A Roofing Company You Can Truly Trust -- Clearview Went Above and Beyond It's not often you come across a company that makes you feel genuinely cared for, but Clearview Roofing did exactly that for our HOA. From the very first interaction to the final walkthrough, they delivered not just exceptional workmanship, but a level of professionalism and heart that really stood out. I want to give a sincere and personal thank‑you to Jack, Peter, Troy, and Steve. These four showed up every day with a level of dedication that was impossible to miss. They treated our property like it was their own, communicated with honesty, and carried themselves with the kind of pride you only see in people who truly love what they do. Watching them work gave our community a sense of comfort -- like we were in the hands of people who genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. They were respectful, patient, and incredibly thorough. Every detail was handled with care, and the finished roof reflects that commitment. It looks fantastic, and more importantly, it feels secure. Clearview Roofing didn't just fix a roof. They restored peace of mind for an entire HOA. If you're looking for a team that brings skill, integrity, and humanity to their work, Clearview Roofing is the one. We're deeply grateful for the experience and the people who made it happen. And the quote they provide is unbeatable. Give them a chance and you will not regret. read more

My project had a few challenges from the beginning and during the process. There were times that I thought this would have a different outcome. I found that the team at Clear View to settle each occurrence in a matter that was acceptable and fair. The installers worked during one of the hottest weeks of the year and did so without anyone getting hurt, which is always a good thing. During the install we had several days of heavy rain with only the vapor barrier in place. We experienced one minor leak in the garage. The only reason I took one star off was due to a small section of the roof that required a redo. Otherwise, a full five-star review would be in order. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. read more

I contacted Clear View Roofing to come out and do a roof inspection for me for a property that we have in Escrow. It was a very easy process to make the appointment and Peter showed up on time. He inspected the roof thoroughly and provided me with a very detailed report. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job! I highly recommend Clear View Roofing! read more

We had an amazing experience with Clearview. Erik was so helpful laying out our options when we met him and getting us on the schedule. We had multiple leaks in different areas of our home and there was a significant storm coming. We need a complete replacement of all materials under our tile. Erik made sure to have someone come out (even on a weekend) to completely tarp our roof so that we wouldn't have any more damage before the job started. It was horribly windy and they came back out again to replace the tarp and make sure we were protected. The actual job was done from start to finish in a little over a week without big breaks or days off from our house (hate when contractors disappear for days). Permitting was all official and posted on our door for the duration. City approval was obtained quickly once the job was done. The team cleaned to everything and was very respectful of our home and outdoor space throughout. Our home has so many solar panels. We needed someone who could remove them safely and disconnect them and put them back up at the end of the job. Also, reinstalling bird proofing netting under the panels to avoid another problem with birds after fixing our roof! Could not be happier with how this work was conducted and when compared to other quotes, the price was fair. Thank you Clearview! I won't be dreading when it rains anymore. read more

After this company completed major rework on my house and did a great job, I had an unrelated issue with a hot water line fail in a wall between my kitchen and garage. BIG leaks. The plumber had to hack big holes in my kitchen and bathroom drywall to repair it. I immediately called Clear View Roofing to do the construction repair because of the excellent quality of the previous big projects on my house. They came through again. No construction work is cheap these days but what I wanted was to use a company that did quality work and would actually DO what was in the contracts. They did. Everything that was in the several contracts I signed with them over these projects, they did. No problems. They are excellent roofers but also are just as good with other construction projects. Very recommended company. read more

Workers very efficient! And very friendly ! Samuel was great to deal with and so was Troy

I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of professionalism and communication. To be fair, our initial sales rep, was the most responsive person on their team. Unfortunately, the actual execution of the project was a nightmare. It is clear they overbook to lock you into a contract and then just juggle crews across various projects. If you expect a crew to show up on consecutive days to get your roof done quickly, this is NOT the company for you.  Inconsistent Scheduling & No-Shows: There were several times when no one showed up for two days in a row. I had to constantly call or text for updates, often waiting hours for replies. Late Arrivals & Upselling: When someone finally did show up, it was often late in the day (around 4:00 PM) just to try and upsell us on more work. They then had the nerve to blame us for not responding early enough to secure a crew for the next day--despite them showing up at the very end of the day while I waited around for them. Disrespect for Our Time: They completely no-showed twice during specific time windows when I explicitly told them I would be home and available to give them a payment.  Lingering Mess: To top it off, they left their portable potty sitting on our property for 4 whole days after the work was finally completed.  Their ladder is still strapped to our house 7 days later, awaiting the final inspection.  Consequently, we can't use our driveway.  Why would you not take it down and put it back up before the inspection...that you scheduled 7 days after the work was completed!  Even our neighbors commented that they have never seen a roofing project take this long.  In total, it took them 14 working days to complete a simple, single-story 1,800 sq ft home! For a project this expensive, the lack of responsiveness, poor scheduling, and lack of daily presence is completely unacceptable. read more

