Again numerous emails and calls. Nothing! I also paid for the bin in the beginning. They came by and got it and to no surprise was never refunded any money for it. I went to my credit union and they refunded the charge and said they would look into it. They just tried to charge me for the last month now and they are telling me via automated email that I am over 30 days late and to put in a different payment type! I'm afraid they will take it to collections and screw my credit rating. I am a pretty patient guy but this is so beyond anything I have ever dealt with. Total nightmare!
