This company is quite possibly the most unprofessional one I've had the displeasure of interacting with.

After two trips to Home Depot to get the tool needed to remove the old faucets, I realized these were not as easy as youtube led me to believe. I reached out to various plumbers as well as other construction and home repair companies and the results were pretty bad. Even with explanations and pictures I was told that it was $99 just for an estimate and up to $300 for each Faucet! Now not all of the companies replied this way but it was pretty astounding to me the cost. I then decided why not try a handyman and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I contacted a few and All Set Handyman Repair and Installation responded right away. I sent photo's and was actually provided an estimate almost immediately, once I supplied some photos, where most plumbers I called wanted to "SEE" the bathroom. I then Scheduled an appointment and Jason showed up right on time. He was professional and courteous and verified the price once he made eyes on the sinks. He went to work and finished the job including clean up of the work area in no time. There were no additional "hidden charges" and we even discussed some future projects I need some help with. Overall it was the best call I made that week I would highly recommend All set Handyman for any project from sinks to ceiling fans and whatever else you need.

As my Santa Clarita…read moreValley house approaches the 20-year mark, more things have started breaking down, and I was tired of paying hundreds to thousands of dollars to plumbers and contractors. I contacted Moises for help with a leaking shower faucet after the handle had become completely stuck from nearly 20 years of calcium buildup. He was great to communicate with by text, and when he arrived, he quickly figured out what I had been unable to solve myself. During the repair, we discovered that one of the pipes was badly corroded and also needed to be replaced. Moises cut through the back wall to access the pipe, removed the damaged section, and replaced it properly. What impressed me most was how meticulous he was throughout the entire process. He left no debris or dust behind, and when everything was finished, both the repair and the patchwork looked flawless. On top of that, his pricing was far better than any of the other quotes I received. He will absolutely be my new go-to for house projects. My next step is to have him replace my shower doors and help with other bathroom upgrades as I continue modernizing my home. Thanks again, Moises.

I found The Affordable & Licensed Handyman through Yelp because they had great reviews so I was interested to see how much their service fee would be for a simple job when I was looking for a plumber. I needed a license plumber due to home insurance requirement to do this installation or I would've done it myself. They were responsive when I talked to them through Yelp projects. I was shocked with how much I was quoted because it was almost double the price of the automatic shut off valve device I paid for. So I had to confirm that the price that was given to me was just to switch out the bad unit with the new one. They didn't have to do anything else like run new pipes or replace anything else. When I communicated to them that the quote was high, they asked how much did i wanted to pay. I thought they would try to be more reasonable since the name is The Affordable. I give them a range based on the prices from other plumbing company that I reached out to and they couldn't do it which I understand they can set their own prices. Maybe for big projects, they'll give more of a reasonable price which is why they have great reviews on Yelp but just to replace a bad automatic shut off valve with a brand new one, I think it was overprice so I used another plumbing company where they were very reasonable on the price.
