DISHONEST SERVICE I…read morehired this company for "professional organizer" services and paid a premium rate. What I received was a basic cleaning job from a staff member with no professional organizing expertise. This company was completely dishonest about the services and expertise they offer. This was a clear bait-and-switch: they took my money for a specialized service they simply do not provide. I reached out to the owner on October 19th. As of today, the owner has completely failed to respond. This was my message to her: "Dear Fresh Oil Cleaning Service Management/Owner, I'm writing to follow up on the service I received recently for professional organization of my garage. While your worker was nice & did an adequate job of cleaning the space, I am disappointed with the overall service because it did not meet the requirement of professional ORGANIZATION that I specifically requested and that you assured me of. I already have a trusted cleaning crew, and I chose your company specifically for the expertise of a professional organizer. Unfortunately, the service provided was strictly cleaning, and I've spent the last few days essentially re-doing the organizational work myself--a task I hired a professional to avoid. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of delivering on the services promised, and I genuinely feel that the service I received was a waste of my time and money. It left a really bad taste... Responding to your public reply regarding my service review: I am responding to your claims with facts and evidence, not emotion. My initial review was simply a factual account of my experience with the Professional Organizing service I booked through your company. Focus on the Service Booked vs. Delivered My core concern remains: your company presented and billed this as a 'Professional Organizing' service. The worker you sent performed well at cleaning, which is consistent with your company's primary service, but demonstrated a clear lack of professional organizing skills. I even paid the worker extra for her extended time and tip because I appreciated the cleaning effort, despite the organizing failure. I stand by my statement that your company is a cleaning service, not a professional organizing service, and I am simply sharing this experience to inform future potential clients about this specific service offering. Addressing Your False Claims Consultation: Your claim of a 30-minute consultation is false. I have video evidence from my in-home cameras that refutes this entirely. You are operating under a delusion regarding the information you are using to craft your response. Proof of Work: I have time-stamped photographs of the area before your worker's arrival, after her departure, and the extensive re-organization and re-work my husband and I had to complete to fix the results. This evidence directly supports my initial review. Punctuality: Regarding the scheduling, the worker you dispatched explicitly informed me that she was instructed to arrive at 9:00AM, not 8:00 AM as initially scheduled. I have written communication to support this fact. Conclusion I am simply a client stating the facts about a dishonest representation of services. This is not 'defamation'; this is a factual client account. Your current response, which contains multiple easily disproven falsehoods, is highly unprofessional and speaks volumes about your company's unwillingness to take accountability. No further response from you is necessary.

Then i spoke with Omar and he was so professional, easy to talk to and upfront and honest. All qualities that are hard to find these days. Instead of 2 people, it was 3 and the price was the same. They were all so friendly and did exactly what we asked but went above and beyond as i asked to clean the garage and that wasnt even part of deal in the beginning but they still kept the price the same. They are so awesome i will be calling them monthly for their service. We are happy customers and the house was very clean. Thank you Omar and team.

I contacted this business via Yelp by sending this exact message "I need stove, microwave, kitchen…read morefloor and windows get cleaned. A quick floor cleaning can be added too although they are not dirty. It is a 3 bedroom condo in Santa Clarita. Please let me know what your price and availability is." The owner Reachelle replied and said "it would be $150.00" and I agreed. On the cleaning day, instead of 9 am, they (Reachelle and a young man) arrived 9:30 am, which is fine. And started working at 10 am. It took 2.5 hours Reachelle to clean the stove and microwave. She was constantly on her cell phone. She then started cleaning the copper kitchen sink but I told her it was already cleaned by my handyman with a special chemical for coppers. She said it is clean because she cleaned it. The young man was upstairs cleaning the windows and the bathtub. When he finished, the glass shower door was still not clean, it had white residue. They said because the stains are too old and cannot be cleaned anymore. Reachelle started cleaning the windows on the first floor. Oh my God. She was so slow... When I pointed out her some of the spots, she said they are from the outside and they can only clean the inside. Even the windows on the ground level?? So at 3 pm, they finally finished. She said they did a full cleaning and asked for $100 more. Adding 2 bathroom is for $100?? Well, if this was a full house cleaning, I asked her to clean the powder room and him to clean the spider webs in the garage as well. Oh my God! This guy was so sloppy and slow. I could not help myself taking the long brush and showed him how to do. He watched me but continued missing so many spots. I then asked him if he can clean the patio because so there were many leaves on the ground. He said yes. After he left, I saw that he just swept them from concrete to soil! After I paid them total of $250, look at these pictures. I cannot recommend them to anybody. Also, I sent 3 messages to Reachelle and asked an invoice for tax purpose, she never acknowledge my messages. Let's see if she will reply to this one.

