Second, when they say they are arriving at 7 o'clock, they are actually here! No delays, excuses or no-shows. We were so impressed with how much was done in that first day! Our backyard was transformed into a beautiful landscaped. Honestly, I could not have imagined how well it was going to turn out. We had gone through several other landscaping companies that had no idea how to design it and keep it in a reasonable budget. We didn't know how to design it ourselves either. I hired this company to do my front yard landscaping after it had been neglected by the previous owner. Bill came out to do the initial estimate. His son Taylor came out with a crew and revamped the whole front yard in 3 days. Bill and Taylor were very nice. They really know what they are doing. They laid sod, created a paver courtyard and installed 2 fruit trees and other small plants for landscaping decor. They also moved some drain lines to a more discreet area, which is a huge project in itself. They were reasonably priced in this economy and the company is insured and bonded! In that past, whenever we needed to replace small patches of grass in our front and backyards, we would usually do it ourselves. But as the years went by, the grass in both our front and back yard started to die and was overrun with weeds. So we decided to get a professional to work on our yards this time. We looked around and settled with Bill's Landscaping, not only because they are well known but they were the company that originally put in our front yard when our housing tract was first built. We are really glad that we made the right choice. Everything was done very professionally. Bill, himself, came out to assess the property and then explained what his team would be doing. The invoice agreement was emailed to us the following day and Taylor, Bill's son, then called to confirm the date of the installation. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly and got to work immediately. There was none of the chit chatting or standing around that you normally see with other crews. They worked diligently only stopping when it was time for their assigned breaks and lunch. As promised, it took them two days to complete the job. The first day was spent removing the old grass, fixing and re-aligning the sprinklers, rotor tilling and removing the excess soil that had accumulated over the years. Who would have thought that all that accumulation of soil blown in on the wind would raise the ground by four inches! The crew worked hard to level the ground and they even cut the roots of the tree in our front yard that was starting to stick out from the ground. Whew!....and all this was done on the first day!! On the second day, the grass was brought in and laid. When they were done, the crew cleaned up everything. The dirt on the sidewalk, our walkways and patio was swept, and washed away, and all the excess dirt and dead grass was taken to the local dump. Even then the job was not done. They stayed to check that all the sprinklers were working appropriately and properly timed. They even gave advice on which type of grass fertilizer we were to use during the summer and winter, as well as how to keep the weeds away. All in all, we are very happy and satisfied with the job Bill's Landscaping has completed for us. We highly recommend them!! read more

We have our front yard done by Bill's and we are VERY HAPPY with the whole experience. It started with the owner Bill came out and talked to me on what I wanted done, then he provided ideas to make the whole concept look "nicer". Bill worked with me on the budget as well. I told him I needed to cut estimate back by $X in order to fit in my budget. Bill came up with a modified plan without sacrificing what I wanted to accomplish. On actual construction, the lead man Miguel was great to work with. Each morning he talked to me on the plan for the day and he listened to my feedback on prior days work, make changes as necessary. They even planted additional tree/ plants for me with no additional cost. They would dug our newly planted plants to satisfy the Mrs who likes them on different locations. The sprinkler guy Melvin was great as well. He planned my new sprinkler system as if he was me the home owner, helped me think ahead on what I needed. The entire crew was very customer-focus, listened to my feedback as customer, and go out of their ways to keep me happy. After the construction, I called the office because a few bricks came loose. Miguel & his crew came back on the same day I called and replaced the loose bricks. Karen from the office called back a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the repair.