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with your roof replacement estimate. I do appreciate the company personel came out on schedule. The inspection and estimate process took quite a bit of time. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the consultation, I felt it would have benefited from a bit more professional focus. A good portion of the appointment was spent on non-project-related topics, which left me somewhat concerned about the efficiency and time management we might expect during the actual installation. Furthermore, as the quoted price was at the higher end of the market, I was looking for a high-caliber service experience to match. Because the representatives lacked the professional self-sufficiency I encountered with other contractors--specifically regarding requests for household amenities--I ultimately did not feel comfortable moving forward with Clear View. read more

1 plus today, Sunrun is going to repair what clear view roofing & construction broke on my solar panels. This is what Clear view should have taken responsibility for, which tells you how well clear view and Dave and Sam value their customers. I just received a call from Troy who is going to look at the stucco damage done and repair it, I hope. The real low marking is for Dave and Sam and how they treat there customers read more

I hired them for a repair outside in the front of my home. Some of the wood in the front of the house was damaged from dry rot. The work was done with replacement wood planks that were defective. There were splits that ran across all the wood and a cutout at the top..as though the wood had been done on another job and they decided to use it on my home. Also the paint they used on my job was left and it was Interior white flat paint for planks outside instead of Exterior white paint with a sealant because of the weather. They also left black glue all over the driveway . I wrote them complaining about the job and they never responded. Stay away from this contractor if you want a job well done. read more

This review is for Ray. He came and was very professional and clear, showing us exactly what was wrong with our roof. He also gave us plenty of options to resolve, and was prompt to respond. Would 100% work with him and Clear View again in the future read more

I thought I had a roof leak and called Steve from Clear View Roofing & Construction. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. He went into my attic, took pictures of the leak, went up on the roof to make sure it wasn't coming from there, and even made phone calls to help me track down the actual issue. It turned out to be my AC unit leaking and had nothing to do with my roof, but Steve still took the time to help me when he really didn't have to. I'm so grateful for his kindness, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend him! read more

Peter came out today to inspect our roof and arrived right on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. This review is a bit overdue. We hired Clear View to redo our aging roof after getting quotes from a few other companies. We recently had a new roof and gutters installed, and couldn't be happier with the experience working with Clear View Roofing. From the very beginning, the project manager, Vic, set the tone with excellent communication -- clear, timely, and proactive. I knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress‑free. The entire team demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout the project. Every person who came to the house was respectful, friendly, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. They were responsive to questions, attentive to details, and clearly took pride in their craft. As with any major project, a few minor hiccups came up along the way, but the way they handled them truly impressed me. They responded immediately, addressed each issue without hesitation, and resolved everything without adding any extra cost. Their integrity and professionalism were evident at every step. The finished roof looks fantastic, and the experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for top‑tier workmanship backed by a team that truly cares about its customers. read more

I was getting my house ready to sell but developed an untimely leak in the roof that left stains on the ceiling. Clear View were the quickest to respond and came out super fast. Samuel G. was the one to come and take a look. I want to say that he was very communicative and thorough. He took his time to explain the issues and showed me where the problems on the roof was. He gave me balanced opinions and options that made me feel like he was there to help. The quote I received was reasonable and fair and even asked few AI's as a point of reference which also said it was a fair value. I would definitely recommend them to others for their professionalism and experience. read more

