Based on customer service and affordability, I didn't bother to call anyone else. I needed the job done. He had great customer service. I'm from Los Angeles and I was in dire need to clean out my grandmas storage in Victorville. This would be our second trip to clean the storage and realized We needed help to expedite emptying the storage unit in one trip. I needed a washer, dryer, fridge, and some other trash to be removed and disposed. So Hiring him was the best decision ever made. He exceeded my expectations. As soon as he got to the storage unit, he started picking up boxes, washer, dryer, fridge, and he was really clearing them out. He was fast and had a technique down. He helped us clean our storage unit, and even helped us pack the rest of our boxes in our U-Haul. He helped out so much. We're so thankful to have found such a helpful company. I have a rental property in Adelanto and the tenant vacated the house leaving the house in a mess with junks/trash, abandoned furnitures, fitness equipments, bicycles, mattresses, kitchenwares, clothes, etc. I found Mike after googleing and had a bit of untrust feeling of the all 5 star reviews (except one) involved. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Vietti out in Old Town Victorville today. Out of all the trash haulers I called Mike was the only one that picked up, got recorded messages for everyone else. On short notice Mike gave a quote for his roll-off, delivered the next day as professional as one can be. He's licensed, bonded and completely prepared, for good reason he's the "go to" for trash removal. Come to find out others in my family had utilized him before to great satisfaction, not to mention that the City of Victorville utilizes his business almost exclusively. His business practices are one thing, but the dude himself is completely legit as well because of him a two day job was finished in one. The man actually got his shovel and dug in and helped haul trash along with the crew, NOT part of the quote.
