Kevin did an awesome job on our yard! From the beginning he separated himself from everybody else by actually calling me back and scheduling a time to come out and see our yard. He got us a quote quickly and his price was good. It only took 5 days and everything was complete. Kevin extended and installed new sprinkler lines, he laid down sod, created planters, planted 2 trees, and planted many different types of flowers and plants. His work is top notch. It's very clean. He also programmed and showed me how to program the sprinkler system for the yard. I can't wait for everything to grow in. He gave us exactly what we wanted. Kevin always communicated everything that he was doing with us, and kept us all on one page. If I want anything else done to my yard, I'm calling Kevin again. Tired of seeing nothing but dirt in your backyard, well so was I. I called Kevin on a Friday afternoon and he was able to come over the very next day for an estimate. A pet peeve of mine is time management, and Kevin did not upset. He has been on time for every one of my appointments. I mentioned some ideas for the backyard and through his experience pointed me in the direction that I was asking for as well as some great recommendations. I did not have any irrigation in my backyard and my water valves were in the front. Other contractors recommended cutting the concrete, however Kevin was able to go under the concrete and connect to the front valves. I cannot rate this service. But I will tell you that I first contacted Kevin Brown himself the 2nd week of June, 2019. He told me he will come by Sat, June 15th, 2019. True to his word, came at 8am. I even commented how I liked his promptness. He came, observed the yard, front and back, measured what he needed. Showed us different samples of materials. Told us he would get back to us via email with quotes within the next week. Well, Mr Brown, I'm still waiting. It is August 18th now. Two months later and I have not heard a word from you or your team. Via telephone call, message, nor email. Oh and I have even left a detailed message last month. read more

Kevin got back to me in a very timely manner, met up with us and explained the whole contract with us. Kevin Brown Landscaping has been our goto business whenever we have needed anything for our yard. They recently updated our front yard to be drought tolerant. They tore out all the grass, updated all the plumbing, and put in beautiful desert landscaping with limited water use. Since moving into my new house I've had to do quite a few Yelp reviews on different contractors and home improvement companys, but this one is the star of all of them! We had 3 different landscapers come out to assess our dismal dirt backyard and each one had different ideas and vastly different pricing. My first call to Kevin got him out the next day and I liked his ideas and his quote was reasonable. I called him and left him a msg a couple days later that we were going with him, I will say getting the job started took a bit and he left me hanging for a minute, but he started the day he promised which made me really happy, so don't fret if he doesn't hold your hand during the pre-job with phone calls, he does what he promises and once he started I got his full attention. We have 5 little dogs and he was super accommodating. His whole crew was easy to have around, they're funny but professional and work non stop. Best part is my yard is absolutely gorgeous! We went with sod and a new sprinkler system and it has rooted perfectly and is a lush green. My husband and I love going out in our backyard now, we play with the dogs and just enjoy our property. Kevin has been wonderful for any follow up questions we have, he even did a little re arranging of some plants we had after the job was done and the job was exactly the price he quoted, we really felt the job was worth a lot more so we gave him and his guys a nice hefty tip. We've already had them do another job where he got rid of some ugly cemented jagged rocks and tore it all up and put in decompressed granite and put in a new mailbox for us, it all looks fantastic and I couldn't be more thrilled. We'll be getting ready for a big job in our front yard soon and I wouldn't even consider using anyone but Kevin and his crew! read more
