What an amazing experience! From the ease of communicating with Cassandra to William's oversight of the project and the landscaping crews hard work, I have nothing but positive remarks for the team at Elite Lawn Design. My wife and I had a pretty big project that we wanted to have done: The front and back yards. We had a specific vision of it and when we presented it to Cassandra and William at Elite Lawn on a literal piece of paper with a drawing my wife came up with, they stayed true to our original plan almost exactly! From the demo to the landscaping, the entire process felt smooth and stress free. Our questions and concerns were all answered promptly and respectfully. Everyone was professional, kind and hardworking. At the end of the project, one of workers asked my wife what she thought of the work and she could see the literal pride in his eyes of the work he did. THOSE are the kind of people you want working on your home and that's who you'll find at this company. Cassandra went above and beyond to give us the best prices she could and we are grateful for her kindness and exceptional service. We could not be happier with Elite Lawn Design and would highly and happily recommend them to anyone with landscaping needs. read more

We had an amazing experience with Elite lawn design. They were super responsive, wonderfully communicative, and priced in line with their competitors. We gave them a design concept that we had created with ChatGPT, and they took it and made it their own leaving us with a beautiful front yard. read more

10/10 recommend, great communication, great customer service and overall great work! The team came out gave us a free quote which was much cheaper than other places we've had come out. Completed our front yard as well as our backyard. Along with anything else my wife could think of in the process. We had turf leftover from a failed attempt from a company years ago and they were able to use that and save us some money in the backyard. We did real grass in the front and they were able to complete and redo our sprinkler system. They were prompt and timely, finished the project on time with zero issues. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their yards done. read more

William and his crew did a fantastic job! We saw their door hangers and decided to give it try along with two other local companies. William was the first one to come out, offered the best quote and sent the floor plan within the next two days. They were very efficient and patient with us throughout the whole process as we also had to go through our HOA to get plans approved. His crew spent three full days on our side yards and we love it so much that it has became my favorite spot. read more

I hired Elite for backyard project, replacing lawn with DG. They did this job fine, bit pricey. I also hired them to do some landscape, install sprinklers & bubblers and that was a mistake. Landscaping is not their thing. This job was done poorly. I had to hire someone else, pay extra to fix it. read more

Excellent communication Great with scheduling Very nice guys and conscious of us while working outside. They did a good job and cleaned up the area before departing Project: removal of two trees, cleaned up the yard, installed rock, decorative stones, and DG. Backyard looks great! read more

William and team did a great job. We needed about 40x40ft of dirt driveway re-graveled, they graded & graveled the area quickly, and at a very fair price. They were also flexible with an additional part that wasn't in the original spec and turned it around quickly. read more

Nice guys, they came out and looked at the project. We spoke a few times over the phone and decided on a start date. We we're excited about the landscape project, but they never showed up to start the job or even returned any of our phone calls! Unreliable!!! read more

Recently had all sprinkler valves replaced. Reasonably priced and work was excellent

William and his team are the BEST! They do well planned out and amazing work. I originally heard of Elite Lawn Design from a friend who previously used them for sprinkler repairs. I took her word and desperately needed PVC repairs that were hindering my ability to run our entire system. Within a couple minutes I was in touch with an employee who told me he could come out first thing in the morning to diagnose and fix my issues. I was met by 2 well-mannered and professional employees first thing at 8am the next morning. They fixed broken PVC pipe, replaced full sprinklers, identified lost sprinklers I had which were swarmed by bushes, trimmed the shrubs to expose the sprinkler to use its full potential, cleared debris from existing sprinklers which were restricting water and repositioned all working sprinklers to get the best effect. I could literally say they couldn't have possibly done anymore. They even located and fixed a sprinkler which had been covered for nearly 4 years by artificial turf. I'm not one to write reviews, nor did they ask me to write one. IF you want true, honest work, call this company. Their cost in my opinion was far lower than I would have ever expected to pay for the amount of time and work they did. Exceptional service, superb attitude and first-class attention to detail. I legit found my forever lawn and sprinkler company. read more

Elite Lawn Design was quick to respond to all communication. They quoted a fair price for a backyard project including concrete, grass and rocks. It was excellent workmanship and they completed the work on time and on budget, highly recommend them! read more

After Elite did a great job on the rock landscaping project I asked William to give me an estimate on some additional work. As a senior with some mobility issues the three large wheeled refuse containers in the side yard needed to be relocated to space on my property nearer to the curb. William quoted me a fair price and the next morning was at my home to prepare, level and install concrete pavers allowing easy access to the containers. Always friendly and professional, I'd recommend this company highly. read more

From the initial estimate our experience with Elite has been so easy enjoyable and easy. I initially met with William who was so knowledgeable and friendly. He offered many excellent suggestions(that we ended up using) and carefully listened to the vision we had for our backyard landscaping. In the end his bid was very reasonable and fair. They were able to squeeze us in same week and showed up exactly when they said they would. Come day of work, the team of Juan and Gilbert were exceptional. They bulldozed through the hottest day and were meticulous with the job. The end result was beautiful and they offered many follow up suggestions. I was impressed with their attention to detail and how professional their entire team was. I will be sure to recommend them to our family and friends and can't wait to use them for future projects read more

William and the team were amazing. Not only did they give me a great price compared to the other quotes I got, but they communicated with me every step of the way and were willing to work with me to meet what I had outlined I had wanted. In addition to that, they promised to get the job done in 2 weeks and were done in 10 days; it's rare to meet a project team that delivers on expectations and the team at Elite Lawn Design did just that! read more

I was very impressed with the prompt response and extremely high level of professionalism exhibited by William and his crew from Elite Lawn Design. William understood my concept for my backyard immediately and worked diligently to achieve the desired results. I had received several estimates and all but one was several thousand dollars above the one I received from Elite. Ultimately I decided on Elite because they were by far the most organized and professional team to bid on my project. William also gave me a very good nursery recommendation for plants and his team planted them at no additional cost. Communication throughout the project was prompt and William was very detailed in explaining each step along the way. And when the project was done I was not ghosted when I had followed questions. William responded with detailed explanations during the follow up phase. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great team! read more
