Get the quotes but like me you will find Epic at the best price and after having my roof completed, I am here by documenting They had an excellent service so look no further. I wouldn't recommend Epic. We asked during the sales process if they used subcontractors and they lied to us and said they didn't. When they started working everyone was wearing shirts and had trucks from another roofing company. Then when I brought that up to our site manager he gaslighted me and said they didn't use subcontractors that they had their own licenses and were insured. Well that's what subcontracting is.. It rained in the middle of the install and they didn't cover the roof properly so it leaked in the house. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They came back and covered it properly after we reached out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The roof is good now, but overall a messy job. When we went to paint the new facia boards they started bubbling. Turns out they didn't wait for the boards to dry completely before priming.. so now we are out a couple more thousand dollars to have that redone properly.. and they didn't line up the fascia board right so we had to fix that too. When they did the tear off they left nails everywhere. One found its way in my car tire and now I have to fix it. Overall a very sloppy job, but they weren't the ones who did it. They just hire subcontractors so you don't know what you're getting by hiring them. read more

This review is regarding a fairly significant project that spanned 12 units on a six figure contract. I'm not going to mention much about the project itself but only that it took way longer than the initial estimated time line. Now, with 12 units, its expected that some things will go wrong and things certainly did with mine. During the install on a late Saturday in December, their workers blasted through the roof, attic, and into the ceiling of the second floor bedroom. The expectation is to fix it, you would think they have at least some extra OSB and drywall to tempoarily board it up, but no, only some thin plastic. Keep in mind that at this time in GG, it was an unsually cold winter and temperaturs reached low 40s that weekend, ampified by being on the second floor. During the nights, this cause some pretty stress situation with a teenager in his finals week and an infant in the house; you can imagine the distruption. It wasn't fully addressed and fixed until Tuesday - still with the fringe cold and winds during the nights until the repair above the bedroom. Now I wanted to wait until the end of the project so we (as the community) would bring up the different issues, and to my surprise, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nelson, the foreman assigned, reached out first. He was understanding and we had a productive conversation with the understanding that he would call the next day with a resolution followup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Next day, there was no call. In fact, I waited two weeks and gave him a follow up. The number went to their overflow line and I left a detailrd message with the receptionist for Nelson, expecting a call back. Another two weeks passed and I called again, this time reaching Nelson directly. He recalled our conversation and said he would "follow up" but, guess what? Another empty promise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Thats 3 contacts with zero follow ups and its been over a month since the initial conversation. We started search for the roof replacement with a few roofing companies in early Nov. With Epic roofing, the price was competitive with others but be aware, the damaged wood cost can be very costly. We selected Epic because the warranty and material was good. We started the job in mid Dec. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The communication with the project manager, Nelson, was OK at the beginning but it went downhill after a few issues encountered with the replacement.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] First issue, the crew has no concept of time and sloppy job clean up. They were working until 7PM, in the dark the last day so needless to say, they didn't clean up very well since we find quite a few nails on the driveway. They didn't paint one of the vent correctly (see photo). When I brought up the issue, the project manager said they are not able to fix it. Second issue, they plugged in a few power tools (mostly nail guns) and triggered the electrical outage. I told Nelson that we don't have any issue until his crew started using the electricity and he said since it is an electrical issue, it is our problem! [[HIGHLIGHT]]After a few conversations with him, sales person (David) and production manager (Julio), they agreed to send an electrician to take a look at the problem. The electrician was able to solve the issue but did mentioned another issue with the service line (on the roof) to the electrical company[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Third issue, the weather was raining and windy and the new roof held up well but it knocked the electrical service line lower since it was not secured properly. We called Edison and they said that it was the roofing company that caused the issue (see photo). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Again, we contacted Nelson after many phone calls and text, we connected and he denied that his crew has nothing to do with it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I contacted others and Julio offered some option but not so viable and no compensation. However, at the end, he offered some compensation for this damage. Fourth issue, they finished the job in Dec and we just received the final city permit in mid Feb. The city inspection was delayed weeks after weeks due to some corrections. Bottom line, save yourself some headaches, DONOT use this company!!! read more

Having seen their many promotions online - I reached out and quickly received their AI generated competitively priced "proposal". I arranged to meet roofing "specialist" David at my property. When David failed to show, I texted, only to discover he was hours away. He quickly offered me $500 off the price. Days later, his associate Richard arrived and did a detailed inspection of the roof. We agreed on price and I signed a contract. I paid the $1K deposit that evening and was told project manager Julio would be in contact. When Julio never called, I got concerned. Two weeks later, Richard called to say he hadn't factored in the pitch of the roof - Epic would require an additional $3200 or they would cancel the signed contract. Their "take-it-or-leave-it" approach was insulting, as if they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. The next day owner Oz Pesach emailed and canceled the agreement. When I reached out he unapologetically told me he wasn't going to make any money on the job, so he's walking away. Adam T. from Epic Roof originally came to give a bid on my project back in March of 2025. They did not START the project till August due to not having their Insurances and Workers Compensation paperwork ready. Months had passed by and even when they did eventually replace my roof they did not properly assess the full roof and claimed that certain portions were not changed because they were NOT in the scope of the project. I trusted their expertise to properly evaulate what really needed to be changed out. Becasue of this after the most recent rains - I still had leaks in portions because their lack of evaluation and they are blaming me. They also refuse to come do more work unless I increase the scope of the repair - There is a lack of communication at their office between Estimators and Installers and Foremen(Julio etc) . I kept getting different answers from different people. Months had gone by between deposit and start of project when I could have had other companies finish all the buildings. I will have to seek a 3rd party to fix and do work they won't do. This is after spending $10,000s already with them. I am just VERY glad, I did not give the rest of my buildings. DO NOT RECOMMEND - Unfulfilled Contract and Poor Communication Stolen Deposit I hired Epic Roofer after receiving an estimate from a representative named David Neith. We signed a contract on May 5, and I paid a $1,000 deposit with the understanding that the roofing work would be completed within approximately two weeks. As of June 20, no work has been started, and l've received only vague excuses and repeated delays. Despite numerous attempts to contact Mr. David Neith for updates or a refund, he has not followed through on the promised services or give us our refund back. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a breach of contract at best and at worst, a potential case of fraud. I am contemplating now to report this matter to local law enforcement. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid working with this company I want to speak to the owner of this company and get my $1000 deposit back. read more
