His wife had an attitude before she walked into the house. I started to ask them to leave but I didn't because o wanted my dryer and patio door repaired. Her husband gets to work and after a very long time. He comes back and starts lying. He told us that our appliance will be too costly to repair because there were several expensive parts that needed to be repaired. Then hit us with an oh, by the way... I didn't repair anything but that's $100 for me to look. What!!!! I didn't feel comfortable paying it but I did and opted out of having the swindler come back and swindle us further. We called our home warranty insurance and low behold. There was only one thing wrong with the dryer and it was a 20 minute repair. I say, don't waste your money or your time on these people. Get Sears, Choice Home Warranty, anyone but them. You don't have to own your home to get home warranty insurance. It stops this type of thing from happening. These people are liars and thieves. Do not hire them or pay the consequences. Literally. Also, the app that they use to give you estimates is garbage. They need to invest in a real app. All it does is load but when it finally works.
