The property owners were hit with a citation for the accumulation of junk, debris, furniture, and multiple encampments spread across nearly 17 acres. James came out the same day to provide an estimate, which was impressive given the scale of the cleanup. Because of the sheer amount of debris, the project took several days to complete. In the middle of the job, additional trash was illegally dumped overnight, adding even more work. James was incredibly understanding and took care of the newly dumped debris at no extra charge, which speaks volumes about his character and commitment to doing the job right. The owners typically receive at least one citation a year, and thanks to the reliability and professionalism of James and his team, we're happy to continue our working relationship for years to come. If you need a hauling service that's honest, dependable, and truly dedicated to helping you get your property back under control, Affordable Hauling Services is the one to call. Highly recommended.
