My husband and I spend a lot more time at work now and haven't been able to keep the house up to the standard we like (we are both a bit obsessive about a clean house). And with family coming into town for the holidays I was dreading what it would take to get it cleaned. I decided I needed some help and gave Clean Up Services (after seeing their reviews) a try. These girls exceeded my expectations...baseboards, patio doors (including the trim on the track), hardwood floors, counters, cabinets, shelves, stairs, railings, bathrooms, and bedroom, (including 4 ceiling fans) all spotless!!! I couldn't be happier and I am really relieved to know that someone cleans to the standard we like without having to be micromanaged. I will certainly be using their services again and frequently to help us maintain. It was money well spent! They no showed to clean my home the day of appointment. Gave them another chance, next appointment thru arrived almost 4 hours late. When they were cleaning they broke some of my blinds and one of the shower glass doors. I called their boss because they supposedly have insurance and cover damage but they refused to pay for damage or give me an actual valid insurance information. read more

I've had Veronica's teams for about 5 years. With my inconsistent schedule she has been accommodating. They've dealt with flood damage where Veronica will jump in & help to clean up the water herself. I don't speak Spanish but Veronica makes sure my needs are transferred to the girls. They are literally a machine when it comes to cleaning & paying attention to details. I'm usually at home when they come so they work around me & my dog Lulu just fine. If something is missed Veronica will fix it right away. Since the prices are based on the time spent the team does have a routine. This review is long overdue!! Maria and her team cleaned my studio apartment last May and they did an INCREDIBLE job!! I thought I kept my apartment "pretty clean" but as they were leaving these ladies looked like they had been THROUGH IT. They stayed almost an hour longer than we agreed, and my apartment was spotless, a total breath of fresh air. I needed a move out deep cleaning, Veronica promise her company can do it and will do a great job. She will bé supervising only (she lied). On the day of cleaning, veronica and one more lady cleaning (there are no others). Veronica is an old lady, has no energy. I asked her where is the rest of the team and she ignored me and replied. Just us two. I have no choice now, I needed the house to be clean. I would not recommend her/ company she called. I paid $400 but not happy. The quality is worst than my regular house cleaning lady I have every 2 weeks. I have a 2 years old baby, very sleepy, so I asked her to vacuum one of the room so I can put my son down for a nap. She said she will not vacuum. I got so upset. She said I didn't wanted vacuum that's why it's cheaper (400$). I argued with her...it's dusty and I ask for deep cleaning. I've had deep cleaning services before and would never be satisfied, but I figured that was because I was too nit-picky. Ultimately, I would always end up cleaning my house again even after a deep cleaning, thinking this was as good as it got. But not with Veronica's team. She had a team of four come through my house, and not only did they do a better job on all of the visible areas than anyone else had ever done, they even went into all the nooks and crannies that other services wouldn't even touch (e.g. my sliding closet door and sliding window tracks, and under all of the furniture). They also got the stains off my shower curtains that another service said would not be included in their cleaning, and most noteworthy for me, managed to remove a stain on my toilet which I'd given up on removing myself. I even told them not to worry about it because I was sure it couldn't be done -- but they proved me wrong! I was also very impressed by their diligence and attention to detail. They cleaned everything exactly the way I would have done it myself, which is a huge statement. Literally the only complaint I can make is that at the end of it all, I did find some specks of cleaning debris here and there (e.g. a thread from a towel, or a small piece of dust which had managed to escape the great purifying). But in my 1,750 sq ft townhouse, I probably found only 8-10 such offenders (yes, this is how nit-picky I am). Overall, my house was left sparkling clean, I was very satisfied, and I would highly recommend Veronica and her team to all my friends. read more

I had to reschedule my original cleaning date and she was very accommodating. I have two dogs and was worried about leaving them alone while the crew was working however the ladies showed up and showered the pups with kindness! To be fair--no cleaning service was used, however my interactions with Veronica and this company were awful. We setup a cleaning date about a month in advance. The night before, I asked if it was possible to move our cleaning time by a few hours. Her response was she was out of the country. She followed up with explaining the time couldn't be moved. So I responded that was fine, let's keep the original time. She texted me later that night that my appointment was cancelled and it would take another month to book another appointment. I originally found this business on the Nextdoor app and have been very happy with their service. We moved out of their normal service area but they still come clean for us. We asked Veronica to make an exception and the ladies drive to us in Garden Grove. It's important to trust the people you let into your house especially if you're not always around. We have not had any issues that are not common. We have dogs but just put them away in a kennel while they clean. One of our dogs is a barker, I can only imagine how annoying that can be but the ladies seem to put up with it. I would recommend them. read more

Where do I begin. Clean up Service has been cleaning my home for the last three years. They come clean every two weeks, it's usually two or three girls and they stay for 2-3 hours depending. The first cleaning job is always a bit more because it's a heavy duty cleaning then you maintain it with biweekly. I found them on Home Advisor. I highly recommend them it took me a long time to find a good, reliable cleaning service, that is licensed, bonded, and insured. Veronica is a lovely woman very hard working she runs the business. Sorely disappointed in this cleaning service. Veronica came and toured my home and explained the cleaning service in detail to my husband and i. Upon her initial tour she told us a team of 3 girls would be in our home for 3 FULL hours cleaning. Regardless if all the cleaning was done before that time, they would stay the FULL 3 hours because "there is always more to be cleaned." The initial cleaning was priced a bit high but since it was the first deep cleaning of our home we thought it was fair. After looking around after the initial cleaning, the stove i paid 60$ extra dollars to be cleaned was still filthy, my windows were still dirty, and overall it didn't look much better than i could have done myself. We decided to schedule weekly cleanings. The next visit the girls only stayed 2 hours, were late, and again, did not do the thorough job that was promised by Veronica. We decided to let it slide and see if the third time would be better. After the third time, we caught the girls leaving after an hour and a half and again, my windows were dirty, my shower and bathroom were untouched, my sons bathroom was covered in hair, and the girls had again left early. Overall this is a sad cleaning service. None of the promises made by Veronica were kept, the price was too high, and the overall job done was poor. We will NOT be using this service again. read more
