I'm giving this business 3 stars because the cleaners who arrived 20 minutes late were friendly. Also, because I was able to get the appointment done quickly as Esmeralda was very responsive up until I asked if they were still coming at 2 PM and didn't show up til 2:20 PM on a Saturday. She didn't respond after that but 20 minutes isn't a big deal. Upon arrival, I noticed that their brooms, mop and cleaning supplies needed to be replaced. Having witnessed the condition of those cloths wipe the surfaces of my appliances and furniture was already a red flag. It was too late to cancel but seeing dirty broom heads, abused mopping sticks and buckets that looked like they were used to deep clean skid row gave me enough anxiety as I tried not to watch. Both of them didn't speak English so I had assistance from a Spanish speaking translator call them to explain what I specifically needed as already requested to Esmeralda prior to the booking which definitely was not understood even after the translation occurred. I said I didn't need a major clean since my place was nearly spotless and that I just needed the floors and surfaces sanitized. My sister stayed over for a night and was sick and being the germaphobe that I am, I only needed all surfaces disinfected which would take less than 20 minutes in a small one bedroom if I did it myself. For some reason I thought they'd do a better job than me but lesson learned! I was aware of the $100 minimum so I requested that they clean my bath tub and sinks which looked worse after they left. This was only to fill up the time because there's no way my requirement would take up a full hour! The younger woman starts cleaning stuff I never requested such as my keyboard, speakers and other appliances which gets dusted weekly and books going through little crevices of things that were not even asked to be cleaned. She spent an excessive amount of time trying to clean parts that I requested not to be touched and they did the floors last which took them about 10-15 minutes! After they left, I felt like the place was even more grimier. I had to furnish them with booties because they wore their shoes in my apartment and I live in downtown LA which... enough said. You would imagine that a request for sanitizing floors would mean some form of protection from dirty shoes worn outside as they dragged in more bacteria and germs into my home for the first ten minutes. The floors were cleaned with insufficient cleaning solution; it looked like a bucket of water with lord knows what chemical mixed in and a dirty rag attached to a mop head that has seen better days. After they left, I did a quick wipe through all of the counters with disinfectant wipes and sprayed it all down. There were smears everywhere on the surfaces and the floors were definitely not clean. I went through 8 wet Swiffers, only 5 were shown in the photo because I threw the other 3 in the garbage. As shown, the floors definitely were not sanitized. Once again, my place usually stays immaculate at all times and to hire this company with a specific request to clean my floors and surfaces was an epic mistake. I gave the ladies a $20 tip because they were kind and did their bare minimum but the job was under one hour as they left at around 3 ish. For $120 I would expect atleast my floors not to be disgusting. I had to purchase more cleaning supplies and re-do everything again! Also, I thought it was $75/hour. They didn't even make it to the hour mark so they get a D for honest advertising. Really professional on the no bill/receipt part either. To the owner, it would really help if you supplied your cleaners with better supplies and products and maybe guided them with some level of standards of how to properly sanitize. I'm not sure what they cleaned the bathtub with because it looks exactly the same. Total waste of money but A+ for their availability. Next time hire yourself and use your own quality products. read more

I had 3 maids clean my 3,300 sq. foot place and they finished the job in 4 hours. They did an amazing job, finding little things I wouldn't even notice. Booked an appointment with LA Quick Cleaning to have a crew clean my house. I was referred to them by a friend who suggested we book Sonya's team. I called a week in advance to make arrangements and spoke to someone named Brian who scheduled them to arrive on Saturday at 8am. All was well until I received a call the night before the appointment at 8pm from another gentleman, whose name I didn't get, to tell me that the crew will be arriving at 2pm instead of the agreed-upon 8am. When I say that this will not work for me he says that they will be cancelling. I tell him that I specifically called a week in advance to book a time for Saturday morning and spoke to someone named Brian who confirmed this day and time. The new guy says that's not available and they're cancelling. No explanation, no apology, completely apathetic and a total lack of professionalism. Stay away!! read more

