We used RNJ a few years ago for a turf project at our old house and were very happy with that work, so I knew choosing RNJ for this project was the right choice. On construction day, the work was performed as explained. The project took only a day and a half and looks great. The cost was reasonable for what I wanted done. I will defiantly hire RNJ again.

We were…read moreoriginally told that if anything happened to our palm trees within a year, we would be able to get them replaced for no fee. In fact, when we inquired about the care and upkeep of the palm trees, we were told they needed no additional care other than our drip system that was already installed. When we brought up our concerns about our palm trees after 6 months, we were shrugged off and told that the warranty for the palm trees was only 30 days, even though we were told a year. They also stated that we should've been following maintenance tips (which we never received). We hate to write poor reviews but felt it was necessary for other future customers to know. We are so sad and disappointed it had to end this way with the company, as we initially left feeling great and taken care of. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and we would find it hard to trust them again to do future landscaping. We hope this review helps prevent any miscommunication and better communication with customers moving forward.
