It is difficult to find a professional roofing company that focuses on your needs. Alpha roofing was professional, flexible, and kept me well informed from start to finish. Our roof was in a bad state and had started to leak damaging the wood underneath. Alpha roofing took care of everything. They replaced all the old wood with new one and got it approved by an inspector. They used quality materials every step of the way and took care of the outside of the house by cleaning up after every day. Replacing a roof is a big expense, but Andy (the owner) took care of us by offering us a great value for the cost and even offered an installment plan. They only took pay after each segment of the project was complete. It's the best feeling not to have to worry about the roof. Overall, I feel grateful that we found Alpha roofing and I will definitely recommend it to anyone in need of roofing. Alpha roofing did a good a job with the actual roofing, but we found the experience to be pretty unpleasant. They low balled our initial bid -- almost half of what other companies had said it would cost (this was our bad, should have realized it was too good to be true) and then every day some enormous sum would be added on to the bid -- would have rather been told straight up how much it would cost. My entire back of my roof was exposed, not even covered, they use wrong type of underlayment, fan screen not even present, nails missing, tiles in several places having water leaks, not even over lapping more than 2 inches. Never had issues before, just wanted a new roof due to my house is 25 years old. Had to pay another roofer to fix the issues. Needed my roof to be replaced, Alpha Roofing came out replaced my roof. Would certainly recommend them for any roofing needs.

During this last rainy season there was a leak in my grandson's bedroom. I went on Yelp and called four different roofing companies and set appts with them. I had two appointments set for the next day, the first roofer scheduled the appt and said he would call me the next morning to get more information before arriving. He didn't call and was a no show. The next appt was with Alpha Roofing, Gabe one of the partners did the inspection. He inspected the attic to see where the water was coming in from before inspecting the roof. He told me the water was coming in from a vent. He check the roof and told me I needed a new roof and explained the process. I was told they could fix the leak but it wasn't guaranteed, if I decided to go with them the price I paid for the repair would come off the price for the new roof. Gabe was very professional and knowledgeable I felt very comfortable with him and his explanation. Andy his partner made the appointment the night before and even recommended I should get 2-4 quotes before I decided on a company. That was before knowing I needed a new roof. The second roofer came the next day was as knowledgeable as Gabe was the day before, I felt as comfortable with him as I did with Gabe's explanation. I went with Alpha Roofing because their price came in much lower than the other company. Andy came over and explained the contract, the leak was fixed and no more leaking while we waited for the rain to stop before work could begin. I was in communication with Andy/Gabe thru the whole process, the workers did a great job and made sure the property was cleaned up before they left. There was a problem when their ladder was attached to a partial beam the movement up and down the ladder caused the stucco around the beam to crack and plaster damage around the skylight. I noticed the damage after the work was done. I reported it to Andy and Gabe, they had a company they work with to come out and repair it a week later. The guys not only repaired the stucco and plaster they cleaned the skylight too. Hiring Alpha Roofing was a pleasant experience, the guys are professional and kept me informed of the work progress, responsive to any issues and did a great job. Had a slight leak in our place and Alpha came to check it out and give us a free estimate. I am terrible with names and can't remember who it was who came, but he was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the process. He let me know that the roof was in good shape, but could use some mastic sealant around the various vents to stop the leak from getting in. Their minimum fee for a project was $1,200, but he let me know that for well under $100 I could get the supplies needed to go up on the roof and patch the areas myself. He was not only extremely honest with his advice, but really went above and beyond to show me the exact sealant on the home depot app I needed, gave me some pointers on the best way to apply it, told me to not skimp on gloves because getting tar off your hands would be a pain in the a$$, etc. Seemed very genuine and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Will definitely reach out to them first if I end up needing more major work in the future. read more