We requested an estimate from Clear View Roofing and Sam came to our house and to provide a quote. He was thorough, honest, transparent and worked with us within our budget to meet our needs. I had an outstanding experience with Clear View Roofing and Construction, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. Danny, my main point of contact, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain every step of the project so I always felt confident about what was being done. It's rare to find someone in the construction industry who is both highly skilled and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, but Danny delivered on both. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the job. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail really stood out. They treated my home with respect and made sure everything was done right the first time. If you're looking for a roofing company that is reliable, honest, and does exceptional work, Clear View Roofing and Construction is the team to call. Ask for Danny--he'll make sure you're taken care of every step of the way. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Clear View Roofing, and I honestly can't say enough great things about this company or the people behind it. From the very beginning, it felt different from dealing with a big corporate roofing company. Clear View is a family-owned business run by brothers, and you can truly feel that in how they operate. Every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, respectful, and genuinely cared - not just about the job, but about US. One of the owners, Gary, went way beyond what we ever expected. We were worried about how we'd afford the roof because it was necessary work, not optional. Gary took the time to walk through options with us and actually helped us secure financing through one of their partners (an 18-month no-interest loan that we were approved for the same day as the quote). He didn't have to do any of that, but he wanted to make sure our family could safely get what we needed. Their project manager Henry gave us a moment we'll never forget. During the initial inspection, BEFORE we'd even hired them, he noticed an exposed high-voltage wire in our attic. After working a full day and commuting across the city, he came back to our house that same evening and installed an electrical box at no charge because he was worried about our family's safety. That told us everything we needed to know about this company's character. They also showed up for us in a very real way during a storm. On a Saturday, in pouring rain, their team came out to tarp an area of concern on our roof to protect our home. We hadn't even had the work completed yet - they just didn't want us taking on water damage. That kind of responsiveness and care is genuinely rare. Throughout the entire process, communication was outstanding. They responded quickly to messages and even made themselves available by text whenever we had questions, which gave us real peace of mind. They showed up when they said they would and stayed on schedule (except for the brief delays waiting on city inspectors, which was completely outside their control). The workmanship was excellent. The roof turned out beautiful and you can tell how much pride they take in what they do. The crew was friendly, polite, and incredibly considerate of our home and our family the entire time. Alfredo and other team members have even helped us with small side projects after work, which just shows the type of people they hire. They also made complicated things easy. They coordinated seamlessly with the solar company to remove and reinstall our panels, and the HVAC team that handled our rooftop heating/AC unit was fantastic. Everything was organized, explained clearly, and handled professionally. They answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and kept us updated throughout the process. Their certifications and paperwork made it easy for us to feel comfortable moving forward and gave us real peace of mind. We were also very pleased with the value. The price was fair for the amount of work involved, especially considering the unexpected issues they ran into along the way. At no point did we feel pressured or surprised - simply just taken care of. After the job was done, project manager Troy still followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied and helped address a few remaining questions. That level of follow-through meant a lot. We're so happy we chose to support a small business instead of a big company. Clear View Roofing didn't just replace our roof - they took care of our home and our family. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful experience a really positive one. We're truly grateful we found them and would recommend Clear View Roofing to any homeowner who wants a company they can trust -people who care about your home as much as you do and do excellent work. Thank you, Gary and team. You earned customers for life! read more

I received 4 bids with Clear View's offer being one of the better ones. Other companies might quote you something high then bring it down after they seemingly make some calls to pull some strings in your favor just to get something close to what Clear View's reps, Eric and Joseph, offered right off the bat. The quote was honest. After the tiles were removed, Clear View determined the underlying wooden roof was not going to pass permit inspection and suggested I redo the wood. My home was built in 1950 so I wasn't surprised. Naturally the cost increased in relation to the project scope, but everything was transparent and fair. In the end I backed off on redoing the gutters but the crew didn't pressure me one way or the other. The cost of the gutters was taken off after I signed documents indicating I wished to cancel this part of the project. There was a lot of trash wood that was still perfectly usable, maybe not for the roof project but for general DIY stuff. I asked the crew if I could retain some of it and they obliged. Overall, good price, good work, good service. read more

We hired Clear View Roofing after meeting with Art. He provided such a good quote, we didn't bother with another bid. Unfortunately, the price escalated $12,500 (after we signed the contract) due to the fact that the plywood had to be replaced. That started us off on the wrong 'foot', but as the work progressed, we were impressed that the workers were on time, efficient and cleaned up each day. Other than the initial bidding issues, Art did a great job as Program Manager. He did what he promised and finished on time. Very expensive, but excellent job! read more

This is a very bad company. I let them replaced my entire roof in November 2024. They changed me together 61,000. When they removed my old roof. A guy, called Gary came, he told me three places need to repair and told me that I need to pay another 15,000, and I need to replace all the wood planks, otherwise he can't promise that there will be no leaking happen. I agreed and paid the money. When their roofers were doing my job, I noticed a lot of bad quality labor work. And I asked him about the quality of my roof. He always said don't worry about that. There will be no leaking happen. Now after 1 year and 3 months there are two leaking spots on my living room's ceiling. I attached some photos. This company let me spent 12,000 for replacing my old planks, but a lot of my old planks are better than the new one. After the leaking this company tried to shirking the responsibility. I don't believe them anymore. And his boss Jack H is very very smart. He made me nervous and angry. Try to let me deny his repair work. But his team is very unprofessional. They wanted do the water test and without protect our things. This is a really awful company which I never expected it. Be extremely careful of this company and its boss, Jack H and his staff Gary! read more
