On this cleanup we opted for the dumpster which was $395/3 days. Worth every penny. Having the dumpster dropped off allowed us to clean and sort at our own pace and we emptied out an entire garage and several other areas. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Vietti out in Old Town Victorville today. Out of all the trash haulers I called Mike was the only one that picked up, got recorded messages for everyone else. On short notice Mike gave a quote for his roll-off, delivered the next day as professional as one can be. I can not say enough good things about Mike Vietti owner of Junk Cabbie! I am a Realtor and recently had a listing in Apple Valley. It was a week before closing and the home was still full of trash, debris and items left from the previous tenant. Needless to say the sellers were very overwhelmed. From my first phone call with Mike, he actually answered my call, gave me a quote and penciled me in! Mike dropped of a huge 7x14 dumpster that they filled! Then 1 day before closing I showed up to the property and saw another large pile of items needing to be disposed of.