Although they arrived late ( understandable due to road closures from the nearby fires), they got right to work. There were three women, they all received pretty specific instructions from me, and within minutes they were all hard at work in various parts of my house ( they arrive carrying their own equipment and products). UPDATE: I received a message from the company regarding my review and was advised they were originally told it was 2 hours by the cleaners which is why I was billed $150. Maybe the price issue was just a misunderstanding. I will update my review once it is all worked out. ORIGINAL: I'd like to be very clear that the cleaning crew did a great job and deserves 5 stars. If it weren't for the billing issue I experienced once the service was complete, I'd be giving 5 stars and booking their services at least monthly if not twice per month. The crew cleaned my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in 1 hour 40 min (I am certain of the length of time as they called to be let in the gate 12:17pm and they left by 2:00pm. After the crew left, I received a call from the company regarding payment at 2:08pm and they sent a text with the total and their paypal account at 2:09pm.). Per the company's website there is a $100.00 minimum which covers 1 hour 40 min. I was billed $150.00. When I inquired about the difference in price the answer I got was very vague. I paid $100 plus a 20% tip of $20 via their paypal account. I still do not know why I was billed an extra $50.00. I'm super bummed because I'd have really loved to make this crew my go-to and now I don't feel I can use their services again. read more

Great cleaning service with short lead time and had the cheapest price compared to other competitors I requested quotes from. They were available to clean in less then 24 hours from when I requested a quote on Yelp. They brought professional equipment, 4 people to clean my apartment, and performed all basic cleaning and more. They moved my couch, furniture, etc. to clean and even shampoo washed my carpets, couch, and rug. I stayed present for the clean but would feel safe to leave them in my apartment alone. I made an appointment with LA Quick Cleaning Service over a week before I needed them to clean my house. They were supposed to clean the Monday before thanksgiving (my in laws were coming into town and staying with us starting that evening). When they were 30 minutes late I tried calling them; left a voicemail. 30 minutes after that I called again, left another voicemail. I then tried contacting them thru Yelp- sent a few messages explaining that their crew has yet to arrive. An hour and a half after my appointment time I finally received messages back thru Yelp explaining that they forgot to put me on their schedule and could not come that day. They offered to give me a tiny discount and come the next day which would not work for me. As time went on I was about an hour into deep cleaning my house myself which I did not allot time to do. I received phone calls offering for them to come out later that day which was useless since I had already done a lot of the work myself. I was so disappointed and annoyed with the cleaners. I had been communicating with a woman named Esmeralda through Yelp about the services, prices, and scheduling an appointment. I made an appointment for a Friday and asked for window and tile cleaning. I was told 3 ladies would come, bring their own supplies, and would be there for 2 hours. My husband got nervous about having cleaners come so he asked that I cancel the appointment, however, after he spent 2 hours cleaning decided cleaners would be nice to use for a big cleaning. So I contacted Esmeralda and made the new appointment for Saturday. My husband didn't want to be home when the cleaners were there. Friday comes (the original day of my first appointment) and I'm out running errands. I get several texts from my husband at 3pm that there are 3 cleaning ladies at the house. Since I had rescheduled I was confused. The said they were from Lety's Maids and a guy had called my husband saying we were on the schedule for Friday and there was nothing for us on Saturday. My husband let them in. I told him I wanted the living room, kitchen/dining area, and 2 bathrooms cleaned plus the windows and tile cleaning. Meanwhile my husband was freaking out so I called the guy my husband talked to and he said Esmeralda is part of his service. When I got home I could hardly tell that cleaners were in my house... for a little over 1 1/2 hours. They did not clean my oven, the outside of the windows, the tiles didn't look any different, and they didn't clean the small shelf in my master bathroom where the soap and shampoo are. The master bath glass door was also not fully cleaned. They had cleaned areas and rooms I didn't ask them to. Horrible experience and a complete waste of money. Will not use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. I had to go through and put everything back where it belonged and clean the outside windows, tiles, oven, and bathroom shelf myself. Save yourselves the money and do it yourself. read more
