. The guys went around and cleaned up everything moved my patio furniture and totally cleaned everything up even helped me get debris out of the pool. Didn't get much sleep on my days off when they were reinstalling the roof I didnt care I was super excited for the roof and new fiasa boards. Most of my neighbors had gotten new roofs and I had roof envy not anymore because I have an awesome new roof thanks to Bull Roofing. I can't say enough about Bull Roofing the estimate was good the communication was awesome. He walked me through every step and ever issue that came up which wasn't a lot just the city flexing there muscle. Overall was the best money I spent Roof looks awesome. Enter Tom, who wasted no time giving me a simple breakdown of what to expect for the inspection. He responded right away. I do not have experience dealing with many inspectors but Tom assured that he is well-diverse in his field, and proved it with a sample report. I did compare his report to others in the area and I liked the layout of his more. TH Inspection seemed a bit pricier than its competitors but I do not cheap out when it comes to analyzing details. I'm glad I went with my gut because Tom reported more plumbing issues than I had imagined, and noted all recommendations for every discrepancy. He even found a dead animal in the crawl space of the house! Brave man to say the least. I also was not present due to my work schedule, but had my realtor present with Tom. My realtor told me that he saw Tom looking through every nook and cranny, and spent his time making sure to note anything that was loose or sticking out when it wasn't supposed to. Lastly, Tom takes Zelle as his main form of payment. I understand it may prove as a challenge for some but I don't normally carry cash. Many millennials that I know seem to follow suit, and this can prove to be a lucrative method of handling house escrow drama without affecting your work schedule. I took care of my whole inspection and transaction through email, txt, and Zelle. All handled very professionally and documented in a very detailed report that I can hand to any contractor to fix my issues later on. Thanks for the help Tom!

We went with Reno's Roofing after talking with a few other companies. Talked to Roger on the phone and he promptly came over to give me a quote. Price was very competitive, which was better than most quotes that I got. Quote didn't include any plywood, but he threw in 2 plywood for free (only had to replace 6 plywood total, so paid for 4). We got our roof done during busy rainy season, so picking a date was a challenge. The project itself went well. On the first day of the tear down, I was surprised how fast and efficient the team worked. By the end of the day, roofing materials were already delivered, damaged plywood replaced and underlayment installed. They finished the project exactly on time, as they said they would. They came out and assessed the leak we had, and made us aware of an additional troubled spot. We received a good quote and were placed on their work schedule. During the repair work, they removed half of our roof tiles, replaced damaged boards and put down the under covering material. Our roof was in a bad state and had started to leak damaging the wood underneath. Alpha roofing took care of everything. They replaced all the old wood with new one and got it approved by an inspector. They used quality materials every step of the way and took care of the outside of the house by cleaning up after every day. Replacing a roof is a big expense, but Andy (the owner) took care of us by offering us a great value for the cost and even offered an installment plan. They only took pay after each segment of the project was complete. It's the best feeling not to have to worry about the roof. Overall, I feel grateful that we found Alpha roofing and I will definitely recommend it to anyone in need of roofing. And by the way, they also helped us remove and reinstall all 32 of our solar panels.

We asked them if we could get an inspection and quote of wet spots. The owner, Cristian got his ladder out and checked out the roof. Within a day or two, we got back a quote and the price was very fair and reasonable, especially for the amount of tiles that needed to be lifted and reinstalled. The work consisted of replacing the worn out underpayment at two areas on the roof. We signed the agreement and his crew came out the following day to do the work. Although it was over 100 degrees in blistering heat, the work was done quickly and professionally. They did a great job cleaning up the property after the work was completed. They even had replacement roof tiles ready, in case they broke any originals! I like working with A-Pro roofing because the price was great and the owner was extremely friendly and prompt to address our concerns. His crew was also respectful of the property and keeping things clean and orderly. I would recommend and use A-pro roofing again for my future roofing needs.. They are based in Palmdale, so I'm not sure what their normal work range is. They also brought their own Port-a Potty station and didn't need to access the inside of our house for their bathroom breaks or lunch period. The crew were also provided a shade tent, chairs and bottled water (by the company).

I cannot say enough great things about A-Pro Roofing. I own a 4-unit building in Lancaster that had…read more3 additional layers of shingles on the original roof. One apartment had several leaks and each one of my several efforts to patch the roof was futile. I went through an exhaustive process to get a lot of estimates--11 in total, but more importantly I was adamant that whichever company I chose, they would not gouge me with unlimited expenses that the contractor would say was not included in their estimate. I needed the estimate to include all such variables, and bottom line, only A-Pro Roofing would provide that worst case scenario estimate. The other estimates I received all priced out additional wood per square foot or per sheet. Christian and I agreed on a set limit of additional wood that he'd provide, and then if additional wood was needed I only needed to pay for the wood and his labor to replace the wood was included. NOBODY else would give me those terms--and I got 10 other estimates! The price and terms were so great that I ended up re-roofing four units instead of the original two units that I initially intended to replace. Well that negotiation proved priceless as a ton of the wood on my roof needed to be replaced--so much that it's likely that I would have had to sell my building to pay the cost of replacing the roof if I went with several of these companies that wanted additional payment for every linear foot of wood replacement. What a disaster that would have been! Christian at A-Pro Roofing beat everyone in his estimate and terms, but that is just the beginning. From several of the companies, they were going to provide cheaper materials--not Corning, and they said I needed to pay for the permit. Not A-Pro Roofing. He used the best product and included the permit too in his price. Now onto his workmen: This is a very small four unit complex. The chances that all the tenants would be happy with a half a dozen men working on the roof is very unlikely, but everyone on the property texted saying that the crew were super nice and accommodating as they needed to get in and out of their apartments. And the owner, Christian was amazing with texting pictures and updates. It could not have gone more smoothly. No issues with getting the permit signed off and the job is beautiful! And, A Pro-Roofing partners with loan programs so it only took less than 5 minutes to be approved for a loan (under 7%!) so I didn't have to spend any out of pocket money (and that interest is tax deductible). Such a win-win going with Christian at A Pro-Roofing! Feeling blessed!

I first spoke with Levon on August 10th and informed him of exactly what I was looking for. Levon designed the exact system I was looking for and was available day and night to answer all of the questions we had regarding changes and updates to the system. Levon was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and emailed us during every step of the process. Our system was installed on September 7th and would have been earlier if it wasn't for us delaying the project being out of town and not getting the documents back to Levon sooner. Overall even with the delays the system was installed less than 30 days after contacting Levon. The install was very smooth and the foreman for the install project explained the entire process that morning and what the next steps would be. Again everything that was explained was exactly how the process went to the very last detail. The solar inspection from the city was on September 16th and we received PTO on September 20th. Our system has been operating for almost two months now I don't have one complaint about except I wish I would've call Levon at Solar Shoppers from the beginning. If you are looking to get solar for your home I would definitely recommend getting a quote form Solar Shoppers. Of all the companies I spoke with no of them could beat Solar SHoppers price or timeline to complete the install.