I'm giving this business 3 stars because the cleaners who arrived 20 minutes late were friendly…read more Also, because I was able to get the appointment done quickly as Esmeralda was very responsive up until I asked if they were still coming at 2 PM and didn't show up til 2:20 PM on a Saturday. She didn't respond after that but 20 minutes isn't a big deal. Upon arrival, I noticed that their brooms, mop and cleaning supplies needed to be replaced. Having witnessed the condition of those cloths wipe the surfaces of my appliances and furniture was already a red flag. It was too late to cancel but seeing dirty broom heads, abused mopping sticks and buckets that looked like they were used to deep clean skid row gave me enough anxiety as I tried not to watch. Both of them didn't speak English so I had assistance from a Spanish speaking translator call them to explain what I specifically needed as already requested to Esmeralda prior to the booking which definitely was not understood even after the translation occurred. I said I didn't need a major clean since my place was nearly spotless and that I just needed the floors and surfaces sanitized. My sister stayed over for a night and was sick and being the germaphobe that I am, I only needed all surfaces disinfected which would take less than 20 minutes in a small one bedroom if I did it myself. For some reason I thought they'd do a better job than me but lesson learned! I was aware of the $100 minimum so I requested that they clean my bath tub and sinks which looked worse after they left. This was only to fill up the time because there's no way my requirement would take up a full hour! The younger woman starts cleaning stuff I never requested such as my keyboard, speakers and other appliances which gets dusted weekly and books going through little crevices of things that were not even asked to be cleaned. She spent an excessive amount of time trying to clean parts that I requested not to be touched and they did the floors last which took them about 10-15 minutes! After they left, I felt like the place was even more grimier. I had to furnish them with booties because they wore their shoes in my apartment and I live in downtown LA which... enough said. You would imagine that a request for sanitizing floors would mean some form of protection from dirty shoes worn outside as they dragged in more bacteria and germs into my home for the first ten minutes. The floors were cleaned with insufficient cleaning solution; it looked like a bucket of water with lord knows what chemical mixed in and a dirty rag attached to a mop head that has seen better days. After they left, I did a quick wipe through all of the counters with disinfectant wipes and sprayed it all down. There were smears everywhere on the surfaces and the floors were definitely not clean. I went through 8 wet Swiffers, only 5 were shown in the photo because I threw the other 3 in the garbage. As shown, the floors definitely were not sanitized. Once again, my place usually stays immaculate at all times and to hire this company with a specific request to clean my floors and surfaces was an epic mistake. I gave the ladies a $20 tip because they were kind and did their bare minimum but the job was under one hour as they left at around 3 ish. For $120 I would expect atleast my floors not to be disgusting. I had to purchase more cleaning supplies and re-do everything again! Also, I thought it was $75/hour. They didn't even make it to the hour mark so they get a D for honest advertising. Really professional on the no bill/receipt part either. To the owner, it would really help if you supplied your cleaners with better supplies and products and maybe guided them with some level of standards of how to properly sanitize. I'm not sure what they cleaned the bathtub with because it looks exactly the same. Total waste of money but A+ for their availability. Next time hire yourself and use your own quality products.
