RICHARD G. PALEZYAN I would not trust this man‼‼‼ Today when walking to the mailbox, I noticed that someone had pushed eight thumb pins into our fence with business cards attached to it. I pulled the pins and cards out of my fence and called the number on the card. After confirming that the person I was speaking to was Richard, I asked him in a friendly voice to please not do that in the future. RICHARD in a arrogant tone stated, "YOU ARE BOTHERED BY FIVE BUSINESS CARDS ON YOUR FENCE!" I responded, "This is our property not yours, why do you think you are intitled to an attitude?" RICHARD," I don't have an attitude. You are the one who is bothered by five business cards!" I HUNG UP ON HIM! I WOULD NEVER LET A MAN WITH THAT ATTITUDE OF ENTITLEMENT INTO MY HOME! EVEN MORE SO, TRUST HIM WITH DOING WORK FOR ME IS UNTHINKABLE! BTW, OTHER PEOPLE HAVE CONFIRMED THIS IN THE REVIEWS HERE. read more

Came out on time and was able to fix our outlet. Nice job!! Very friendly and my cats loved him.

No show when we had a confirmed appointment. No return response, beware. Cost me money, had to take off work and then no show.

The carpet in the guest bedroom felt moist, almost wet. Deja vu from 12 years ago! Could this be the same issue? I checked the water heater in the garage and lo and behold, it was wet and water dripping a little on the garage floor. I requested quotes on Yelp for a 40 gallon water heater replacement. This was early friday evening. Responses were immediate, companies wanting to schedule an appointment for an accurate quote. One company had a technician just finished a job and came within half an hour of my initial posting. The quote was astronimcal. Over $3000 to get it done right there and then or about $2900 if done on monday. In addition to the high quote, the scare tactics was just unacceptable. More quotes came in as I entertained the technician from the first company. There was a $2250 quote and then a $1550 quote. I received a response from Richard, Same Day Handyman. He quoted me $325 for labor plus parts. After forwarding photos of my heater, he said not parts were needed. So it was $325.00 + the cost of the heater. Not only did Richard have the lowest quote, I felt at ease with speaking to him on the phone. He seemed down to earth, honest and compassionate with my problem. I asked him if there was any additional charge to do this job on saturday which other companies indicated would cost me more. That was his quote regardless of the day the job needed to get done. Richard was punctual and got everything done in 1.5 hours. He only accepted payment either by check or Zelle which was fine by me. Richard provided excellent service and his honestly showed through and through. He is the real deal and I am certain, I will be using him again on other projects or issues around my house. read more

Richard at Same Day Handyman responded quickly to my request and is very communicative via text messaging. Our hot water heater thermostat quit on us and the warranty sent a replacement piece over. We needed a professional to assist with replacing it. Although we did not have the proper part, he did a majority of the work and came back to finish once we had the correct part for him to install. We are very happy And will use him again. read more

I made a service request the morning I woke up to a leaking pipe. He was quick to respond, so my husband made arrangements for the repair. He came the same day to check the problem, but needed parts so he returned the following day and made the repair. He charged me $250. Later I had estimates come back for much less.... Then 5 days later the same pipe was broken in the same area. It was apparent the repair wasn't done correctly. We quickly asked for the same day handyman to return and hope he would repair it again, but he never returned. We texted a couple times and he said he would be back, but crickets. Later I wrote that I was going to give a bad review and he responded that I was threatening and his truck broke down and it was now raining. Many excuses!!! We ended up hiring a Plummer at advanced plumbing and it was early resolved for $85. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy. read more

Typical, leaving to go out of town and the water heater goes out. I did not want a plumber, did that last time and paid$$$$$. This is how I found Richard.
