I hired this guy to repair a broken toilet wall valve and toilet fill valve. He diagnosed the problem and told me he needed several parts. An hour later he called back explaining that he could not locate all of the parts required to complete the repair. He claimed to have shopped 3 different stores. He told me the toilet was old and worn out and that I would need to buy a new toilet. The next day I went to Home Depot to purchase a toilet fill valve, a wall valve, and a hose. I made the purchase based solely on the description of the problem by the tenant. I made the repair in less than a half hour. He did not ask for compensation, and he was busy with some personal issues. I get that we all have important things to do, but when I take a job I complete it without trying to add additional costs. The toilet is 22 years old. It will not "wear out" for a very long time. read more

Mauricio came out the same day we called. Had our toilet seal leaked fixed shortly thereafter. Would highly recommend this company.

Do not hire this guy for any electrical problems. He asks for diagnosis fee even though he could not diagnose the problem. He only got away with it coz only my partner was home. He tried to squeeze another few when he came to look at the problem again..told him to go to hell. When I got qualified electrician the problem was fixed in 2 minutes . It seems his business model is diagnosis fee with no diagnosis and fleecing housewives . Do not recommend other than for basic stuff or if you can't find anyone else to hire . No qualifications no insurance, unreliable . read more

Mauricio is the best! Our dishwasher had backed up with water and he came to try and diagnose it. We aren't 100% what the cause was so we disassembled it, suctions the lines and put it back together and now it drains. While he was here he helped fix minor things like tightening our faucet and fixing our door knobs. Price is VERY reasonable for his time. Definitely would recommend to everyone for any handyman needs read more

I wanted to install a new kitchen sink faucet but had a house with old copper plumbing that needed to be changed out. Mauricio assessed the situation, explained to me what needed to be done then got to work. He did such an amazing seamless job exchanging the pipes and valves and my new faucet was installed perfectly! I was also having issues with my new video doorbell. He was honest with me about the situation and gave me plenty ideas to work with, also suggested better home security products. I am extremely happy with the quality of work he did! read more

We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lopez as a referral from my husband's co-worker. The issue we were having was that 2 walls in the master bedroom (as well as the same two walls on the outside) had no electricity current running through them. For a while, we have been feeling incomplete, not whole due to this issue in our home, at the same worried of getting a fair and trustworthy electrician. Mr. Lopez showed up and asked what the issue was and got to work. He ran his test at the electricity panel and found no issue there. I thought great that was probably it, and we were going to have to keep living this way. Mr. Lopez said I have two more tests to do. I was like great! So, I got out of his way and let him get to work. 15 minutes later, he said I found it, and he fixed it. Very pleased with the outcome and his knowledge. Will definitely be using his services around the house again. read more

I called Mauricio for what I thought would be a simple outlet repair. He answered the phone right away and set up an appointment. The day he was to come. He was able to come early. As he troubleshooted the outlet, it wasn't as easy as I first thought it would be. This can be frustrating, but Mauricio was very professional explained what he was doing and why he had to do it. I recommend Mauricio as he got the job done timely and demonstrated technical expertise. He was very polite and cleaned up after the work was done. Thank you, Mauricio.! read more
