They were able to get us scheduled quickly and came the very next day, which I appreciated. The arrival window was 12-1pm, but they showed up closer to 1:45. I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. The young man was upstairs cleaning the windows and the bathtub. When he finished, the glass shower door was still not clean, it had white residue. They said because the stains are too old and cannot be cleaned anymore. Reachelle started cleaning the windows on the first floor. Oh my God. She was so slow... When I pointed out her some of the spots, she said they are from the outside and they can only clean the inside. Even the windows on the ground level?? So at 3 pm, they finally finished. I paid for The Crew Cleaning Services LLC to go to the property and provide an estimate after seeing the property in person which they called an In Person Walk Thru. This cost $30 and would go towards the cost of the cleaning if I approved of the estimate. They did that February 27th. Kristin P. called me after the walk thru estimate, in which they took photos and looked at the scope of work, and told me the quote was $955. The price was so high due to the condition and they would need to toss their cleaning supplies after the cleaning. I let her know my primary focus was getting the floors cleaned as they are all tile throughout the house and once the furniture was removed, there was dirt and dust caked on the floors. I agreed and had to pay the $925 prior to her scheduling the work. The cleaning was scheduled March 7th. I met her at the property and let her in. She viewed the property again at that time. We planned on doing a little work on the outside of the property that day. She asked us to leave so she could start and shut the door. I thought this was odd, but everyone has their own processes. After about 4.5 hours, I received a text that she was done. I thought that was very quick. She did let me know she did not clean a bathroom shower as a cat had used it as a restroom once. I went to the property as we were scheduled to go on the market that day. I walked in at it looked like the same condition that I left it in. The floors were not cleaned, the windows were not cleaned, the baseboards were not cleaned, the toilets were not cleaned, the stove was not cleaned. All of which were in her estimate.
