Thank you to Oscar and his dad for the amazing work on my condo easement!!! Despite a delay in getting started due to reviews and questions. Oscar was able to accomplish the work in less time than initially thought! I felt like he went above and beyond throughout the entire process and kept us abreast throughout the teardown and updates. We asked for dirt, pavers and a bush to be removed and replaced with pea gravel and leveled out and they did that! What others quoted as a two to four day job, they accomplished in hours! Looking forward to having them at our next home! Thank you again!! read more

As usual, Oscar does great work! He always goes above and beyond and does more than what we ask. His prices are more than reasonable! He also took a load to the dump for us today as well. Oscar came out quick and helped with replacing a leaking shutoff valve in yard. I usually do these repairs myself but with a bad back I knew this job needed some digging. Oscar was communicative and easy to work with, and we appreciated how quickly he was able to address our yard leak within a short amount of time! We communicated first via phone call and then by text and were able to confirm an appointment the following day. He showed up promptly on-time as expected and well-equipped with the tools necessary to take care of the leak. He troubleshooted the issue well and saved us the additional effort of having to replace the concrete slab covering the leak by getting to the literal root of the issue. He was kind and worked well with my parents, who are immigrants from Vietnam and spoke limited English, and they only had kind things to share about the services provided. The price provided including labor were fair and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be keeping J & O in our contact book for future issues or help needed with our home and yard. I am very impressed with the communication with Oscar during this process. During the initial reaching out, he got back to me within minutes late at night and then came out about a couple days later and handled all my sprinkler needs from a leak in different areas I've been dealing on and off with for a few years. I was not at home while he was doing this and he sent me text messages and pictures every step of the way and where he had to dig to fix the leak, you couldn't even tell after he was done. He went and above and beyond and made me feel comfortable since I wasn't able to watch the progress. I am happy to recommend his services to anybody in the area. I don't feel that he rushed the project either, and he took his time. I feel that some people especially if homeowners are not home. Will do a quick bad job and charge money and then something will break in a week. Not only that, but I feel that his price was very fair, competitive, and affordable for the amount of time and work that he put in. That is something I really look into as being a homeowner and gets to be expensive and I already have to spend thousands in other repairs. read more

Trying to sell our house and a sprinkler valve went bad; front lawn looked terrible and not ready for showing. Had gotten a quote from someone else to do the job but they ghosted me and I was on a tight deadline, reached out to him around 9 pm expecting to hear back the next day but he got back to me right away and we set an appointment up for the next morning. He was diligent and got his work done, left the replacement valves looking/working great and even added some extra height to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. Overall very happy with the service provided would definitely recommend. Was not cheap by any means, but definitely worth the quality of work. If you're willing to pay a little bit more for quality work and spectacular response time this is the company for you! Will call him again if I run into more issues. read more

Oscar responded to my request quickly and promptly provided a fair and competitive quote. OMG! Oscar saved my life (well, my grass and driveway anyways). The sprinklers in the backyard would not go on, my grass was dying and to make it worse, a pipe had broken causing water to gush from under my driveway. Within an hour he diagnosed and repaired my sprinkler valve that was not working in the backyard. Then he dug a trench all along my driveway, exposing the broken pipe and fixed it. This was in 85° weather with no shade. He even planted 3 bushes in very hard ground I had just bought. He didn't stop until everything was cleaned up perfectly. You couldn't even tell the grass had been dug up when he finished. He was kind, courteous, and conscientious. I will be calling on him for more jobs in the future. read more
