This is something I never do but, to continue my commitment to only post positive reviews, I will post on a company I regret not using. My neighbors (6 total) all used The Final Touch roofing and I did not. I went with a slightly cheaper roofing company and was disappointed. I watch as my neighbors had The Final touch meticulously replace the roofs on their homes. Every detail was addressed, the plywood, the underlayment, the gutters, the tear off and of course, the clean up. This exquisite work was observed as I walked my dog daily and asked questions of my neighbors and the crew working as I was in the market for a new roof. Ovi and his wife are perfectionists and their commitment to quality is unsurpassed. Don't make the mistake I did and go with the cheaper company that promises the same quality, it's not worth it. In the end I didn't save any money, I only got aggravation and excuses from the company I used and will probably have to redo some of the work. read more

They understood and it was okay with them,talking the pressure off of me. When I had trouble finishing a digital contract on line,Leah sent her son over and he physically showed me what to do. This is an exemplary roofing company to work with. They take care of obtaining the permits, city inspections and registering warranties with the manufacturers. The process was flawless, from removing the roof to replacing damaged wood and each step to a finished roof. Jeff gave updates with pictures along the way. From the moment I spoke to Lia, I had a feeling that this was going to be THE company. My feelings were confirmed after Ovi came by my property to give a quote. The price for my little over 2000 square foot roof was not only extremely reasonable, but came with a lot more than what the other bids had to offer. FTR crew was clean, professional and fast. We needed to have our roof replaced and we came across this company and called to schedule an appointment. Very mysterious way of operating because if you call the company they transfer you to a scheduler who will call you back. Not too great if you're actually busy but have to play phone tag. They did not give me an appointment right away but did call me back 2 weeks later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even though they still would not give me a time till the day before. Anyway my issue was with their pricing which was 30-40% more than 2 previous other companies. It was almost insulting. read more

If you're looking at reroofing, you're already anxious. You'll try to get get quotes from a bunch of companies. They won't return your call, ghost you after coming out or give you crazy expensive estimates. But if you've called Final Touch, none of those things will happen. You'll talk to Lia, who will spend time with you asking specific questions. Ovi will come and look at your roof. You'll get an extremely reasonable quote and when you call with more questions, they will all be answered. And every conversation will make you feel better. And when the crew shows up, they are professional, efficient, fast and funny (skylight jokes when they were replacing rotted wood on my open beam ceiling made me LOL.) My outside area looked better than when they arrived. And it was finished in four days...with a roof that needed a lot of work. Final Touch had a good price and they sat with us and answered all our questions. They take the time to educate you on roofs and the materials and they even work with you to determine details such as what shingle color and shingle type would be best for your home. They also do not try to upsell you or get you to do work you dont need. I can't talk highly enough about them and our experience. The reroof was fairly quick, was a quality job, and they made it as stress free as possible. I will absolutely be referring them to my friends when they need work done on their homes. I thought I had written this a while ago. Clearly, I hadn't so this review is of a now nearly 2-year-old roof. Highly recommended. The team who came out was very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job and left the site clean every day. My new roof has performed great. When we had a leak, which we thought was the roof but turned out to be an A/C issue, they came out twice, once to check and then once to do a patch over the area even though they couldn't find the leak. They were concerned since a storm was coming and didn't want to let a leak into the attic. Ovi was always available. When I had questions or concerns before, during, and after the installation, he always got back to me quickly. I love this company! By the way, were they the cheapest, no.. but probably yes. Ovi was honest about his price, didn't say "well if we rip this up and you have a second roof under it we will have to charge you more." He knows his business, looked at all he needed to see, and quoted me a price they stuck to. I prefer signing a slightly (less than 5%) higher Firm Fixed Price than dealing with upcharges that the estimators knew ahead of time they were going to add on. read more

I just spoke with the most wonderful representative at Final Touch Roofing. I called because Sunrun (solar) installed panels and left a hole in our roof. I wanted a quote from Final Touch, and Lia (representative) spent twenty minutes advising me and telling me the hole could not be patched sufficiently to prevent leaking. She did not try to sell me anything because she said that would negate my warranty with Sunrun (I've never seen honesty like this). Instead, Lia gave me advice on how to proceed with my issue. Honest, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. I wish they could come out and patch my roof because I trust them completely. Now I know why they have a five star review.
