reposition tile & gray mortar on front left side (location of squirrel in previous picture)

Their professionalism is horrible and Customer Service has much to be desired. I commissioned Western Pacific Roofing Corp. to close specific areas on the roof of my home where squirrels were gaining access under the tiles. In addition, the contract included the replacement of missing tiles, the repositioning and securing of tiles that had slid out of position, and the replacement of a fascia board at the rear of the house. The workers showed up on time, however they took a two hour break, and was never seen taking any tiles up to the roof. This was suspect as the contract included replacing missing tiles which was a part of the quote. I, personally, pointed out to the worker -Pedro - the specific areas of concern regarding the squirrels, and he confirmed that he understood. When the workers announced completion, I went outside to inspected the roof (from the ground) and found that the task of closing the focus areas where the squirrels were gaining access was untouched. I withheld payment, and immediately contacted the office regarding the matter. I was told that they would get back to me. After four weeks of making numerous phones calls and leaving detailed voicemail messages about the issue, all I got was promises of return calls once they conducted their investigation. At one point I was transferred to the Accounts Receivable person, who spoke with me only to threaten to put a lien on my property if the invoice was not paid. After another week, I was contacted and informed that "they" had decided to send workers out to complete the contract. The workers showed up one week later. Their solution to the problem was to reposition the existing tiles to reduce the opening and use mortar to seal the rest of the space/opening. This did not completely seal the troublesome area but it appeared to drastically reduce the opening. The mortar used was gray in color, and my roof is Spanish tile and red brick in color. When this was brought to the worker's attention he stated that he had put some color in the mixture, but if it was not enough, when it dried, that he would come back to paint the areas. I accepted the offer to have him return if necessary. I think I failed to mention that this focus area is on the front of the house. Ten days later I phoned the office to make arrangements for the painting as the mortar was still gray, and very noticeably so. Once again, I was faced with reluctance to complete the job stating they had no knowledge of the arrangement, and that the person in charge was not in the office, but someone would contact me. It's two months later and the job is still not done! $3000 was the cost of this headache! I sincerely regret choosing Western Pacific Roofing Corp. to do this simple job.

Roofers carefully deciding on a solution to a problem!

I cannot say enough great things about A-Pro Roofing. I own a 4-unit building in Lancaster that had…read more3 additional layers of shingles on the original roof. One apartment had several leaks and each one of my several efforts to patch the roof was futile. I went through an exhaustive process to get a lot of estimates--11 in total, but more importantly I was adamant that whichever company I chose, they would not gouge me with unlimited expenses that the contractor would say was not included in their estimate. I needed the estimate to include all such variables, and bottom line, only A-Pro Roofing would provide that worst case scenario estimate. The other estimates I received all priced out additional wood per square foot or per sheet. Christian and I agreed on a set limit of additional wood that he'd provide, and then if additional wood was needed I only needed to pay for the wood and his labor to replace the wood was included. NOBODY else would give me those terms--and I got 10 other estimates! The price and terms were so great that I ended up re-roofing four units instead of the original two units that I initially intended to replace. Well that negotiation proved priceless as a ton of the wood on my roof needed to be replaced--so much that it's likely that I would have had to sell my building to pay the cost of replacing the roof if I went with several of these companies that wanted additional payment for every linear foot of wood replacement. What a disaster that would have been! Christian at A-Pro Roofing beat everyone in his estimate and terms, but that is just the beginning. From several of the companies, they were going to provide cheaper materials--not Corning, and they said I needed to pay for the permit. Not A-Pro Roofing. He used the best product and included the permit too in his price. Now onto his workmen: This is a very small four unit complex. The chances that all the tenants would be happy with a half a dozen men working on the roof is very unlikely, but everyone on the property texted saying that the crew were super nice and accommodating as they needed to get in and out of their apartments. And the owner, Christian was amazing with texting pictures and updates. It could not have gone more smoothly. No issues with getting the permit signed off and the job is beautiful! And, A Pro-Roofing partners with loan programs so it only took less than 5 minutes to be approved for a loan (under 7%!) so I didn't have to spend any out of pocket money (and that interest is tax deductible). Such a win-win going with Christian at A Pro-Roofing! Feeling blessed!

While he was there, he even checked out the other areas of my roof just to let me know that my roof was actually in good condition. Working directly with Max and Mayan made the entire coordination process seamless; they were always responsive and clear with cost estimates. So I'm waiting for him to send a crew out like he said but weeks went by every time I called he says he just trying to get me scheduled just lying but had the nerve to send me a roof estimate for the whole roof to be replaced like I'm going pay this company for any terrible job I think not. People stop!!! Do not hire this company for nothing cause that's all you gone get is nothing they won't honor their work. I have photos of the shotty work they did and the lying text Max sent me asking me to take down the bad review he send someone to make repairs next week so I took it down still no show he text me they came to my house to take pictures so they can get the material needed the nerve of Max I never seen this front a licensed company.

We went with Reno's Roofing after talking with a few other companies. Talked to Roger on the phone and he promptly came over to give me a quote. Price was very competitive, which was better than most quotes that I got. Quote didn't include any plywood, but he threw in 2 plywood for free (only had to replace 6 plywood total, so paid for 4). We got our roof done during busy rainy season, so picking a date was a challenge. The project itself went well. On the first day of the tear down, I was surprised how fast and efficient the team worked. By the end of the day, roofing materials were already delivered, damaged plywood replaced and underlayment installed. They finished the project exactly on time, as they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof done. Thank you Reno!

From our very first inquiry, Justo has been incredibly responsive and reliable. He's clearly a busy man, but he makes the time and actually shows up. If you've dealt with contractors before, you know how rare that is. He follows through and does exactly what he says he's going to do. He stands confidently behind his work, which immediately gave us peace of mind. I'm very particular. It's simply in my nature. I ask detailed questions, I research everything, and I pay attention to the smallest things. Justo has been nothing but accommodating every step of the way. He answered every question thoroughly, never rushed the process, and never made us feel like we were asking too much. His knowledge and professionalism genuinely stood out, and you can tell he takes pride in delivering quality work. We initially reached out because we had a leak in our garage and needed our roof repaired and had contacted several other companies. What really set Justo apart was the balance. His pricing is fair and reasonable, yet you can clearly see the confidence he has in his craftsmanship. There's no pressure or gimmicks, just honesty and solid work. One quick tip: the phone number listed on Yelp is a Yelp-generated number. If you want to connect quickly, use the "Request Consultation" option on Yelp or visit their website for their direct contact information. Give Justo a chance to earn your business. We genuinely feel lucky to have found him, and we won't be going anywhere else. Thank you Justo and team! :)

My wife and I didn't want to cheap out on a roof so we went with this company. Unfortunately our price had doubled (price of a brand new car of the year at that point) after the demolition was done because of how bad the wood was underneath and we were recommended to put new plywood over it and we were told it would provide better support instead of replacing all the wood. We were also told it would be more money spent and risk the possibility of leaks later on if we tried replacing the old wood. The inspectors were informative of the work needing to be done but at times they did come off as more of salesmen trying to make a sale and get their numbers up. However we went ahead, bit the bullet, and approved the work. The job took about a week or two. I would have liked more communication on when workers would pass by because sometimes they would show up unannounced. Also I had found our Blink cameras on the floor under the roof rubble a couple times even though I had offered to remove them. Nevertheless the roof is done. It looks amazing. Time will tell if the work and warranty was worth the price. I will update my review accordingly.
