After some back-n-forth with 4-5 proposals, I decided to go with Flores Landscape because he was tracking on exactly what I wanted and was willing to work with me on my vision. I even had a few last minute changes along the way and he was able to accommodate. Frankie communicates really well and he sends pics of the exact materials he plans on using. He also was willing to make several visits to my house to go over the fine details of the plan. Finally, he provided me really good design advice. I've seen Frankie's crew in action and these guys don't just plant the trees, they go through different placements to ensure it is placed in the right setting. They are very friendly, professional, do great work and also do a great job at cleaning up. The job finished in 2 days. The trees he provided are beyond my expectation. They are more mature than I expected and they also are top picks in my mind. The estimate for the work done is very competitive and fair. Frankie is just a straight up honest guy who wants the best for your yard. I definitely would hire him again and also highly recommend him for any landscape work you need.

The work was poorly done, and the re-seeding did not take. He also abandoned the monthly maintenance after showing up only once, with no notice. Very frustrating experience, especially after paying in full. Be cautious, particularly if you manage a rental remotely.

He was super responsive throughout, always communicating what was next. He has a great team of very hard-working, respectful people (including his retired dad!) and the value for my money was incredible. I think that last part says a lot because anyone who is looking at landscaping knows it is not cheap but I think it was worth every dime! They did everything from demolition of the old grass, hauling it away, converting irrigation to drip, planting, curbing (he subcontracts out for that and tree pruning), accent lighting, and I'm sure beyond. I reached out to multiple companies and I'm so glad I went with MPM!
